Aidan gave me great advice and made me a delicious vegan coffee. I would go to coffee fellows again

Unfortunately not good coffee for a coffee. If the Doppio runs through in what feels like 5s, it's not surprising either. The banana bread was very tasty

I ordered café crème, and I got it in a dirty cup (the coffee poured over the sides a bit). The coffee itself was overly watery, like an americano. The surroundings are not particularly pleasant. It’s a food court at a train station.

Now open 6:50 p.m. until 9 p.m. sorry, the coffee machine has been cleaned and can no longer make coffee. Such a !!!! Greeting

First time I threw away a chai latte. It was way too spicy, probably using way too much of the chai mixture.

Already ordered caffè latte from Coffee Fellows twice. The first time was in 2021, the coffee was already with air bubbles instead of foam and way too hot, today I wanted to give the café another chance and who would have thought, it could be even worse 😅 I was even advised by a passer-by that the Lidl had better coffee. You really don't want to hear that for a coffee that costs over 5 CHF. The latte today was way too hot again and there was no foam at all. After all: Service was very friendly and the food looked good. But I would avoid coffee 😉

Top Bagels and Cappuccino. Too much people.

I drank a cappuccino with oat milk, it was super delicious! The service was very friendly. It's a shame that you have to pay 50rp more if you choose the vegan version

Just bought a coffee (oat latte). Firstly asked if the oat milk tastes sweet. Oat milk was sweet - lady demotivated, without understanding. So why should I buy a coffee here for 7 CHF if it doesn't even taste good and the staff is forced to make the coffee? Why not change your job? Coffee returned at the end and paid for nothing. I'd rather buy at Migros or at the friendly little stand outside.

I ordered a lemon muffin and got a lemon cake instead (take away). My oat cappuccino was ok, but very small. Total almost 10 chf. Not very satisfied for this price.

Was there on August 29th at 7:40 p.m., someone forgot their bag when I reported the whole thing, the saleswoman said it wasn't your problem and shrugged her shoulders. The motivation was probably not there.

Went there on Wednesday after arriving in Bern by train. The barista was super fast, she made both our coffees in light speed! Coffee was good, however the prices are pretty high, we only went here because McDonald's next door didn't have any alternatives to milk.

WOW! Motivated employees! Delicious snacks and drinks! Quick preparation! Definitely recommendable!

Very disappointing service Especially during Corona times, I expect hygiene standards to be adhered to. It is not possible to use the same unwashed utensils for different customers. Not like that!

Horrible management, terrible coffee, only one nice server that had an Australian-like accent. Horrible dump of a place, would NOT recommend.

Great Cold Brew Coffee in Town 6CHF

I was there about 10 minutes before closing time and had to wait because other guests were ahead of me. My order was relatively time-consuming and the employee initially said it wasn't enough, but then prepared it because I had to wait. This made me very happy and saved my day :)

After many years of not being able to see my family in Switzerland I was finally able to come home to visit! My sister took me to this place to get some coffee and…. WOW!!! I am sad I cannot give this place more stars! This place was absolutely amazing! It was so clean inside! I could literally take a white glove and swipe it across the counter!! When I walked inside a young lady greeted me! It was so nice! I felt welcomed!! When I got up to the counter she asked me what I would like and waited very patiently for me to decide what I would like…. I sat there and stared at the menu what felt like AGES. The young lady then started to help me out with my decision. I had asked her what HER favorite drink is to make and OH MY!! Salted Caramel Frappiato! I was already amazed! I love salted Caramel! I asked her to make it for me….. IT LOOKED AMAZING AND TASTED JUST AS AMAZING!! I believe the young ladies name tag said Amy.. PLEASE GIVE THIS YOUNG LADY MY THANKS AGAIN!! I will definitely return the next time I am visiting and tell EVERYONE that goes! My experience was absolutely amazing!

This was my first time going to Coffee Fellows in Bern, since I was visiting a far away friend of mine! We went together and let him order me a drink, I like surprises. I noticed how clean the place was! He got me a nice latte macchiato, since that is my favourite. It was absolutely delicious. The taste, it was supreme! The person who helped us (with purple hair? Sorry didn't catch your name!) was so nice! Took the time to get our order right and served it right up, very professional! Absolutely fast and well done. When I visit my friend again, I will absolutely stop by!

