Very good confectionery in a fantastic location right on the beautiful banks of the Rhine! Beautiful and unique chocolate creations! Mega delicious dishes, the tarte flambée in different variations is also highly recommended. The incredibly fine braid is also definitely recommended. 👌 There are also many benches in the immediate vicinity that invite you to sit and relax, especially in the warmer season.

The view of the Rhine and German Rheinfelden is simply wonderful. A bit crowded and unfortunately too late to make a selection. delicious sweets. Nevertheless, a fine cafe with delicious tree nut cake.

For breakfast: Service in the restaurant was friendly and quick, but when getting food at the counter in the shop it was unfriendly, plates of food were almost "thrown over". Not a good calling card for the entire restaurant/confectionery.

The ultimate. For me there is nothing better than Cafe Graf. Everything is just right here. The polite and attentive service, the homely decor, the high quality of the food, great breakfast, brilliant coffee, fair price/performance ratio. There is also an outside area where you can sit down. You have a beautiful view of the Rhine both inside and outside. All reasons why I have been a happy regular guest for 15 years.

Ideal and beautifully located café. From the window you have a wonderful view of the Rhine and the shipping areas. The ambience is nice and cozy. I would particularly like to emphasize the friendliness of the service staff. This is how I imagine every retail store. We also got to try some focaccia. The dishes on offer are often perfectly processed. Correspondingly high prices for this craftsmanship. However, at the limit. At warmer times the cafe is very busy. We were in the store today and were already annoyed by a dark-haired woman around 50 years old with glasses, no trace of friendliness!! Impossible, why would you hire people like that?! 3 stars for cakes 0 stars for the LADY….

I went there today with my wife. I ordered a latte and a double espresso. I had the misfortune of ordering 2 glasses of water with these coffees. The waitress charged me 2.50 for each glass of water, which was CHF 5 more. More than 16 Francs for both drinks. With the coffees there is not even a biscuit or a chocolate. In the place of the owners I would be ashamed. This had never happened to me in Switzerland. I know that the Swiss-German custom is to charge for glasses of water, but when consuming a coffee it is normally included in the price, which seems to be obvious, except at Graf. Especially since today I bought more than 90 CHF worth of chocolates at the store. Once again, having bought so much, the barely friendly waitress didn't even offer me a chocolate to taste, which is generally the custom in a Swiss confectionery. The products are quality, but the petty side of the owners shocked me deeply. I expect an apology.

I've known this cafe for ages! Unfortunately, it no longer has any of its once cozy café atmosphere! Even more tables close together, no privacy, a hectic hustle and bustle! Stressed service staff and loud! The same applies in the garden too. Even the great products are of no use! ☹️

We regularly visit Kaffi Graf to eat and drink. So far we have been disappointed. Only the prices for the drinks are exorbitantly high. However, it evens out with the prices for food. Insider tip: The coupe with Straciatella balls is simply amazing.

Nice ambience with a Rhine terrace. Cappucino, however, not according to good Italian standards. Okay, but the cup is small and the milk foam is moderate. I suspect it comes from a fully automatic machine. No guazili, no water! The prices charged for ice cream are astronomical. Who can afford a banana split for 17 CHF? Hello!

The best Silserli in the region with a beautiful terrace overlooking the Rhine. Unfortunately, it always takes FOREVER before you are served, until the drinks arrive, until you can pay. It's not the fault of the individual friendly, yet overwhelmed ladies, but rather that there are simply not enough staff per shift - 1 person, maybe even 2 people more costs extra, but would provide this great place with the much-needed service. It would be great if the owner would also see this.

Good Pastries and desserts. Unfortunately very bad service, 50min to get to order after being ignored many times and have to stand up twice to speak to some of the waitresses. Seems like only 1 waitress working realistically, the other 2 young ones in the outside area only ignore you not being sympathetic at all, even looks like that they are working obligated, very unprofessional. Definitely Very frustrating experience when everyone around you get to order and you were at least 30min before them there but have not been able to order yet. Definitely ruins the good food.

I had brunch with a very nice server named Yasmin. The atmosphere, service and food were excellent. I didn't choose to sit by the window which has amazing views of the Rhine River looking towards Germany.

The food is very good but most of the staff are inflexible, stuck in their ways and don't think it's necessary to prepare for the customer's short visit (even though they leave 50 Swiss francs on almost every visit). You are too secure in your job. Only the strong women from the older staff and the younger women were friendlier during the sale. In the café itself we met the foreign ladies; but not at the counter in the bakery. A pity. As always, the bosses need their staff and unfortunately they weren't there, as is often the case.

