Cool location with nice service, delicious burgers and tasty IPA 😅

Very cute place, near the trainstation. Wide array of foods and beverages. Service seems competent and friendly. Waiting time during peak hours only a couple Mins for drinks and maybe 10 for the food. Nothing special though.

Best bar with the friendliest staff! Greetings go out to Lisa, Renato, Phipsi, Vladi, Jerome and all the other wonderful people there!

The place has an amazing decor: pending lights and a cute green surprise if you look carefully! We ordered the low carb Cheyenne burger and the Jack Daniel’s burger, they were juicy and well prepared. They have a wide range of great cocktails too. Services was as expected!

Fantastic for people with celiac disease too Mega cool restaurant, very nice employees who seriously took care of our questions...very hard to clarify about celiac disease. It wasn't a problem at all. Fantastic for our daughter. She could also eat the truffle fries. The boss was also great when making the reservation, he made it possible for us to have a really nice evening (despite celiac disease)

One of the coolest places in the Oerlikon area to go for an afterwork drink. Its quite lively, good vibes, music and food. Usually crowded. A bit expensive.

Top restaurant for after work. Food was perfect. Very good location for a meal before a concert in the Hallenstadion. 5 minutes walk from Oerlikon train station and 5 minutes to the Hallenstadion. Food comes relatively quickly. Reservations are an advantage, but there is always space at the bar. To recommend. I'll be back.

If there's one place that reaches the level of disaster, it's Cheyenne. Service, whether at the table or at the bar, was a total impudence, rude and very dismissive.

Nice bar, great atmosphere and there is something to discover everywhere. The music is well chosen, perhaps a little too loud for conversations across the table. Location is practical, the drinks selection is very good, changing specialties are available.

I ate the Cheyenne Burger and thought it was really tasty. However, I found it perhaps a little small for the price. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed and the staff was extremely friendly. Overall a positive experience and definitely recommended

We received extremely friendly service from Vladimir at the Cheyene Burger Bar in Oerlikon, and the blue cheese burgers were deliciously prepared. A wonderful culinary experience!

Food is solid. Unfortunately there is no brunch anymore, that was one of the reasons why I went there. In summer you can sit comfortably outside.

From ordering to eating it was very quick. The food was delicious and the portions were big enough. The restaurant is very nicely decorated, we really liked it. The only negative point is the noise inside. You can hardly have a decent conversation anymore because the music is so loud. Otherwise great

Loving this place! Always great service! Very nice waiters, always open to a little chatter and smiling, it's lovely! Food is alright, some kind of tex-mex menu (I'd recommend the burgers over anything else) and great music (mostly 90s and early 2000's), sometimes a little too loud to keep a conversation, but still alright. Not wheelchair accessible, as there are a couple of steps at the entrance and the restrooms are downstairs and there's a flight of stairs to get there, nevertheless there's always the option of sitting at the terrace when the weather allows.

Nice outdoor area. Good drink selection. We often have an after-work beer at Cheyenne in the summer. Therefore I can't judge the food. Service is on the more leisurely side.

The Cheyenne was, is and remains an institution in Oerlikon. The unique ambience fits the concept perfectly. The food is of top quality and tastes great! The employees are professional and their good mood and joy are contagious. Lovely again!

Solid option in Oerlikon. The staff is quick and kind, the burgers are great the beer selection is solid.

I was in Cheyenne several times from 2000 to 2006. I am thrilled that the restaurant still exists to this day. Nice staff and the decor is a bit crezy. The two tables could be a little bigger. The prices are still zucchini style but you know that.

I am thrilled, not only by the excellent - or rather outstanding - food, but also by the extremely friendly and courteous manner in which I was welcomed, served and also said goodbye. The atmosphere is really original - and warm-hearted too! Thank you for such soothing moments in the middle of a violent thunderstorm ;-)

The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The service is average. There is a good selection of burgers, which are very good. The furnishings are cozy. Prices are rather high.

The restaurant closes at midnight and we stopped by at 11:45 p.m. to finish the evening. After a quick question about whether we could get another drink, we answered a timid yes, understandable, even though a few tables were still occupied. 2 Gintonic, but unfortunately they are out of ice cream. Gin and tonic warm and the whole thing for CHF 42, - no one cared about us anyway. You wouldn't expect it to be shortly before closing, but we didn't feel comfortable at all. The restaurant can certainly do more, but not just before it closes!

We wanted to eat something before the concert last night. The ambience is great and my companion told me that the food is very good (knows this). The menu was on the table and we were able to browse. After almost 20 minutes we unfortunately left again because we weren't served/seen. It's a shame... The people next to us had to wait a long time for their food. A couple ordered food, he finished eating and she was still waiting. A pity. Maybe the restaurant was a bit crowded because there was a concert. I'll be back because I still want to try the food :-)

The most disgusting establishment in Oerlikon.

