One of my favorite cafes in Winterthur. Any time of day...best chai latte.

Delicious coffee, nice cozy atmosphere but portions (brunch) are small and expensive. Price-performance is not right.

a taste orgy of a special class - vegetarian tavolata. A nice beer, good red wine would also have worked. friendly and attentive but not intrusive service. quiet atmosphere. I sat at the table for 3 hours in good company and didn't look at the clock once 😊

Great place for a weekend brunch. They do not have a buffet but really interesting and diverse dishes! Service was really attentative! Can only recommend this place!

Great brunch and best cappuccino

This place is a true hidden oasis with a cozy garden that'll transport you to a peaceful retreat right in the city. The coffee here is hands down the best in town, and their drinks in the evening are perfect for hanging out with friends. The homemade and fresh food options are a delight, and the prices are totally fair for what you get. It's the ideal spot for a chill, family-like atmosphere with great value.

Love the breakfast here, super tasty and staff are very talkative! I suggest the avocado toast breakfast! I added salmon but it’s just personal preferences 😋

Hands down the BEST brunch in Winterthur with super friendly and helpful staff. We were a group of four and they pushed a couple of tables together to make room for us even though most of the place was already reserved. And did I mention the brunch?! Get the Sydney or the Jerusalem!! (And throw in the banana bread while you're at it!)

Mega cozy location to share a few appetizers with friends in the evening. In summer it is wonderful to sit in the garden under the trees. I always get a summer feeling on a cozy summer night. Totally friendly service and delicious food. Vegetarians, vegans and meat/fish eaters get their money's worth. I always enjoy coming here!

Very pleasant atmosphere, great coffee and avocado toast, friendly service, it just took a long time during our visit until the order was taken and the drinks came.

A pretty nice place to have a good time with friends and have a drink. The place is very nice and the service is great. In our case we ordered some tapas to share and I thought it was a bit small for the price, maybe ordering an individual dish would be more affordable, but we didn't try it. Otherwise it's great, the coffee and Gipfeli in the morning is very good.

If you're looking for something different, you've come to the right place. There are no waiters in suits, and you won't find the schnitzel either. But absolutely recommended. Even if something is different, the staff is super friendly and the food is delicious. I will come back.

A hip place right next to the main train station in the basement of the Volkarthaus. The food is solid, the prices are fair, the service is uncomplicated.

We had breakfast and the coffee and bread with avocado = a dream. Tastes healthy and delicious thanks to the great bread and lemon zest on top. This is how breakfast is fun!!

They say they have cafe but when we go there they say we only have food. If you don't have coffee, you can simply delete its name “Cafe”.

The service was very friendly and the drinks were very good. The arancinis were very dry and the accompanying salad was very untasty, bitter and monotonous. The prices are outrageously expensive.

Quite a cozy atmosphere, as there weren't that many people there due to the hidden location. Unfortunately there are only a few sockets and a somewhat unfriendly staff with a "do it yourself" attitude.

The library Caffè gets distracted by the books, the kitchen is extremely modern and the relative prices are normal.

Wonderful ambiance and actually a cool hidden little gem in Winterthur! The coffee was exquisite (they procure it from a local supplier). It’s great for an evening out with friends but also for a study session! ps: hands down on the person who chose the name! You’ll understand once you find it hehe!

Be sure to try the homemade chocolate cake with berries!

The coffee is a little hidden. It's coolly decorated and you quickly feel at home. The avocado bread was delicious, but quite expensive. In my opinion it's already too expensive.

A cozy restaurant with potential. The staff is friendly and makes an effort, but there is a lack of experience and professionalism. Unfortunately the speed is terrible 🙈 Preparing the food took an incredibly long time, more than 45 minutes. It was just four half slices of bread and a croissant, with honey, jam and butter. As well as a smoothie bowl, which was fine but still frozen at the bottom. We had to wait another 10 minutes for the bill... The drinks were always served quickly. It's great that homemade and fresh food is served - but the concept should be implemented more consistently. You serve honey and homemade jam in small bowls, but unfortunately the butter comes as a single portion in disposable plastic?🤔

A ticket for a little trip around the world in the evening. Great if you're traveling with a few friends. Select a few places on the map and share everything with each other.

Best coffee in Winti! This coffee from the Italian barista is perfect. The food is always delicious and the price-performance and service are great! Both lunch and dinner are always of the highest quality, whether international cuisine or local, I feel like I'm on vacation!

Homely, feel-good location, a lot of emphasis is placed on ensuring that customers come back again. The dishes are always very fresh and you don't have to wait long... especially the lunch menus are super quick. The fine cappuccino is also recommended :) Thanks to the whole team for the warm hospitality, I'll be back.

Very friendly service, good coffee at usual prices. Uncomplicated and courteous service. Great bookcase and comfortable furniture. Sober but still homely atmosphere - you can go there every day for a cozy coffee.

Lunch menu: At 12:00 there was already nothing left on the small menu?!? Only the salad plate which turned out to be a green salad. In addition, payment by card for less than 20.-chf is not accepted. Can't recommend the place.

The restaurant is very centrally located next to the main post office. Facility specifically. A large bookcase dominates the bar room. I can really classify the restaurant or café with an exhibition or not with an exhibition? - not really. I think it attracts a specific clientele. It is located in the basement (basement). Windows available. Otherwise nothing special! Not a café that I absolutely have to visit again!
