There is always hot coffee here. Visiting Biel without having been to Rüfi is only a half-hearted visit

SCAM We are charged 10 ctm for the small coffee creamer when we order a coffee (which is already 5.-)... In German Switzerland you have to ask for the so-called "natural" coffee so as not to have the small creamer. side of our cup... never heard that! and they charged us for cream even though we didn't get any in the coffee. Very unpleasant waitress. Never again.

Absolutely not recommended, narrow-minded and unfriendly to customers, the staff and also the boss who was left. Absolutely incompetent and no dialogue is possible. The quality and price ratio don't match, they don't care at all whether the customer is satisfied or not. The prices are overpriced and the quality is just inferior. The tearoom also charges very high prices for drinks with no prices for poor drinks. Also the whole bakery is just very expensive. It's better to spend the money somewhere else, it fits with their mission statement, they ignore criticism and things weren't any better with the employees. When there are problems and grievances, you look away, you don't want to see them. Absolute juice shop. Fixed on the outside and nothing on the inside!!!! Never again - you'd rather spend your money in the Coop, Lidl and Migros, the quality is even better.

Most stylish and cool coffeehouse in Biel! All dishes, including the sweets from the shop, are the highest quality, team most friendly and professional and generally atmosphere there is like being in book store or library, where you meet authors, journalists and musicians. Very popular place by Bieler folk, so sometimes you'd have to wait a little to get a table (for lunch). I personally recommend trying their fresh juice, a fruit pie, and "canapés.

Beautiful confectionery in downtown Biel, great ambience. Here you can get fine sweets. Good service. Price/performance is right. Easily accessible. Highly recommended.

I wanted to have coffee and ice cream around 5:30 p.m. At the counter I was told that the ice cream is there and to get coffee you have to order at the table. Except that the moment I sit down at the table (after paying my ice cream at the price “on site”), it is announced that they are closing, it is not possible to have coffee…. Quite frustrating.

A very well-attended cafe, with various delicacies from patesserie to various salads. We were served quickly and friendly. The fall salad was very good. Price absolutely justified and we would be happy to come back.

Most waitresses are incredibly rude. I simply asked if it was possible to have a place on the terrace, since it's full but maybe someone will leave in the meantime. The waitress didn't even look at me, she turned her back towards me, she raised her shoulders to say "she doesn't know" while walking elsewhere! Not even a word! So I went in, seeing as I was ignored by the first waitress. I wait 20 minutes for me to be served and another 10 minutes to get the menu. I went to the cash register to ask to pay, I said hello 3 TIMES to a waitress and asked if I can pay. She doesn't even look at me and she leaves, but the worst is that at that moment, she is not alone at the checkout, there were 2 of them. So the other one heard me because she looked but she also ignored me. What is this mess??? Everything is so expensive here with such service???

Incredibly unfriendly, I would never want to be served here again!! You are not greeted and massively ignored for no reason. The waitress looked at me when I asked her if I could pay. And then just looked away without an answer. So if serving people is too much, you should look for another job.

Very tasty cakes, tarts and more. The juice is served freshly squeezed. The only drawback: only the espresso is prepared in a real coffee machine, cappuccino etc. come from the machine. A coffee art specialist would be a better fit for this café.

Baked goods, cakes, drinks etc. all very tasty and good, especially the Berliners with vanilla filling at Christmas. But the staff (at the takeaway counter) were unfriendly and annoyed. I paid with TWINT and received the confirmation and the cell phone was powered up. The lady at the counter was annoyed and said she had to see the confirmation and that was logical and laughed as if I was "stupid". I then showed her the process... she wasn't happy, said she had to see the green heel (which I had already pushed away). But somehow it still worked... by the way, another employee at the counter was bullying a trainee, I think exclaimed in front of about 10 customers who were waiting.. she shouldn't put her things on the counter because they were cleaning up and what was that supposed to be. Ok, that's true, but shouting things like that in front of customers is not acceptable and it creates a bad image. I also have stress at work and sometimes don't feel like it, but you shouldn't show that to customers.

Very good baked goods and snacks. Unfortunately, I also expect/wish for better service at such prices. This should be optimized. Sometimes you wait quite a long time until you can order and then you receive the orders in pieces at longer intervals.

Very unfriendly service.Vermicelle with ice cream not small portions. According to the service, the store has enough vermicelles of all sizes. Unfortunately there aren't any left at the moment because they've run out. Excellent. I definitely think so. Little addition. Portion for 13.- corresponds to a small portion elsewhere.

The place is nice, it has a terrace in summer, it is cramped in winter, they have some fresh pastries and bread, I will recommend a nice and clean place with helpful staff.

The selection is very large and diverse and yet of high quality. The staff is friendly and can provide a lot of information about the various offers. Since the quality is good, the prices are also a bit higher than other places.

As much as the pastries are good, the coffee is really bad... and this has been the case for years...

Many drinks are too expensive and some are undrinkable, service would actually be okay. You should reconsider the prices and certain pseudo drinks, for example lemongrass, lemon and a little mint in a glass of warm water CHF 7.80 CH, it's not tea, it's just warm water with herbs. The menu and the prices should be reconsidered, either something is tasty and you can charge the price or not. And if the quality is poor and expensive, that's not possible.

One of the famous cafees in the city. Indoor great ambiance. Outdoor seating also comfortable; blankets available to snuggle up in the cold. Great selection of beverages, bakery items and desserts.

I had to take the pastries inside, find a place on the terrace, we never cleared my table of the customer before and after called twice to place an order, I finished my desserts and left to have my coffee elsewhere
