Good drinks but very unfriendly staff. Which wants to drive away all guests 30 minutes before closing time. This is an absolute disgrace!

The shop is actually always open and the staff is super nice. The food always tastes very good. The toilets are cleaned regularly and are very clean. From the restaurant/café you have a nice view of the lake. There are always many options for food, and also different daily dishes. You can eat there for breakfast or enjoy a warm lunch. I highly recommend the visit!

Great shop with a large selection of various breads, as well as fine patisserie. Small, inviting restaurant integrated. Very tasty things for Easter at the moment.

The Christen-Beck with its beautifully decorated café is always worth a visit. The range of drinks and sweets is large and the quality is good. The serving girl was very friendly. Even today, when I stopped in for coffee with a large group of seniors, everything was great.

Always good and friendly, but if you want to go further, it's worth asking for the bill as soon as you're served. Otherwise it could take longer until someone comes again.

It's a shame to see that the quality has continued to decline. The sandwitch breads are sometimes almost not baked, sometimes heavily baked and always with a lot of powder on them. Sometimes bigger, sometimes smaller and of course always at the same price. The bread has a very bland taste. The staff is more annoyed than friendly - you can tell that the quality is no longer there. But that profit is more important. I no longer buy the group's products.

Service is TOP, the selection in the afternoon isn't that big, but that shouldn't be a problem, which probably means the food is good.

Fine, regional, beautiful decoration, cozy. Good location near the post office and ship station. Near Klewenalpbahn. Unfortunately, after a few years, I now have to deduct two stars. The employees are rather grumpy and not as friendly as they used to be. Not fast, sometimes you wait quite a long time. It seems that the employees have no desire or joy in working and I wonder what the working conditions are like. An hour before closing time on Saturday there will be no (zero!) hot food.

Always a nice place to enjoy a coffee or dessert. Beautiful Shabbi Chique interior. Unfortunately, the service hasn't been so friendly lately, a bit grumpy, and no longer prompt. An hour before closing time there are no more warm meals. A disgrace towards the guests.

Great little bakery in Beckenried not far from the lakeshore. Fine, homemade and extensive range. The hazelnut chocolate spread was great. But the best thing: the extremely friendly and motivated service. That topped everything. The bakery was busy during the week and the breakfast etagère looked excellent. Recommended.

The staff is very, very unfriendly, and as a customer I was not allowed to use the toilet at 5:30 p.m. even though the bakery is open at 6:30 p.m.

Super fine bread and baked goods

I had a piece of wild berry puff pastry cake. It was very good. Very nice service. There is also a wheelchair accessible toilet.

We were in this small, fine cafe for the second time and were again given a very friendly welcome and treated to a delicious latte macchiato and cake. It's always worth a detour!

What a beautiful bakery. You immediately feel at home there. The decor, the presentation of the goods and the friendly manner of the staff, simply wonderful! The breakfast was great and the coffee was great. I took the house bread home with me and it was still crispy and airy the next day. Next time we'll use a cake stand ♡

I have rarely seen a bakery with such a loving and cozy interior. The service is friendly and the baked goods are presented with relish. These are also a little more original than the average offering from other bakeries. For example, the ricotta cranberry donut. Local producers are often taken into account when it comes to the edibles, which is another reason to stop here.

We have been guests here for almost 3 years. Whether for breakfast before a hike, for coffee and delicious cake in the afternoon or simply to buy bread. It was always highly recommended here and we were always satisfied. Recently, however, we have noticed a significant deterioration in service. The staff seems hectic and overwhelmed at all times, not a smile, not a friendly word, impatient, rolling their eyes when you want to swap a type of ice cream in the ice cream cup. The last two times it took a good 15-20 minutes for the cappuccino to be brought, the ice cream had already melted. In response to the complaint they simply said: “Then you can leave”. We wanted to pay for the coffee, but the young woman obviously didn't want to, so we didn't have to pay for it and were able to leave the shop. It's a shame, but if someone doesn't need to keep their customers, then they'll probably look elsewhere “Regular Café” .

very nice coffee...but the service leaves a lot to be desired😞 The cola is just put there...not poured into the glass...even if time permits...and no farewell when leaving the cafe...what a shame😬

The baked goods and confectionery products are of the best quality, as are the salads and snacks in the café. However, the open teas are much too thin. Some of them are just slightly tinted hot water. .

Very nice facility, nice service. Unfortunately our chocolate cake was still half frozen. We also told the waitress this but unfortunately she just said that the cakes were coming from the freezer and left again. Maybe it was because the holiday was on January 2nd. But we'll still come back if we're in the area.
