Clavadatsch is a refuge located in the hamlet of Suvretta, in the Grisons municipality of Sankt Moritz. Owned by the Hotel Schweizerhof, it can be reached via the hotel's shuttle - only for those staying there -, taxi or on foot - after a walk of about twenty minutes from the nearest car parks. It has an internal room in typical mountain style and an external panoramic terrace open on fine days, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of Lake Silvaplana and the surrounding mountains. The cuisine is typical of the area, with great attention to meats and other "fire" specialties prepared in the external oven. I particularly enjoyed both the rösti and the kaiserschmarrn ordered. The service is attentive and the staff very attentive to customer needs, as well as helpful and cheerful. Prices are average for places in this area of ​​Switzerland. I would recommend it and will return.
