It's not normal for just one person to do the bakery service and the restaurant. The customer has to wait and the employee is completely overwhelmed, I admire him for continuing to work in these conditions. The only person responsible is the boss who has no respect for his customers.

Cold place...no atmosphere and prices of products, apart from coffee, very expensive. Personal opinion. I can't even imagine going back there,

During a little coffee, we had the chance to taste a piece of lemon cake 🍋. It was a moment of pure pleasure, soft and dipped in a lemon syrup which makes it juicy just as it should. A real treat. FYI less than 20.00 per cake for 6 to 8 people. The service was also very good and the place is rather pleasant. I also ordered some cakes.... chocolate of course, which was really very good and well made. I can only recommend making a quick visit to this chocolatier bakery, which also makes good bread and pastries including a giant croissant which corresponds to 6 croissants! To choose one of the wonderful cakes that the pastry chef makes to measure. Every time I go to this place, either to taste a pastry or just to drink a coffee, I always have a good time. Thanks to the whole team.

Along the same lines as many other reviews, the service is terrible depending on who you come across. Plus there is often just one employee who has to manage everything, so you wait 20 minutes for a simple coffee. Sad.

To say not great is an understatement....poor service, price too expensive; syrup for children 3 years old.. 3.80 fortunately there is no shortage of good coffee in Versoix

The richest breads that can be found in all of Europe!!! Delightful taste!! And a huge and tasty cappuccino!!! And we also had a baba that was a delicacy!!! Without words, everything was fresh and excellent, the service was friendly and pleasant, even if we didn't speak French!!! I recommend it 100%, you can't miss going if you pass by there.

Café ☕ very nice bakery in Versoix.

This place is spectacular, unique in Switzerland, you can see the jet of water from a very different angle. I recommend this place 1000%. To visit in 👪 or even alone. Don't be afraid of the height of the towers of Saint Pierre Cathedral in the old town of Geneva, the view is magical. And you have to have good thighs 🤣 To climb the 100 or so steps to the first bell tower. So go visit, it's really truly unforgettable....lots of history inside. It’s worth the detour, I guarantee. The chocolates are excellent, beautiful and refined. the catering and pastry section is really good and we feel that the ingredients used are quality! coming without worries!

Always the same thing. I love some of their products but you don't have to be in a hurry if you want to drink a coffee on the terrace. I always wait at least 10 min, the record being 32 min. The waitresses are unsmiling, unprofessional, don't know the job and don't want to do it. Always overwhelmed even if there are only 2 tables to serve…. Not recommended especially if you want to drink a quick coffee before going to work…

I love the products, great quality and taste. On the other hand, when I pay 20 CHF and am a loyal customer, I think I deserve a little kindness from the staff. To improve because we stop going to places where we feel guilty for having come.

My girlfriend and I bought butter croissants, after 15 minutes we both had a stomach ache. The reason could only be the croissants, because we met shortly before the purchase and didn't eat anything together except them. There is too much oil in these croissants. It seems to me that they put about half a packet of butter in a croissant, which is unacceptable, it's very harmful. However, I must admit that on other occasions my purchases in this cafe I liked and loved everything. I hope I won't have any more unpleasant incidents in this cafe in the future. I want to wish them good luck.

Big scam!!! I bought 2 hearts, for Valentine's Day, placed on a small, very thin chocolate slab, which was overpriced for what there was to eat. The biggest one was barely 20 -25g, I think. For the price I might have thought it was full inside... well no!!! Nothing but emptiness. I'm willing to hear that it's a chocolatier, but I think that this kind of piece must be made with a mold, so per 100g, wow!!!, next year I'll be selling hearts. And the icing on the cake, I was offered a bag for the occasion for almost 3 francs...no fool, I said no. In short, all that to say that they saw me once, but not twice!!! Too bad, that's how you lose customers

A bread in the shape of a beaver or a village pastry is missing (to come?) while Versois residents have contributed to the reintroduction of the beaver in Switzerland starting with the Versoix river, this from 1956 and the late Maurice Blanchet...

After the owners changed, this place is like new. The staff is friendlier, the bread and pastries are better and the decor is refreshed. A shame the old patron didn't make the effort to turn this Boulangerie around.