This place is ideal for drinking coffee and eating pastries in Rheinfelden Switzerland. It is very strategically located on the banks of the Rhine River and has a phenomenal view of both the Inseli Island and the German Rheinfelden. Coffee and other drinks are brought to the table and ordered from the waiter on duty. If you also want to eat some of the pastry delicacies, then you must go yourself and pick it up at the Counter at the entrance of the Café and pay for it right there. The chairs and months are very comfortable. Place is very clean. There are nearby parking spaces located on the outskirts of the pedestrian zone. It has a terrace - garden that is best enjoyed in summer. The Prices are not exaggerated and you can enjoy a good time. Children and dogs are welcome. The bathrooms are clean and completely neat. The waiters are very friendly and helpful.

The cocoa and plum cake were good. But the Zug cherry cake could have been better. Otherwise very pleasant atmosphere with a beautiful view of the Rhine. Definitely recommended.

I was here to eat today..The cook said to the waitress that the lasagna was burnt..I then ate it...because I was hungry..after eating I waited in vain for my plate to be cleared away..I said told her that it was too burnt. She said I would report it. I felt ripped off.!!!

We were there last Sunday and we felt the same way as many other guests in recent months. Service makes an effort. Prices are very high. We probably have to bite the bullet these days. Tables can still be cleared in a timely manner. Our neighboring tables were still occupied for at least 10 minutes, hopefully seated no one there 😂still a lot of room for improvement that everything is justified 👍

We had the small breakfast 3 times. The service was nice 👍 but didn't really understand much. 1x butter and 1x jam for 2 rolls is definitely not enough. Everything else costs extra. To charge 80 CHF for this is an impudence. Absolutely cannot be recommended, it is usury 😡

Good quality, but unfortunately it doesn't matter how the customer feels! The “MAXI” breakfast includes a small Bircher muesli… nothing with Maxi….. The orange juice, which is not included in the price, costs a whopping 10.00 per 3dl… It's not proportionate... we've been waiting 20 minutes for service. So we have time to write this recession.

We stopped in this morning after a walk. We had to wait a while. We wanted a cappuccino with milk foam and some cocoa powder. When the cappuccino came we didn't notice that it wasn't the right one. The cappuccino was great. We were as happy as little children, especially since we don't always have 5.20 SFr. Have for a drink. When finally someone came to pay and she said 15 Sfr. I was speechless. We went in and asked what went wrong. They ordered a cappuccino with cream, she said. We thought about it. Probably not because then we asked what cream costs more. We're talking about 2.30 Sfr here. For cream. Independently, I had never had a cappuccino for 7.50. Understand that it is not always easy with customers. But, I'm not the first to have a misunderstanding cream. Certainly.

When I go to a Confiserie Cafe, I have expectations. Garden restaurant. Very nice, right on the Rhine. There is a dog bowl there, empty, dry, dirty. Even though there are dogs there. The table wasn't cleaned, not even after us. Corona? Or simply basic hygiene? The coffee was brought to us on a tablet. Next to the coffee cup the rag. Very hygienic. This same cloth was used to wipe the table briefly, in one go and then back onto the tablet. Disgusting. Neither a glass of water nor a biscuit was served with coffee. And that in a confectionery cafe. We're used to different things. Host. This word. You should also implement it. If you're looking for the "house biscuits" with your coffee, you'll be looking in vain. We were advised that you had to get it yourself from inside. What?! OK, I'm going in only to be immediately sent out again. The dog is not allowed in. What now? Should I get the food myself or not? I can't leave the dog outside alone. Then he's still gone. So there has to be a solution! OK, out again, put the dog down, go back in, order 4 small pralines and when I want to get out again with the plate as quickly as possible, someone shouts: HAAAALT, PAY!! WHAT?! You have to pay separately for the praline or the cake that you have to get yourself (at these prices). Strange thing. Out again, got money, back in. I SHOULD HAVE WENT HERE. NOT LIKE THAT! So, my tip to Confiserie Graf: Please think about your hospitality and your company philosophy. Maybe the restaurant will be full again. We won't be coming back. It was just pure stress. Terrible.

My wife and I were there a few times for breakfast. Very pleasant experiences with a nice view of the river, friendly staff and an amazing Birchermüesli.

Parking at the Fratelli, walking over the bridge and shopping for various delicacies at the Graf is pure enjoyment. the ladies are always very friendly too. sometimes sit down and enjoy it on site.

Carefree as a protection concept is implemented here. No table was disinfected after a change of guests... Contact details are also not recorded. More attention would be nice, I was about to leave the restaurant without paying, it took me that long to finally be able to pay. A tourist trap for me.
