Lousy service!!!! the waitress told us that the starter was chosen by the kitchen… Ahaha I laughed and finally we had the choice between two starters… starter arrived 3 onion rings in the basket and a mini mixed salad! For the main course and the dessert it was good! But really lousy service, I asked for a cold peach tea, she brought a lemon, ordered water, she never brought us back… Anyway, move on.

We took the good real deal which was supposed to be worth 116.-, after calculating on my side we are far from the announced amount. It's not with three starter onion rings which costs 4 francs on the menu Their basic starters are made up of 5 onion rings. In short, service 0,

Our reservation with a realdeals.ch voucher taken several days before the date of our visit had not been taken into account, the restaurant was however empty (just a couple was there), which did not prevent us from having to argue for several minutes to still be able to stay and eat (we had to prove in my calls that we had called the restaurant and that their staff had contacted us by phone immediately afterwards). Then, the waiter didn't know how to answer us when we asked him what our welcome drink contained; the waitress then informed us that he didn't speak French at all. Then, the meal was not good at all, everything was frozen without taste, it was impossible for us to finish because it was so bad. We only had one dessert out of two because there was no choice, and the dessert above was very, very bad and we left almost all of it. It was an ''Oreo cheesecake'' even though it was a gray mousse without any taste and with a questionable texture. They then cleaned up the whole restaurant while we were drinking our tea and told us they were closing... very bad experience.

Unfortunately very disappointed, the meal was ok but nothing more apart from the meat of the burger which was cooked as requested. The service was not pleasant after waiting at the entrance and 3 waiters/waitresses walked past us without hello we took our seats, we had to call back (after waiting of course) to order because the waitress cleared the tables of people who had already left, the same for dessert we left without our table being cleared (20 minutes after the end of our meal) Let’s not talk about the bill which largely does not justify the price of what we consumed…. Too bad really, we won't go back!

We went on a Friday evening to order takeout for 3 adults and a child. There were 7 or 8 people in the restaurant. Disappointing welcome, the waiter saw us at the bar and passed by us 2 or 3 times without saying "good evening", finally it was a person from the kitchen (waitress?) who took our order. We took the Kayenta chicken wings, when we got home the order was partially wrong, 6 chicken wings instead of 8 and 2 onion rings which had nothing to do there. The chicken wings have no taste and are bland. The onion rings were good nothing more. Then 3 simple Hollywood burger menus. The size for the single is more than enough, the burgers were good, the large frozen fries are of no interest, they are not good. For the child we took the hot dog children's menu, nothing out of this world, she ate the hot dog but left the fries. On site a scoop of ice cream is included in the children's menu but not to take away. Likewise for the burger menus, a drink is included on site, but not to take away. Instead 10% discount on takeaway. To summarize, good nothing more, quality/price too expensive, takeaway drinks would have been preferable to the discount. We will return there to eat something else there to see if it is better.

It became a Portuguese restaurant. So nothing more to do with a Dinner US. It’s not bad, they are nice but very disappointed to have been deceived by the decor!

Good service and very American setting, nothing to say about that. Concerning the dishes, unfortunately it is clearly not up to the prices. The T-bone steak at 49 francs, good cooking but the 400g was clearly not there, the potatoes were simply large frozen fries and the vegetables were served cold. Way too expensive for this dish. You can eat a good saddle of venison for the same price in some places... The steak at 32 francs, also expensive again taking into account the potatoes which are not and the cold vegetables. Mac and cheese for 20 francs, I've never eaten such bad ones, we're a long way from America. Already it's penne instead of macaroni and the cheddar sauce is replaced by parmesan mixed with another melted cheese, you can feel the lumps. In short, there are efforts to be made regarding prices or quality, one of the two must be varied to capture our hearts and make us want to come back. A good sequel!

Arrive as a couple with a voucher for a salad, a burger and a dessert. So salad not seen, fortunately the burger was good. As for the dessert of your choice, the display being empty, the choice is very very limited. In the end, the Mac would have been a better option.

Burger prices have dropped significantly 😧 In about twenty minutes we were served with the different dishes to order. For a first, 3dl drinks are offered with the burger (the menu).

