I wanted to make a reservation because I'm traveling with a person with limited mobility who can't even stand for a short 20-minute wait or check out restaurant after restaurant when the tables are full. This place is totally a rip off and terrible service. We live in Zug and in Switzerland for over 10 years. I have never been in a place where you order breakfast and you have to pay 3 francs for two little pieces of extra butter. The butter gipfeli were dry and they gave us the smallest drink of the menu. Totally a rip off!!!
