We went to the Schokolate Bernrain factory shop again. The newly designed store appears to be very well done in all parts. The food options are also varied and very good. The children were also thought of. There is a separate play area.

This morning was a wonderful surprise in this familiar place. Chocolate production is plentiful. But the best thing is that the excellent staff is friendly and attentive. I drank a delicious cappuccino with a croissant. It was fantastic sunbathing on the terrace and enjoying the view. I will definitely come again. Thank you very much.

Super great chocolate. Unfortunately we were there on a Saturday when production wasn't running. The opportunity to look into production is great. If you are in the area, this place is a must visit.

Great, if not the best place in Kreuzlingen to buy original Swiss chocolate. The factory is right next door. The selection is so large that it is sometimes really difficult to decide what to take with you. For many products it is also possible to test/try them out. Which sometimes isn't really helpful when it comes to choosing because everything is so delicious. I think the price-performance ratio fits together. Payment is possible in Swiss francs, euros or by card. My colleagues (back at home) even said that dark chocolate isn't actually my personal favorite, but that the one from here is really delicious.

It has such a lovely terrace. Coffee was good. The chocolate cake after a family recipe was highly recommended. The chocolate shop was heaven. Everything a factory shop is asked for. Will visit again.

Very nice, open sale with a welcoming cafe. In summer there is a cozy terrace with a beautiful view. You can “look inside” the production and there is a nice projection of the processing steps. You can also pour your own chocolate. Super fine chocolate at top prices

I had the pleasure of drinking coffee in the café in Stella Chocolate Company on the Trasse with a view of Lake Constance and it was a wonderful experience. The coffee was of excellent quality and carefully prepared to produce a rich and robust flavor. What I particularly liked was the fact that the coffee was made right in front of me, which made it even more enjoyable. The cafe itself was very cozy and provided an idyllic setting to enjoy a cup of coffee and take in the atmosphere on the Trasse. Overall, my visit to Café auf dem Trasse was an unforgettable experience and I look forward to returning soon.

Of course it's not Valrhona or even Amedei, but what I've tried so far tastes pretty good and has a decent price-performance ratio. Unfortunately, I missed high-quality chocolate coating for making cakes and desserts. I think, unfortunately, like everywhere else, demand is very low here.

Great factory outlet now, no comparison to the old store. A Mecca for everyone. Chocolate lovers...you can also try the chocolates and the prices for the 2 choice packages are also affordable at 4.50 francs for 480 grams.

It's not just the chocolate shop that's awesome. The Caffè team is very friendly and nice. The offerings range from sweet to salty. During the week you can take an insight into the production. Also awesome 🤩: The view from the beautiful terrace. Unfortunately no photos were taken of the beautiful interior (there were too many visitors)

Shopping is worth it...., such delicious cookies 🍪 and chocolate 🍫. Price performance ratio is right!

Located on the main road, they have enough parking area, and the facility is so clean. The shop and cafe at the same time is located at the 3rd floor of the building. The cafe is so nicely located, both indoor and outdoor, they have quite a few selection with reasonable prices. The shop has a wide variety of choices and the cost is fair.

Very tasty chocolate at reasonable prices. In the beautiful café you can enjoy the delicious homemade chocolate and then try as much broken chocolate as you like in the sales area. The chocolate can then be bought very cheaply. We'd love to come back!

You can only look down through the window and you can't really see much of the workmanship. The shop invites children and adults to read aloud and play with lights on the walls. Very original. Oh, different types of chocolate to try are really great. It's also nice to sit on the terrace and eat coffee or cake. Last but not least, the super good personal advice regarding the many different types of chocolate and pralies. In the truest sense of the word, top notch👍👍👍👍

A wide range of products (chocolate, candies, some waffles, candy bars...), but for my taste the chocolate is not the most delicious. There is a shop and a coffee shop on the production site. I talked to some people, they complained about low wages for employees in production. I believe that it is through the hands of these people who are in production that the company earns money and, accordingly, I want them to be given a decent salary🙏

Swiss quality, better than in Swiss supermarkets and they already have the best quality and from the cafe terrace you have a wonderful view over the lake to the German shore

The new shop is a dream for chocolate lovers - now with plenty of space, lots of offers (especially when the chocolate eggs are reduced by another 50% immediately after Easter) and a café with a beautiful terrace and a wonderful panoramic view!

An adventure for the whole family! The employees are super friendly, animation about chocolate making for the kids, nice, inviting selection, cozy atmosphere.

Unloads quickly. The staff is polite. Registration, at the entrance there are 2 ramps, there is a door between the ramps, there is a telephone hanging next to it, we pick up the phone and wait for an answer. Sometimes they give 🍫 chocolate as a present.

Large selection of different two-class chocolates at a great price, plus of course many first-class products. The presentation is very nice and inviting. However, there was nothing to try, despite there being several empty plates. With so much chocolate, there has to be something corresponding. So you got the feeling that the staff wasn't particularly concerned with keeping the store running. That could be even better.

At 9 a.m. we were standing in front of a locked door downstairs, after the bell rang it was opened and when we got upstairs the entrance door was also closed and two ladies in the kitchen were so busy that they didn't notice that customers could be standing in front of the door after about 5 minutes of waiting we enter! The service is very unfriendly and it is very barely furnished, you don't feel comfortable and it has no ambience. After a small breakfast we bought something in the shop and it took forever until we could pay. One lady was busy at the counter and the other was on the phone the whole time!