Being present every 2 days to awaken my taste buds with these delicious fries I can only confirm the quality of the dish, service and atmosphere of this restaurant which has changed a lot since it was taken over by the new owner. It is with pleasure that I will return in 2 days.

we went to eat around 10 p.m. at the restaurant, the scheduled closing time we would like to thank the owner of the establishment who generously accepted the dish was absolutely delicious full of taste was very well presented and the portions were generous the welcome and the service was a real pleasure, very friendly, we ate the beef steak and the entrecôte and the pullet beef frontier with lots of taste, very well seasoned with portions which were very generous, we had a pleasant time with the family and the staff was very friendly, moreover other customers came to drink a coffee even though it was our fault if the diner was open, they received a very warm welcome and left with a smile. we were even invited to come to the official inauguration evening of the restaurant because we were informed that all the menus were going to be redone with new prices despite the fact that we found those already presented more than correct, this restaurant deserves its place and that the 'we welcome with a smile the new manager who was very kind we have no comments to make it was absolutely delicious and we would like to say thank you for the welcome and for making us eat so we will come back regularly to this restaurant in order to be able to discover more of the menu and taste what is there, thank you for the welcome.

We came to eat with great enthusiasm for my part, we left relatively disappointed.. The value for money does not meet our expectations.. We took, as a starter, the crispy mix at 19.- for 2 we expected to have a little more in the dish..2 mozza sticks, 2 chicken wings, 2 chili cheese nuggets and 2 onion rings.. For the rest we let ourselves be tempted by the all American at the price of 94.- for 2, composed of a beef steak (very bland) the Hollywood burger (also bland) garlic shrimp which did not have a strong taste of garlic, a pulled beef (which I really liked, my darling found that the taste of the barbecue sauce was too industrial, he is a chef), the fries, nothing to complain about except that they are industrial fries. We were alone in the restaurant, the service was quick but not the warmest. We were careful to be able to taste pork ribs, typically American desserts, which were not on the menu. Unfortunately there are a lot of Portuguese desserts (I have nothing against it, on the contrary) but they have no place in a Dinner. However, the decoration of the restaurant is superb!

Very disappointed with the establishment. Being American, I put an extra star because the decoration was in keeping with the theme. We had the burrito and the pulled meat burger. It was very bland and far from the recipes we serve in the USA. You can't say you're having a dinner if the only thing that's in the theme is the decor. I'm sorry to post such an opinion but if I were you I would include fewer dishes and increase their quality. Unfortunately I wouldn't go back there at the moment.

Having already been to this establishment, twice to eat the burritos, we returned and had an additional Hollywood hamburger and cheddar fries. Big mistake, the cheddar is anything but, a kind of white sauce not great, regarding the hamburger, what can I say….the drama, we asked rare and it is overcooked, dry, bland, visibly frozen meat without any interest . The burritos raise the bar, which is why the rating is a little higher. After telling the waitress of our dissatisfaction we expected a response from the kitchen, obviously they have nothing to do because even when paying, no excuses, no explanations. Quality/price = 0 expensive trio for what they offer; to eat frozen food I still prefer to pay at McDonald's or Burger King. Especially since we obviously don't care about the comments that customers make on site!

We wanted to treat ourselves by enjoying a dish in a (typical…) American restaurant. New manager since April 1, 2023. We wanted to have a glass of wine, well no, not wine. Beer and cocktails, ok. We ordered two double Aspen burgers, medium rare with fries. On arrival, overcooked meat, very few (frozen) fries, all barely warm. The cook explained to the waitress (who started the same day) that there is not enough fat in the meat to cook it properly…. In short, strongly discouraged. Except for drinking a cerveja at the bar. No commercial gesture. All for Fr. 82.- for two people. Can’t wait for McDonald’s, it’s better and cheaper. Still the same boss since the 50s!….

Unfortunately experience can be convincing. We went to eat as a couple on a Saturday evening thanks to the gourmet passport. Fortunately we had time because the service is relatively slow. 50 minutes after arriving we receive our main courses. Our entries were forgotten. The choice was difficult because we had the possibility of leaving our dishes warm or eating our starter after our burgers. In short, not very practical. The drinks were served in cans without glasses. We also asked for sauces for the fries. Halfway through the meal, my wife went to get the sauces from a forgotten table at the back of the restaurant. We stopped our experience at this point and did not consume dessert/coffee. Personally, I don't think I will return to this restaurant for the moment.

