Shisha itself is ok, but they don't provide tongs and you should always call them. When you call, you always get an arrogant answer that the shisha is good. The employees are also rather arrogant and hang around as if they were customers there. The people I know always get good seats, which I think is a shame.

Always a lot of guests present, very decent staff, the owners and managers are always courteous and take care of misunderstandings with orders very quickly, not like in the other shisha bars in Aarau or where I know where they don't care. Location is nice outside, but very small inside. 5 waiters chilling at the bar and are too embarrassed to serve people... very long waiting time (to order). The person who brought the shisha refused to take the glasses that were already there and just said "I'm responsible for shishas and call a waiter".
