Deplorable staff and more than backward delivery service. If you don't know how to run a restaurant, you don't own one. After calling 1 hour after placing an order I was told "you are looking for problems sir". 2 orders placed 2 orders never arrived. One order out of the 2 refunded. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.

I ordered two tacos, they were good, I didn't have anything to add about the cuisine. However, it was very complicated to communicate on the phone with them... I had clearly indicated in the call that I would pay with a 20 and 10 note. Furthermore, the delivery man who did not speak a word of French did not was able to give me change, following that he told me that he would come back in the evening and he still didn't come... I find this system rather dishonest... I won't order again

I strongly advise against... horrible tacos, fries still frozen in them, pay extra for gruyere sauce no problem it's normal but it was not added, nor the base sauce either, very long wait... lots of things to review .. really disappointed….

Already one star because I can't give zero... I'm not difficult at the table. Especially at lunchtime and during the week when I work. But seeing 32.- for a double burger we expected something else. The sketch of the day. A table for two on the terrace. No stress, three tables in total. The friendly but strawberry waitress. 3 attempts to order drinks. Afterwards. The command. Twice the same burger at 32 again. Just no salad on one of them. -the burgers arrived cold and after 30 minutes of waiting. -meat was Archie cutie. Even porridge. -cold fries. -and obviously salad in both. My wife joins us. She signals to the waitress overwhelmed by 3 tables... Who gives her a paper and a pen to write down her order herself. After 15 minutes the waitress comes back to us. We do not have this product Today you must choose something else. After 45 my wife is still not served. BUT... in the meantime my colleague and I finished eating... Helped by the dog who also didn't really appreciate it. Results. Two half-eaten burgers on the plates. The waitress comes to see us "how was it?" -No, frankly, it wasn't great. Archie meat cooked. For a double burger at 32 it's a bit cheap but there you go. -I'm going to get the boss. -ok but I'm going to tell him the same thing again... Sir, why are you eating if it’s not good? Order made on just-eat with a 30 francs voucher after having had 5 tampons so I placed an order for 4 kebabs for 29 francs I waited for the delivery time 6:55 p.m., 1 hour later still nothing so I called the restaurant who tells me that just eat will cancel the order because they can't make 4 kebabs for 29 francs when in the end I just used the voucher that I got after 5 tampons with them. So I call just eat to find out how it's going, I'm told that they don't have the right to refuse to make an order just because the cost isn't high enough for them. Finally I got a refund from just eat because they didn't want to do it, if you can't afford to make loyalty cards don't do one instead of being dishonest. In the end I went to another kebab in Sierre a thousand times better than those in Channe, it's the oriental kebab I recommend this restaurant 100% the quality the price and the taste are there and the girls who serve are really lovely.

ALWAYS wrong delivery, always missing a few things or the menus are wrong. When we ask for what we didn't get, we make it clear that it's inconvenient to make another trip. The delivery people understand little French and above all misunderstand the orders and they also get the price wrong. Very disappointed. Luckily it was just a matter of taste each time and there were no allergies. I also point out that the restaurant is always empty, we wonder why. Also add that if you want to eat cold fries, you've come to the right place. Finally, order before you are hungry, because to deliver 5 minutes from the restaurant, you have to wait 1 hour 20 minutes.

3 orders and 3 bad experiences. First try, direct call to them for an order. The delivery arrived 45 minutes after the given deadline. Second time, call for takeaway. I went there at the time given for collection, once I arrived they hadn't even started cooking the order. Third try, order by UberEats, the menu was delivered without the portion of fries. In short, I will never eat at their place again.

I arived at saviese and wanted to eat something quick. Found this tacos near by and I have to say it was not a good experience. Service is slow and it was not that much people, staff rude, and the tacos.. I mean, let’s try to improve a little. The space is not bad, but smells a little weird.

asking 3 times for a carafe of water to receive 3 glasses of water gives an incomprehensible explanation like gloglo instead of google on TV shows reptile which scares the small child if not enough good food but fried frozen meat too ascesonated if not everything is nickel very nice staff.👍🏽👍🏽

It's been a while since I've been to this cafe. This business is well decorated and very nice. The service person was very responsive. I will go back to taste the menus offered.
