Today I was forbidden to use the same place that I always use due to the two employees present. From a break it became a stress.... really a shame

I am a regular customer, the staff is very good but there is one employee in her 50s who is decidedly rude. I asked her to clean a table dirty with crumbs (from previous customers) and she complained; he asked me not to make crumbs with the scratch card (????); he made a mistake in bringing the latte; he reported an error (at the checkout) on the receipt and took it away, without returning it to us and without giving a refund. Rude, hasty and inattentive. Everyone go to the City of Castione but let the other guys serve you!

I am a customer of the City of Castione, a place that has become familiar to me! I frequent it every day in the morning, afternoon and evening for an aperitif. The staff were very kind and attentive, in particular the manager Oscar p for his kindness and friendliness always attentive towards customers, ANNA always very nice and coordinated in managing customers. EXCELLENT, Mirko Unique, very nice and much appreciated by customers, legendary..... however all the staff are very kind, I recommend this venue to anyone! VERY, VERY GOOD

I often frequent the city, it is one of the few places in Ticino that provides good quality at good prices. You can have lunch even at two o'clock, which is impossible in Ticino restaurants, with a cost of around 12 francs per person.

Very convenient to reach, located near both the motorway exit and entrance towards North/South and vice versa. Excellent quality/price both for petrol and for refreshments. In the morning, excellent croissants, including vegan ones, and fresh juices. Enchanting and delicious sandwiches served by staff who are always courteous, smiling and helpful

Unfortunately, there are staff here from Italy and they think you should wear gloves. I have a lot of trouble with this person Fatima and not for the first time. I also work in service. I know you don't have to put up with it!!
