...unfortunately it was very full, but still clean, tables cleaned and staff very, very friendly...even when saying goodbye.

Very fine things and very nice service. Can recommend the confectionery. The only thing I find a bit unfortunate is that the selection isn't that big.

Nice shop for breads and sweets - with Tea Toom. Friendly service. Ideal for waiting for arrivals or as a general meeting point.

You sit down at a table and wait for service. But it doesn't come. When asked they said “please order at the counter”. What's that supposed to mean? Payment also takes place there. I've been there several times now. Most of the time I wasn't served very friendly. The food isn't bad. Coffee is so-so

good coffee but quite expensive, unfortunately there isn't even a "schöggeli" with it.

Tasty cakes, especially chocolate mousse, delicious housemade hot chocolate - not very sweet, which is a rare case nowadays. Great service, nice people, convenient location.

Very unpleasant welcome and unfortunately a very limited choice in terms of consumption.

It's a shame, extremely overpriced and then the rolls on the Nami - which were probably (hopefully) from the morning - are still rock hard and the nuts in the brownie are already rancid. Next time I'd rather go back to Migros or Coop, cheaper and fresher, only advantages!

Had a take away black coffee and a chocolate cake. Tasty food and drink, friendly stuff, nice design, various choices. Good quality but also expensive :/ was 8.20- in total.

It's a shame that even though there are four salespeople there, none of them bother to serve the guests at the tables.

The products are good. The employees here were always listless and demotivated when I visited. Today I was even handed the receipt when I politely asked for it, with an eye roll and an annoyed look. Dear saleswoman: sorry, I'll pay your wages!

Very tasty but extremely expensive. A raisin roll CHF 3.20!!! I still treat myself to it every now and then.

Too few types of tea. Coffee OK. Sweets recommended.
