A delicate address with a breathtaking view of the mountains, divinely refined dishes (the filet mignon was excellent), literary service (one of the waiters is passionate about literature!) and Swiss alcohols that I discovered with pleasure (petite arvine and apricot).. Pure joy!

I've been going there for years but really disappointed. OK "my fault" I don't appreciate the (only) vegetarian offer so a "large" salad for me and for my son, the beef on slate (teenage price) but a few extra fries and/or a small salad would not have been a luxury. In the end, 25.- for my salad and 42.- for my son's slate but it is much more advantageous to take 2 children's slates which are indeed perfect.

After reading all his reviews we were just waiting for the opportunity to try this famous restaurant. The 2nd try was good. We enjoyed the experience from start to finish. The meats on the slate were excellent, the sauces and the accompaniments were perfect. My family and I have very fond memories of this meal. We enjoyed it from start to finish. We will come back on our next stay in Les Collons. Thank you for everything.

The fondue in particular is delicious and slightly different than elsewhere with delicious homemade sauces and tasty warm vegetables. The salad beforehand is also original and delicious.

We went to Chalet La Maya this Saturday noon, October 28, 2023. The welcome, the dishes and the view were incredible. I highly recommend this restaurant. The boss is extremely kind. We selected a special hunting dish to try, and we really didn’t regret our choice. It was excellent. Discovered with the Gourmand passport, it was a very nice discovery. A perfect welcome, a concise and well-crafted menu… it started off very well!!! The dishes were all excellent, both in presentation and cooking. Good wine too. In summary, a great address with a great team in the dining room and a top kitchen team. En cette période particulière due à cette deuxième vague, les tables sont distantes les unes les autres mais ne nous empêchent pas d’échanger des gentils mots avec les clients voisins. Si le Chalet La Maya fait le plein, c'est juste normal. Accueil au top (un patron des plus avenants et qui a donc mis sur pied une équipe de service parfaite, à son image). Une cuisine soignée, généreuse, goûteuse. Bref, délicieuse. Un décor de rêve. Ajoutez à cela une très belle carte de vins. Mais surtout, c'est la qualité du service qui nous a touchés. Voilà un entrepreneur de la gastronomie qui a compris le sens profond du mot "ACCUEIL". Bravo et respect à l'équipe du Chalet La Maya, On reviendra, c'est sûr.

Al heel wat keren in La Maya gegeten en altijd meer dan tevreden. De Kwaliteit van het eten is super, de bediening altijd snel en zeer vriendelijk. De gastheer/eigenaar Cyrille houd alles perfect in de gaten. Overdag en bij goed weer is er een fantastisch uitzicht, soms zelfs op het Matterhorn. Voor ons een van de beste restaurants in de omgeving. Ook heel geschickt voor groepen, wij eten dan meestal vleesfondue, ook een aanrader. Wel van te voren reserveren.

C’est toujours un grand plaisir de manger à la maya restaurant aménagé avec goût, petit coin jeux pour les enfants. Les serveurs sont à nos soins et très sympathiques. Carte abordable produits de très bonne qualité je vous conseil la viande sur ardoise ou tout simplement le best seller la fondue bacchus aux trois viande bœuf, cerf, et viande mariné un régal. En cas de passage dans La région une halte obligatoire pour se régaler et la vu je vous raconte pas.... le Cervin quand même. Bonne appétit à tous

Ich gehe seit über sieben Jahren zu Cyrille's Restraunt und es hat mich nie im Stich gelassen und wird jedes Jahr besser. . . . . Sommer oder Winter ist das Essen 5 Sterne und zeigt das feine Fleisch aus den Bergen und die erlesenen Weine des Tals. . .Das Personal beugt sich nach hinten, um zu helfen, und nichts ist jemals zu viel. . . Es war großartig, das Restaurant während dieser schwierigen COVID 19 Mal mit Einheimischen und Touristen beschäftigt zu sehen, aber Cyrille hat soziale Distanzierung und Sauberkeit ernst genommen, ohne dass Sie das Gefühl haben, im Wartezimmer des Krankenhauses zu sitzen.Wenn Sie mit der Swiss Experience spazieren gehen oder Ski fahren möchten, können Sie im Chalet La Maya gut essen

La vue, le service, la nourriture, tout était excellent. Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée en famille. Les enfants ont adoré le repas. La viande était excellente.

Habitués des lieux, nous apprécions venir à midi lors d'une journée de ski pour manger un plat du jour ou un snack. Nous prenons aussi grand plaisir à venir le soir pour une bonne fondue baccus en équipe ou se régaler d'une bonne viande à la carte. Les jours où l'envie n'est pas là pour un repas il y a possibilité de faire un arrêt au bar pour un bon apéro. L'ambiance est toujours au rendez-vous. Nous avons aussi testé les plats du jour en saison d'été ou la chasse. Que dire de plus que nous sommes toujours satisfaits, bien accueillis et avons toujours l'estomac plein en sortant. Ah oui... le cadre est magnifique, la vue depuis la terrasse est superbe et il y a même un coin enfant pour satisfaire tout le monde.Une adresse à recommander en toutes saisons!Merci à Cyrill et son équipe.
