Very good...just one small detail...the fries have a lot of salt...but that's our fault as you should have ordered them with little salt

Very tasty food, large portions and friendly service with modern furnishings. If you're just changing trains and have a few minutes, I highly recommend it.

I think 15 francs for such a Dürüm is a disgrace. Far too small and simply standard. I will never pay that much money for that again. 10Fr. OK, but 15? In Biel you can get it for 12Fr. a Dürüm 1.5 times as large, which was crowned as the second best Dürüm in Switzerland, at küban.

We tried Doner Durum and Ananas Durum. Both were great, fresh salads, tasty meat, warm lavash. Medium size is exactly what You need foe your perfect evening. Meniu is very big, so You can order more than 50 different versions of kebabs. Atmosphere is really good, maybe waitress are not very happy and pleasant, but maybe because we were here in Sunday evening. Really reccomended

Donner meat is extremely poor quality, price performance is bottomless.

Very good pita place. Ordered durum, döner kebab, falafel. All very tasty. Very tasty freshly made sandwich, very tasty falafel.

The kebabs and boxes are very good and generously served. But what’s really worth the detour is the “homemade” ayran.

Unfortunately, I've been to Charisma a few times. Never enough meat, I specifically asked for more meat and each time I had a kebab salad. Anyone who approves of this shop has never eaten a good kebab.😅 12.90.- For a kebab is simply too much. Well at least you get diarrhea from it.

a scam, yesterday I went for the first time and ordered a meat kebab and a chicken kebab to take away, when I got home and was about to have dinner I found that they only gave me two breads full of vegetables , that there was not the slightest trace of chicken or meat in either kebab. I advise those who shop there to check their groceries carefully before leaving the premises.

Every time the kebab has a different taste. I recommend more team building to unite tastes. Having a Turkish chef would bring more real taste.

Ordered a falafel kebab and a greek salad.falafel was ok, nothing special but it was all on the top and all the salad on the bottom which isn't nice.instead of the greek salad i got a random one with no tomatoes or cucumbers .staff is friendly and changed it with what they had,another random salad.not a good experience overall.

In my opinion, if you order a kebab for example and with onions for example, it consists of 80% onions and only 20% meat and unfortunately the bread just ends up soggy. So unfortunately only 3 stars

Our order was wrong and the employee became very rude and pushed us for the food. The food didn't taste particularly good. To make matters worse, there were a few birds flying around the restaurant. This can not be. Food today was cold and I waited 30 minutes for a kebab box.

Unfortunately, the quantity does not correspond to that in other cantons, where the range of kebab dishes is much larger than in Upper Valais. I hope that more kebabs will open in the Upper Valais soon, with plenty on offer that will fill you up. Tried portions in Susten, Brig and Täsch. Even less than in Visp and Eyholz. Price high and quantity too little.

Excellent food and very reasonable price. I just had a brief dinner before heading to Bern after a long day in Matterhorn. Specifically impressed with the quantity - standard size is like extra large. I don't remember the name of the foods we ordered: one is donor durum (like a wrap with vegetables and meat) and another is calamari kebob. Both are excellent, but I like donor durum better. Highly recommended for brief lunch or dinner. Service is also satisfactory.

Today the kebab box was very bad! Fries limp and bland…meat not well fried. Too bad too. Was in Visp train station. Visp Eyholz has always been much better.

Cleanest facility in Valais from the chain

Disappointing experience in every aspect. I ordered two durums and it literally took them 25 minutes to make them even tho we were the only people in there. After those 25 minutes I realized that the order was wrong. To be honest the durums didn’t taste very good either.

After a bad experience with Dürüm, I received charisma when I ordered it for the first time and was allowed to enjoy a fine warm Dürüm. The cordond bleu box was very fine, warm until the end, enough sauce 👍🏼

It couldn't get any worse. ordered 4 things; only one of which can be ordered. What use are countless menu images if many things aren't there at all? The first time there - but also the last time. The fries/nuggets are completely soaked and soggy with the sauce.

There is only the box food to choose to take away. I can eat pizza at the restaurant by the way. It is a big pizza for four person.It is normal restaurant where i used to go for eating some food.

I wanted to have something delivered at 9:30 p.m. When I asked when and whether it would arrive before the store closed, I received a very brisk confirmation of my order. I then waited for about an hour and received neither a rejection nor my order.

Great spot to grab a quick meal and a drink for a very good price, especially if waiting for a train. Cordon Bleu mit pommes was delicious and was a huge portion.
