Except for the service, which wasn't exactly friendly, we felt very comfortable 👍

Was present at a short meeting. Service courteous.

Went there and ordered 2 ham croissants . These were so bad that we left them after one bite. Unfortunately we had to pay the full price. We'll never go there again. The boss didn't care at all. Very bad!!!!!!!! Next time you react differently, then you won't get a bad rating!!

Very friendly service, uncomplicated, friendly employees, we've been there a few times with our dog, never any problems! Our dog also feels very comfortable there. Patisserie always fresh and good. Ambiance friendly and cozy. Always happy, highly recommended - were in the Rubigen and Münsingen branches

Unfortunately, a few things are “just” okay in terms of taste, but mostly nothing more. I trained as a baker and pastry chef myself and know what is/would be possible. Unfortunately, the cake slices and sandwiches don't convince me (friends have already confirmed this). What I find very sad are the sandwiches... nothing special in terms of taste and purely visually... sorry, but I've never seen such dreary "Beleiti Brötli" in any bakery. On Sunday we already received delicious (and fresh) pieces of the Meterzopf, but unfortunately there were also some where the Meterzopf was certainly not fresh from Sunday.. the edge and inside, the first 3 cm, were very dried out. Very disappointing!

Berger Bakery in Rubigen is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for fresh rolls, sandwiches and desserts. The quality and freshness of the products is impressive and I was thrilled that you can also dine in the bakery. The Sunday brunch is also highly recommended - the food is delicious and fresh, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. I highly recommend Berger Bakery - a must for anyone looking for good food!

Really nice stuff! Bread, pastries, confectionery: everything is simply wonderful. In addition, very nice and courteous service. For me it is always an obligatory stop in Rubigen.

I received very friendly and courteous service at Confiserie Berger. I bought a student slice, which was very tasty and NOT coated with a cheap, fatty glaze! :) I also think the price is very fair and I'll definitely be happy to shop there again and try out the range.

Coffee was delicious and the employee who served us the coffee was very friendly.

The muesli is always a pleasure. Just small cookies with coffee are so boring now. Variety is urgently needed here. The staff is very attentive and accommodating.

I'm not one to say bad things, but what happened today was sad. 1. Unfriendly greeting when entering the tea room (no welcome feeling) 2. Arrogant/snippy taking of the order without asking at breakfast what kind of confit or cheese. Just whether it’s a roll or a croissant? 3. Brunch buffet 50cm next to the men's toilet. Too bad... Once and never again…….

I really enjoy shopping for all kinds of bread at Confiserie Berger and the cream slices are excellent, just like everything else. The orange cake is also recommended. The coffee is also very good and the staff, whether in the shop or in the coffee shop, are always very friendly and in a great mood

Selection and products good. I think the price of CHF 35.60 for 100 grams of chocolates is clearly too high!!! Swallowed once empty, but I needed a gift. I will avoid these stores in the future.

Cold, uncomfortable atmosphere, raspberry cake with a puff pastry base that is more reminiscent of cement... very dirty and germy chair covers... questionnaires for Corona measures are handed out with pens that have probably never been disinfected. Not worth another visit. Rather disappointing.

Was on a quick lunch stop in the tearoom area. The 90s atmosphere is not worth the extra charge. The sandwich with salami has no charm at all but the sandwich with tuna did what it promised. I'm taking off the two stars: 1. For the ambience, which isn't worth the extra charge, and 2. For the complicated procedure until you can finally pay.

Very good products at fair prices. Or something really good can cost a little more if it's within reason. And regional raw materials are also used. From snacks to bread to confectionery, simply recommended. Clean location and the friendliness of the staff should be highlighted. Shopping for a small business is fun.

Everything is just great. Wheelchair accessible with disabled parking space in front of the shop. Mostly free ;-) and not occupied by third-party users. Super fine treats. It's worth an extra trip. MA also great and helpful. Terrace also wheelchair accessible