Having read the comments, and having been to this restaurant recently, I had to add my two cents. - Service: top notch and attentive! We went there on a Saturday evening and everything went very well. - The food: excellent, we got exactly what we expected. The hot dogs are DELICIOUS! Same for the burger and the meat (recommended by the waitress). - Dessert: excellent Milkshake, the Lava Cake is smaller and less tender than we thought, but still delicious! - Decoration: very American, they largely respect the theme although the latter may not be to everyone's tastes. - Price: the latter seems correct to me. Certainly, we are not in the same price range as Mcdo and company, but the price is justified by the quality of the products and the offer as a whole (frozen or not, for that matter). Note: Lots of comments talked about the absence of alcohol and pork. It says they serve Halal meat. An establishment serving halal meat cannot provide pork or alcohol. It’s a choice I guess! In any case, halal or not, it was excellent. I can't wait to try brunch (maybe next Sunday!).

There were four of us and we ordered 4 hamburgers and a guacamole starter (at 18.-...). When ordering the hamburgers we asked if it was possible to personalize the hamburgers (cooking, without hot sauce etc.) to which the waitress, who was obviously not very happy to be there, replied that yes, that it was possible to modify anything in the burgers. After an hour of waiting for the simple starter, we decided to make a comment to the waitress who could perhaps have forgotten that we had ordered guacamole. She explains to us that that evening, a Saturday evening, there was only one person in the kitchen and that it was going to happen straight away. The guacamole arrived 30 minutes later, or 1 hour 30 minutes after our order. The guacamole was simple, without any spice but above all there were 3-4 whole nachos the rest were simple crumbs from the bottom of the packet. As soon as the starter arrives, the hamburgers follow. We immediately realize that all our orders are reversed. (halal meat, cooking, spicy sauce, etc.) I then called out to the waitress again, explaining to her that after 1 hour and 45 minutes of waiting it was "unacceptable" to have the wrong orders, to which she replied that if we had the whole order wrong it was because of an oven problem and lack of staff. She suggests re-grilling only meats that are too rare (by removing the meat from the sauce and grilling it again...), the people concerned decline the proposal and it would not have helped if the meat was not halal for the person who asked for it. At the end of the meal, we spoke to the manager who didn't seem to care about the problems that had occurred. She finally offered us the drinks...

We went as a family to taste some good American food. What was our surprise and disappointment, we would have done better to read the reviews before going there. Everything is expensive for the quality and quantities offered. All the food was flavorless, bland and tasteless. Probably a lot of frozen foods, like fries for example. Too many choices on the menu, no alcohol, no bacon. Surprising for an American restaurant? Why not focus on less choice and better quality? Establishment staff seated at the table towards the entrance. Unfriendly welcome and poor service. All in all, a big addition to leave you frustrated. I do not recommend this establishment and will never return. I also see on Google reviews that the owner of the establishment takes the liberty of making comments to people who leave negative reviews. But in this case it is not up to the customers to question themselves, but rather the restaurateur.

My partner and I were very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant during our first visit and saddened to see it fairly empty. The food is very good and served in proportions that invite indulgence. The absence of alcohol may be upsetting to some, but was not a problem for us non-drinkers. In addition, I find that it is well compensated by an interesting offer of non-alcoholic drinks (you are not stuck choosing between coke, water or cold tea). A point that can be appreciated for families is the children's play area. I recommend without hesitation to anyone who likes to eat a good burger (I haven't tried the rest yet but it won't be long).

I wasn't expecting anything, but I'm still disappointed. I ordered a rare burger, and it arrived medium/well cooked, on a cold plate. The sandwich was supposed to be spicy, which it wasn't, the bottom bun was soaked with the water from the tomatoes. The fries (frozen) were tasteless and absolutely not browned... The waitress was quite charming and friendly, although she looked like she had just come from the gym in her clothes not really suitable for restaurant service. Reduce the menu, cook with fresh food and it will make all the difference. (And add bacon!)

Super nice restaurant where American, Tex Mex, Italian (pizza and pasta) and contemporary cuisine combine. From starters to desserts, everything is done to take our taste buds on a journey.
