A great discovery. Very friendly staff. Very good food. The boss took over the establishment about 3 months ago, so pay attention to old comments.

Discovery, gourmet passport to come without hesitation. We had the specialty of entrecôte with homemade fries, and also the tartare which was excellent and also the tiramisu which was homemade I highly recommend because even the boss is super pleasant in his service :) Thank you so much

We went to eat as a family. As we were about to sit down we saw two cockroaches. Needless to say, it didn't take much for us to leave the place immediately. Scandal!! Deplorable welcome, detestable boss!!

We had reserved a table on Thursday for Sunday, we traveled across Valais to find a sign on the door "closed today". No call to warn, we came for nothing. We, who really wanted to try it, will not be going back.

Bad welcome, disgusting meal, dishonest boss, no more rice at 9 p.m. despite order placed at 8 p.m., in short, a disaster. don't set foot there, a real nightmare for a restaurant evening. to forget quickly and this restaurant is not worth visiting. u. execrable boss.

Very friendly team and good service

Nice setting, some shortcomings in the service (aperitif service not at all fair between the two glasses, the waiter switched our glasses after tasting the red) the pizza I had was quite good. Big downside, we did not find any disinfectant at the entrance and the waiter (despite my thinking) did not have the respect to put on a mask even though it is obligatory. For that alone I won't come back.

At Paolo's, Friendliness is guaranteed with chef Paolo and his very good cuisine. The restaurant is very well located in the center of Sion. The daily menus are unbeatable in terms of quality and price, and with a drink included. The meat on the slate is a delight and the pizzas too. A restaurant that I highly recommend.

Very nice restaurant in the historic center. A nice mix of Italian and local cuisine. Excellent dishes and fast, impeccable service. Truly exquisite staff. Congratulations, must try.

Superb culinary experience, lovely staff, great time at Paolo's!

Very disappointed, we ordered two pasta dishes, we had much overcooked and burnt pasta! In a pile of absolutely tasteless cream. Everything was swimming inside. Sad discovery. I strongly advise against it.