Good if you want a hamburger in Switzerland. Server was friendly and attentive. Spoke perfect English and checked in on us. Food was good, but nachos were weird. Something was off about them as they were dry and boring. I don't think the restaurant understands nachos and thinks it is just chips with melted cheese on them. Also, we ordered them as an appetizer, but were served along with our burgers, so it was too much food at once and was difficult to navigate between eating burger and eating warm, cheese chips. But it worked out and we enjoyed our meal and our time there. FYI - - burgers were $28 Swiss Francs each, which is over $30 USD. Served with fries.

Cool, relaxed location with a terrace. Service was a bit hectic even though the restaurant wasn't really full. Waiting time for two burgers is quite long at 45 minutes. Burgers were okay, a bit dry. However, fries and nachos were very good. Almost too expensive in price.

Since I suffer from celiac disease, I ordered the gluten-free burger, specifically mentioned without fried onions! Unfortunately I received a burger with fried onions, I only noticed it halfway through. The waiter apologized. When I paid I asked for a price reduction and nothing came from him. A chef should know when ordering gluten-free that you also check the other ingredients briefly and don't just throw them in blindly... My stomach will hurt for the next few days and I definitely won't come back under these circumstances.

Very cool location and delicious food! We were there with 9 people and had enough space and were served quickly. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are also reasonable for the service. The chicken burger and cheese nachos tasted fantastic! The fries were really good and so were the portions of everything. It was really nice. The music fit really well. Clear 5 stars.

Good food and drinks though I don't drink but my friends said

I've been with the team twice.. unfortunately there isn't much choice either in Oerlikon. Beer and soft drinks ok, nothing special but okay. Ate hamburger twice. The vegan doesn't taste like much, the meat one is better but on Friday evening eating frozen bread twice (tried both sesame and ciabatta) is not acceptable if you ask for 27 chf Chips better. The first time served by two waitresses, they were tragic. Second time two waiters, who were very good and attentive.

The location is very successful and cozy. The chicken wings were great and came very quickly. Service was friendly. However, we had to wait a good 2 hours for the burgers. When we asked where our food was, the answer was that they only have one cook. I would absolutely accept that point as the store was well attended. But what I don't understand is when people and even entire groups around us come later and receive their food beforehand. Either our order was lost or the system is a bit questionable. When our burgers finally arrived, we would have preferred we had been forgotten. The burger patties were a tasteless meat pulp that was more reminiscent of poorly made meat bird. There was hardly any sauce on the burger and the whole thing was very heavy on the stomach. Fries were good. You can go to Chayenne for drinks and wings with fries, but I would avoid the burgers. I don't know when or where I ate a worse burger in Zurich.

Were there yesterday. After we waited over an hour for food and the table next door and other guests who came into the restaurant over half an hour later had already had their food, we asked. Based on the service employee's reaction when looking at the order on the mobile device, it was clear that the order was not placed after the starter. We were told the kitchen was overloaded. But other guests already had it... No apology, no attempt at a gesture of accommodation and no honest answer... Otherwise we would have stayed and happily eaten there.

The conditions were catastrophic. Had to wait over an hour for my food and asked several times.

Something here changed for the worst, I remember coming here during university times and the service was always nice... Came back last weekend after a long time: the tall waiter was very rude when he was taking our orders, forgot one of the drinks we had ordered, and (after we ordered it for the 2nd time) we had to wait another 20 minutes before we finally got it... Not sure why, but with a different circle of friends we went again to the same place the following weekend... After waiting at the bar counter for some time to pay while no one was making minimal eye contact with me, someone finally noticed me and we got the bill which said CHF X, but on the credit card we got charged CHF Y... now be aware that I always leave a tip (even the previous week when the service was bad) and I would have done the same here, but the self-input tip was just too much... Told the staff, got the difference back in cash, and went away...

The four of us were in Chayenne over lunch today. At around 12:05 p.m. we sat down at a table. After about 10 minutes we were allowed to place our order. The food arrived at about 1:05 p.m. This is a very poor performance. Practically all customers had to wait that long. The food was again ok.

Restaurant was ok, atmosphere was nice. But… I ordered truffle fries. The menu includes French fries with truffle poke, parsley and truffle sauce! I got the fries completely dry without any sauce:-( When I asked the waiter (Renato) where the truffle sauce was, he said in a nutshell: It always comes without sauce. I then said he should please take a look at the kitchen. Then he turned and ran away. Was very stressed because there was a lot going on. A pity.

Unfortunately it's getting worse. Not only do the managers come and go like usual, but unfortunately the service is also unmotivated and inattentive every time. You are neither greeted when you arrive nor served quickly. We were there yesterday and the restaurant was almost empty. 2 employees (apparently the boss and another one) at the counter didn't look at us or greet us and talked to each other. The other at least 3 waiters walked past us 15 times (we were sitting right at the bar) without saying hello or even taking an order. After more than 15 minutes we were able to grab someone and ask them to order something to drink. It's really a shame how things are going and that things are getting worse and worse. It's no longer fun to come. You shouldn't skimp on service and have people who sometimes have a smile on their face and not people who you can see from outside the window what a crap they have to be there. You have to hand it to the last manager (who has already left) - he greeted you with a big laugh from wherever he was in the restaurant and noticed you!