The Bagel was super fresh and tasty, coffee (latte macchiato) delicious 🤤 the staff was nice, seemed to enjoy their work there! I was a bit afraid to visit this coffee shop considering the other reviews here, but everything was clean and alright 🥯👍🏼

I tried to give Coffee Fellows a chance because I was hoping for good coffee, and since this label even has the name coffee in it, I was in good spirits. The coffee and service have been terrible every morning so far, not even a tip helps. An employee prefers to clear the trash in and out instead of serving you.

I was just at 2:55 p.m. at the wave 7 cofefellows very very unfriendly staff!!! Without a nameplate without falls?? Her dirty hand touched my order and she didn't like me because she was drinking her coffee?? Are you working here or are you on break? 👎🏻👎🏻 If you have leg pain why do you come to work???? The employee ruined my day👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Better order from Migros, cheaper and no difference in quality at least without discussion!

December 14th, 2020 at 10:15!! I was with the same employee again, unfortunately she was very unfriendly again. The taste of the coffee is great but she is a woman of zero so I wouldn't go there again! “The lady was very, very overwhelmed!! Today again super incompetent staff. The staff took this feedback rather poorly. Never go there again!”

Good for a quick cafe and sandwich, but not for relaxed eating/chilling.

That's enough now, the last three times I was here, with Mrs. Pranc or Prince as always, were a disaster. & now again. Slow poor service. Sometimes the wrong drink is prepared for the customer. she's flirting again and on her cell phone again.

Bad overview... I ordered a drink, paid for it and didn't get it... only when I asked three times did they give it to me. The drink itself was very good! but unfriendly staff and I won't recommend anyone.

Before you know you're flirting with a girl, you shouldn't neglect cleanliness. I found the place to be pretty unkempt in terms of hygiene My caramel macchiato tastes different every time...! It's fine if we can go somewhere else, but there are plenty of other better options nearby.

She had no name tag, no apron and she was wearing private clothing. I didn't know if she was a real Coffee Fellows employee or not! I don't know why she speaks French to me and unfortunately it wasn't the first time. She was very rude again and again that I made a complaint. At Migros I will get my coffee without any fuss!

Even the name probably has something to do with colonial goods, British Empire...

The drinks taste good, but the prices are at the upper limit, sometimes even higher. The staff was always friendly during my visits. After I hadn't been there for a while, I noticed the compostable lids negatively. They don't hold well on the cup and are extremely unpleasant to drink.

The morning team is always great! I really like Baegels and coffee. Only the bread could be a little more wholesome, but that's a high level of complaint.

Oh my god 7.3 CHF for a coffee!!! And I asked for a BLACK COFFEE, what doesn't he understood when I said "BLACK COFFEE" we say that Starbucks it's expensive but they understand your order! I will never come back

The food ok good but expensive and the chai tea is flavorless.

Rude staff who literally rolled their eyes at everything and quite unapproachable. Received a bagel which was not packaged well, was not prepared with even an ounce of care and had fallen apart rendering itself unconsumeable by the time I reached the train platform (a 2 minute walk away).

Good and very friendly service. Usually not too much of a wait here. They offer a variety of coffee and other beverages with lots of options to customise your drink. The drinks itself are very good and worth the above average price. Love to stop by from time to time

I've been there several times, no matter what time of day, and the staff have never seemed very motivated to me. You are sent away sober, nothing more. The food and drinks are ok. The drinks feel even unhealthy and sweeter than at Starbucks, the bagels are freshly topped 👍The grilled bagels are very tasty, but unfortunately you have to wait a bit for them. All in all ok, nothing more...

The coffee is quite tasty, but I feel like the coffees cost more every time I walk by.

Good coffee and tea, unfortunately staff not always very accommodating. Sometimes rather loud and hectic. But practical to take away.

Poor service.... I asked for a apple pie and a espresso and the employed didnt even register my order just ask the money, I kept watching for a while and realised the employee keeps the money draw always open and just dont register the orders, I wonder how much tip he get on the end of the day heheh.

Even though "Coffee" is in their name, this place serves really bad espresso. Went there for an early morning double espresso and got a watery, yet still bitter tasting lukewarm cup of coffee. I don't expect gourmet espresso from a takeout in the train station, but if you compare it to a similar place, the espresso you get at Starbucks is leagues better.

Was told I couldn't order a bagel this morning and would need to wait 15 min if I did. This was at 7.30 and the line was just like normal. Maybe they should have a smaller food menu or train the staff to be faster... not impressed.
