We were there last Saturday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. for a coffee and a dessert, thanks to the 2 for 1 booklet. Yes, I know the place, but I've never been there before because it's not central in Aarau, where we often stay. The restaurant is very nicely decorated, there wasn't a lot of goods there (probably because it was close to the weekend) The three saleswomen were all very well placed and very nice. We made an espresso and I had a caramel cake and my colleague had a cream slice. Everything looked very good! I think the dessert cost around 5.90 for 1 piece… no guarantee… It was very fluffy and fine, the cream slice was also well received! The coffee was good. There was also a Monkey in the Bottle Gin in the chocolate to try and we were both thrilled at how well it went together! Definitely a must try or even buy! We are looking forward to the next time.

Incredibly good products at really fair prices. They respond to special requests (e.g. cake decoration, see photo of the passion fruit chocolate cake) and are very uncomplicated when ordering. Always friendly staff. The best pastry chef around!

This is a great little bakery and patisserie in Buchs. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they have lots of homemade offerings. The coffee is absolutely delicious: aromatic and rich. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some good pastries or baked goods in Buchs!

Was in the store today, May 9th, 2022, in the afternoon between 1:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. I was looking at the counter to choose something when the saleswoman asked me unkindly: "Is she looking for it?" This isn't the first time I've had unfriendly service, but it's the last time I've been to this store.

Go here almost every day to buy bread and pastries. The quality is always excellent and the service is friendly. Rather expensive, but the price-performance ratio is right for me. It's also nice that the bakery is open on Sundays.

I brought home beer crust bread for my elderly father (91 years old). He really enjoyed the bread! Is highly recommended! Unfortunately the bakery is a bit far away, otherwise my father would definitely come by every day.

Best pastry and chocolat of the region. You need to try their pain au chocolat and their chicken sandwiches (only available during the week). Their specialities are so good they can be found all over Aarau. Swiss Bakery Awards champion 2021!

Very friendly, made an extra sandwich even though there was no longer any of the kind I wanted on sale. Also one of the very few places in Switzerland where you can get scones. And in four varieties!!

on May 1st, 2021 at 1:45 p.m. I bought a plait _850 gr - and a pure spelled bread. The quality of the countries is good! My problem was the lack of professionalism of one of the employees who was wearing a plexiglass mask. She told me that I couldn't have a cappuccino because the coffee machine was already clean and they would close the bakery in 15 minutes. (I was almost ashamed to ask such a question - that was the impression I had) I didn't have one at the time Reaction... I thanked her and got into the car. Is that the concept of this company? a shame and not professional!!!

Only once outside of France have I gotten chocolate pains as good as those from the merchant. All other products are also absolutely delicious. Anyone who sees the selection of desserts can hardly make a decision. The bread is also so good that we come regularly. The store itself is also very attractive, modern and yet cozy.

We visited business friends and were treated to sensational baked goods, cakes and chocolates from Chocolats Kaufmann. All craftsmanship and sooo good! Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of everything (out of greed?), but I'll definitely do that on my next visit. Anyone who lives in the area should definitely go there. The shop is probably known like a chocolate dog anyway. A lot of things are expensive, not just by German standards.
