I go there once a week! This is an address not to be missed in Plainpalais. It's not expensive and we are well served.

I got food poisoning, avoid it!!

It's good, the only big fault is the Brazilian chicken for the fillets. They don't have the same health standards and lots of antibiotics. Too bad.

It's a very reasonably priced fast food shop by Geneva standards. also the halal option is why we prefer this place. it's a good and clean establishment, the chicken is very tasty.

Halal fried chicken better than KFC! The staffs were efficient, nice, kind and very welcoming.

The service is catastrophic! RUE DE LYON I was served cold, (they put a terminal but no one to beep you) So late... I ask to have the sandwich remade for me which has become cold and there an employee named "Michel" (who kept showing herself to be bored of working, sighs, speaks curtly to the customer etc.) tells me that she doesn't want to do it again and that she refuses to reimburse me! Then she leaves me there without my sandwich which she just threw on the counter!! a menu that I paid 18CHF!!

It's very delicious and fresh . Have been going there for 3 years . The ketchup isn't halal but other than that it's halal .

food delicious! super pricy but not surprising. some of the best chicken fast food ever! kids meal comes in silly box. paid 9.80 per meal, can use euros instead of chf. felt very clean and the service is very fast! not too expensive compared to other options, and open late and near transit!

Fast food where chicken is king. Very good fried foods and quality dishes. Very fast service thanks to the Boss who orchestrates everything. Good choice of side dishes and dessert. Parking under the Plaine de Plainpalais nearby. Bus and all amenities as well. To visit!

Basically it was great but filet mignon had too much salt, too much expensive trio sauce and not even any sauce with the chicken, you had to buy extras because it was too small.... I went back and saw an elderly person eating and they placed him in full sun. He asked if we could lower the blinds... no response and he had to move with his service to another table without anyone moving help honestly it was too much for me they have no respect for the customers or the elderly… besides it's the same chicken as kfc just that they are there recipe from the time because it was kfc at the time time. it's quickly seen the new kfc we just the zero taste breading it's all nothing more and their secret ingredient and the cinnamon in the breading try it at home and the result will be there.

There is no better chicken fry menu. Juicy chicken, quick service, crispy fries. What more could you ask for when you're hungover. (+1 point for the coke which is still gas)

I love dining here, every time I'm in Geneva I stop by, it's a ritual. The food is delicious, they serve good portions and do not lower the quality of either the flavor or the service. Very satisfied with the place.

My favourite fast food in Geneva. Seems unusually good value for this city. They are very generous with chip portions, and I highly recommend the chicken burger.

Would it be an exaggeration to say that it is by far the best fast food in French-speaking Switzerland? I do not think so ! Special mention for the manager of the establishment who knows how to welcome her customers properly! And for a fast food it's little known. Two words to say, keep it up!

Closes 15 minutes earlier than midnight and makes us go to the arcade to charge us more. A shame !

Passing by by chance, I was immediately intrigued by this fast food which dares to compete with the giant KFC. And quite frankly it's really not bad, the chicken is much less fatty than at KFC and more flavorful, the toppings are well seasoned and very generous. And all for much less money, in the future if I want chicken, I would go to them without hesitation. Fed up with the competition's exorbitant prices! Nice surprise

The Geneva TEMPLE of fried chicken. Here, in this mecca of gastronomy in the city of Calvin, sultans and beggars come together to taste the bird prepared with the famous secret blend of spices (kept for generations). An absolute must (if you allow me to speak French) for all the foodies passing through the end of the lake!

Great food, actually a lot of food, for a really good price

Went to try it for the first time. We ordered the meal for two. We had the coleslaw and mashed potatoes as sides. Everything tasted pretty bland. We had to ask for some salt because the chicken didn't have much flavor. Great service though!

Extremely disappointed after a large take-out order gathered in a single bag (it seemed exaggerated to me but I tried) was torn on the sidewalk 50m away... Next time I will ask for a second bag or better bring my shopping bag.

Always a nice place to go grab some fried chicken, I particularly enjoy the fries who are slightly different than other fast foods!

Very friendly staff and generous portions. On the other hand, the fries had a strange aftertaste, the fried chicken fillets were extremely salty and the spice mix was strange. As for burgers and wraps, everything was drowned in mayonnaise. Finally, the hot sauce was way too salty. Too bad because the feedback I got from it was all positive.

Finally reopened, I recommend this place as much for its friendly and quiet atmosphere as for the quality of the fast food.

I'm removing one star because new orders and microscopic sauces at 0.50chf and half filled. Frankly respect us a minimum.

Just a piece of advice: go there once and it will be the start of a loooooooong story 💃. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the young woman at the service for her dynamism, her welcome and her smile 🙂. Finally..., 🙂🙃🙂

Poor quality, hygiene needs to be reviewed, horrible cooking oil or dated a few days ago, excessive prices for the quality of the food.

Food is very tasty but unfortunately for my home delivery order, I received the Filets Mignon menu …without the filet. Bags were sealed so clearly not delivery fault… when I called the restaurant they cut it short saying it is Uber’s fault and I need to discuss with them. Disappointing…

Delicious, but the menus don't fill their price. On the other hand, selling Halal meat with pork bacon seems contradictory to me. A Muslim friend ordered a bacon sandwich thinking it was turkey bacon. They should make that clear.

The portions are generous and they have good value for money. The chicken was pretty oily, but definitely crunchy. The chicken burger was nice, crunchy and good portion. The drumsticks was not that good. The chicken strips were better and more nicer. the guy added one extra strip for free. They charge for mayonnaise and sauce which is weird. in general, I highly recommended!

Avec ses garnitures, boissons, sauces, et surtout ses desserts qui vous donneront envie de rompre votre jeûne... ! I grew up with KFC and it is obvious that the chicken here is fresh and not frozen, crispy and tasty.. The cole slaw ( big size ! ), corn, and mashed potatoes are delicious.Only once did I go to KFC and came running back to this place.The prices are reasonable for Geneva and you can choose the pieces of chicken that you like.The Staff and Owner give you a warm welcome and the service is quick and professional.The place is spotless.The Owner is Swiss of non-Swiss origin and I , always, tell him that he will , never, become a good Swiss because he always gives customers an extra, ,big piece of chicken free. In Switzerland . NOTHING, IS FREE, not the water , not the bread, not the extra cup of coffee.......oh I forgot, the packages of cream and sugar are.I, rarely, eat junk food but when I get a hankering for chicken and cole slaw and am too lazy to make my own, I make the 45 minute bus and tram ride to go to this place.The neighborhood close by can be dodgy but any riff-raff that comes into this place know that they had better be polite and not bother the customers. Before the Covid -19 regulations, this was, absolutely a Family place and a restaurant where woman is comfortable eating alone. J'etais un très grand fan car le poulet était tjs bon et les portions de frites généreuse. Mais depuis quelque temps, j'ai des pièces de poulet pas tres bonne et les portions de frites sont devenues normales. Dommage.
