We celebrated my father's 85th birthday today. The food was phenomenal, super delicious, and especially the service was sensational, friendly, courteous. The boss Stephan is very willing to compromise and accommodates all wishes and gives 1000% thanks again for the nice day

A cozy restaurant with a rustic character, but not dark and cramped. Service friendly, prompt and bilingual. Lots of fresh vegetables, fresh fruit.

A Valentine's Day meal to forget. It started with an overly salty Port Consommé. The main menu (a steak) was OK. I then order 2 Jamaica balls for dessert. The waitress arrives, I taste and notice directly that the aroma is caramel and not Jamaica. The waitress comes back with a new cup and surprise I am given some caramel… I explain the problem again. On her 3rd visit, she orders me to taste it directly and dares to insinuate that it is me who confuses the taste of caramel and Jamaica… a shame! The aromas are easily differentiated. 3 times to finally receive the right order and to be treated like a liar, it's beyond acceptable, I won't set foot there again! For the attention of the boss if he is interested: the waitress has short, bleached blonde hair. Easily identifiable…

We are never there at the Chemi-Hütta but it would be better to book. This time we were welcomed and placed by the boss which made us very happy

On New Year's Eve 2023/24 there were far too many people and people were crowded at the table. Had to wait a long time for food and some of it was cold. Very stressed staff and you don't feel comfortable at all. Why do you have to accept so many people and you don't have time to greet the guests and talk to them! Less is better and the guests are satisfied.

Spent the new year there. Great meal on the other hand, an overseas atmosphere more present than expected.

Excellent hearty meals. If you value good quality and friendly staff, you've come to the right place. A few amuse bouches come from the kitchen before the meal, which rounds off the great experience. The horse entrecote with green pepper sauce tastes excellent and is highly recommended.

This restaurant is definitely recommended. Perfect welcome in a superb setting. Very friendly staff and owner who listens to his customers. An example for French-speaking people. People who post negative opinions, I think, are negative people, therefore toxic, so please don't poison others, let positive people have fun and find themselves in a zen spirit. Bravo to the Chemi-Hütta team and to its boss who understood everything, and for those who are envious, take an example from him and perhaps you will get there one day.

Venison stew two years ago, then this year in 2023, is still too salty. The same goes for the people who accompanied us. It was not possible to finish the plate in these conditions, which nevertheless seemed appetizing and very well presented. Damage ! Otherwise pizzas at CHF 12.- every Thursday evening. Good choice and cooking over a wood fire. It is advisable to reserve to have a place. Impeccable service and the boss even comes to shake hands with all the customers. The only point to review was that the pizza dough was also too salty for my taste. The restaurant is good and the terrace too.

Restaurant known far and wide located in St. Sylvestre near Le Mouret with a terrace with a lovely view. I haven't tasted their cuisine yet but it won't be long before I do.

We have been to the Chemi-Hütta in St. Silvester several times. We were always served very friendly and our highlights are the various meat fondues and the roast beef that is served in the summer. The ambience is also beautiful in the Sensler Oberland. We will eat here again and again! 🔥

As a Seisler, I say clearly that this is the best restaurant in the entire canton. The food is excellent and the prices are simply bomb, as is the quantity on the plate because what you pay for you get back twice. The service is also unique because many restaurants can take a page from each other and the atmosphere is also very familiar and it is simply beautifully decorated so I feel very comfortable there. We recommend!

As someone who is not from the area, I found this restaurant really up to par with a quality of meat that you no longer find even in big cities. Meats (beef, lamb, chicken) really excellent. Well done !!!
