That wasn’t just a coffee, but a whole experience. We were served with hospitality and respect, in the way you would never expect to find in a Café. The coffee together with the amazing view on the back of the store, created a wonderful and cosy atmosphere for us.

We chose the Coffee Coaching Club when purchasing our coffee machine and would do it again. The professional advice and service was simply top. The location is also decorated super cool. A workshop was included for me and my wife. This also included drinks and homemade cakes. After an interesting presentation with the theoretical basics of coffee, we were able to practice handling our selected machine type. Yalcin gave us helpful tips, was very helpful and patiently answered our questions. We started our coffee adventure with confidence in coffee preparation.

A bit hidden but an absolute highlight for coffee lovers. Great service and a fine selection of coffee beans and various latte and matcha drinks. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back when we are in Bern again.

Best flat white so far in Bern. Even the decaf oat milk flat white here is better than a normal one in most other places. Also cozy atmosphere.

The owners are very knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, and their expertise reflects in the quality of coffee they serve. If you happen to be in Bern, do check them out without any hesitation. Additionally, if you're interested in learning coffee brewing skills, they offer workshops conducted by Yalcin, the master of coffee brewing. We had an amazing experience, and we highly recommend this place to all coffee lovers out there.

Just the right place for cappuccino addicts!! It is also suitable for moms with kids. The owner and the entire staff are MEGA friendly! Here you can not only get good coffee but also choose the different beans and hear the history of the beans. An absolute recommendation! There are also beans to buy! Decaffeinated coffee is MUST-to-have/buy!

Quite a heartwarming shop. The employees and the manager are very welcoming! The manager even gave us a tour of the store. They organize various workshop activities on coffee-making. But more than that, the coffees and teas taste perfect. They have very special beans uniquely shipped from the best coffee-producing countries! Cheers from Turkey!

Great cafe! If you love coffee you must come here, the staff is super friendly they offer very good coffee and they sell a lot od coffee equipment. Also, the best thing, you can try that equipment by yourself! Amazing experience❤️ Thank you a lot!

A relaxing place to enjoy your preferred coffee of choice from top-notch baristas. With an extensive showroom of espresso machines and coffee accessories, this is also a great place to nerd-out and scratch that coffee itch. Yalcin and Anke we’re incredibly helpful in answering all my questions, as well as assisting me in purchasing the perfect espresso setup.

This is one of the best coffee shops I've been to in my whole life. 19 different beans, the coffee machine of your choice! Lever espresso, Victoria Arduino, ristretto! Beautiful ❤️

What a cool vibe. This place is very relaxed and interesting. The layout and architecture is super cool with good lighting. The coffee service is delicious with unique different options for different roasts. There is also a co-working space and meeting room attached as well as another room that can be rented out for things like a yoga or dance class - whatever you can imagine, really. On top of all that, you can buy all kinds of coffee beans and equipment here and then take a class to perfect your coffee making technique. Come here! What a cool find!

I passed by this place to have a coffee and cake. They gave me many options for blending different types of coffee so I created the perfect one for me and I absolutely loved it. Also I had a chocolate muffin which was delicious. I really recommend this place.

Yalcin is a true gentleman and serves some amazing coffee, suited to your preference and does it really well. While the location is outside the normal walking route of Bern's old city, it's definitely worth to visit this place.

We found this precious family owned coffee shop when avoiding the main touristic streets. It was so good we came back the next day as well. My favorite type of coffee is espresso and had the chance to try 2 different beans, both delicious. Had my first decaf and to my surprise it was incredible. Took home a can of their cold brew which was pretty strong.

Talk about an experience! The coffee here is exceptional. They have an amazing atmosphere, especially the back seating area! The barista was very welcoming and clearly knew her stuff. The coffee selection is immense, but not overwhelming. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good cup of jo.

No go for people who love cappuccinos on oat milk - which are always great in cool coffee shops around the world. Just was not possible to drink. Alnatura oat drink was made for different purposes. Guys, buy oatly barista!

Delicious coffee! The barista chooses the coffee based on what you like. All your wishes and preferences are taken into account. You can sit outside, inside or on the roof terrace and we were also offered a tour. Highly recommended!

What a gem of a place to have a unique special coffee. Many blends and prepared with care and very smooth and tasty. Also some very tasty homemade pastries. Staff is super nice and accommodating. Cozy setting, definitely a must visit!!!

I took part in the coffee workshop they offer, which first covers the basics of coffee and the origin of the aroma. Then we moved on to the practical part, where we experimented with different degrees of grinding, mills and machines. Snacks and drinks were included. Overall it was a wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone. However, one should be aware that this course will negate the experience of coffee in other places. Once you've tried what good coffee is, you won't want to go back 🤣.

My partner and I did their coffee course, and we loved it! It had a lot more depth and value than we expected. The owner is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about his craft. Their coffees are also most likely the best in Bern.

Amazing coffee experience with multiple unique kinds of coffee beans and types of coffee. The bar tender is exceptionally kind, knowledgeable on the subject and willing to take all the time and effort to help you choose your cup of coffee. In addition, the prices are reasonable but that is the least reason you should visit this place.

Top of the line espresso. When you see a MalhKöenig grinder (and a Slayer Spirit if I remember correctly?), you know you are dealing with baristas that take their craft very seriously. They sure did not disappoint! For me, that's the best coffee I had in Switzerland. Icing on the cake, the team was super nice, and the place has a great atmosphere (and awesome couch). The location is a bit out of the way, but well worth the detour. If I lived closer, I'd be there every day.

Top experience. Delicious coffee expertly prepared from a variety of beans, cosy interior and outdoors sitting in the relaxing surroundings of a small side near at the waterfront. If you have a chance, engage in a chat with the owners, who's passion is coffee and you'll learn even more about the cup you are tasting. Recommended!

The beginner barista course was very professional and educational. The course was really fun and there was enough time to practice and ask individual questions. The latter were also answered very well by Yalcin.

Awesome cappuccino! A must try. Especially the secret dark robusta roast. Don’t know how the guy does it but he must have some dark art skills. Will come back soon and post some proper pics.

THE "feel-good-place" in the Mattenqaurtier: Very good coffee & cake (also vegan), a colorful, hip restaurant with attention to detail. A great location to be and linger, including for workshops and coaching. The owners are cheerful, warm and enthusiastic. Enjoy your favorite coffee on site, to-go or as a roasted bean to take away, great!
