But I received a wonderfully trapping and stylishly appealing salad plate with a sample of the extremely delicate, homemade cheesecake. The staff is extremely accommodating and very polite. In addition, special requests can be accommodated without hesitation. Smokers will be pleased that you can smoke freely throughout the restaurant while eating. This fact is then actively used. In the garden pub, right on the main street, this is less of a problem.

Non-smokers eat hidden and always have to ring the bell for service... Food is simple and cheap. After lunch (about 30 minutes) everything about you smells like “barbecue”.

Even if the U40 party starts next door in the evening, the chef should manage it or better plan it. He had a good 4 menu daily menu but unfortunately a lot of it was already gone. Better just these four menus or a smaller menu.

We were there on a Sunday, there were two smaller groups in the dining room. The restaurant makes a good, cozy impression from the outside and inside. The service was neither particularly friendly nor particularly prompt. We waited a while until we could place our order. When we asked if we could order something to eat, the service employee said: probably not, we have a wedding party today... At least a quick inquiry in the kitchen would have been possible. Well, we didn't feel particularly welcome and probably won't be back any time soon.
