It can't be that you can't pay with your cell phone here (no network at the self-checkout cash registers). You have to take your wallet with you. Different priorities were probably set during the renovation.

Unfortunately, the newly unbuilt restaurant has very little to offer. Lots of space to sit and a cute play area, but when it comes to cold food for a midday or midday meal, it's unfortunately very, very poor. I would have expected more.

Was at the coop restaurant on February 9th, 2024. I had the menu of fries with bratwurst and onion sauce. When I tried the menu, the fries were sloppy and the bratwurst with onion sauce was cold. So I couldn't eat the whole dish.

Impossible service! A standard product from the Coop range (Sure-Most 1.5 l without alcohol), which is not available here, cannot be delivered even after 3 attempts. I then find the product in Coop-Stadt, but only in limited quantities.

Still under renovation, but what has already been converted is promising. Large vegetable department and an open bakery with lots of delicious things. The rest of the store is also more spacious and open than before. Unfortunately, the Internet is completely shielded from the outside world. If you haven't activated a coupon or you want to quickly look something up on the Internet - no chance, you have to go outside to get a connection.

Most often, products are missing (last 2 months: out of 4 times I went, 3 times the articles (between 2-6 articles, even seasonal vegetables and milk) I wanted were not available, once I even bought an article whose date of expiry had been more than a month ago) You might get friendly staff but you'd rather meet unfriendly staff. Take care on the expiry dates, they are often in the past. Recently, I terminated my "Supercard" because of this place. Update: The staff has become very rude now they are creating a new shop. This is comprehensible as they got a lot of noise and only a small part of the supermarket is available until December (about 1/3 of the products). On the pro side, it is usually quite empty because nobody wants to go there anymore.

I was in the restaurant and toilet. The toilet, like the service in the restaurant, is not particularly well maintained. But I would give the Coop store 5 stars, well maintained and a large selection.

For every To Go a 4.90 the plates with lids are changed. I always enjoy coming back here to grab something delicious to feast on.******* and goodbye

On Wednesday morning, December 29th, I was shopping at the kiosk/flowers at the Coop Schützenmatt... I didn't know that such friendly staff still existed. We were served so kindly and courteously, you could tell she had a lot of fun with her work.. .many thanks to the lovely lady at the kiosk.

The best thing about this coop is the location. Unfortunately, the staff likes to hide from the customers. The kiosk/flowers is particularly bad - there the employees can continue their private conversations for minutes without being served.

Since this Coop has been around, I have never seen another one that is so clean, tidy and offers such a nice coffee with coffee that is just as good. Great shopping experience!

We were rudely chased away by Coop staff after we consumed ice cream (bought in the Coop) on the seats set up there.

Morgens um 8 Uhr Laden überstellt mit Paletten. Morgens um 9 Uhr sehr wenig Brot vorhanden. Bei Weinaktionen schon nach zwei Tagen ausverkauft aber in Kirchberg gibts bis am Samstag. Zb. 100 gr. Fleischkäse in viel zu grossen Plastikbehältern. Zum Teil unfreundliches Personal.

Baby Nahrung war ei halbes Jahr über dem MHD. Hatte das selbe auch schon in der Filiale Oberburg.

Sortiment ist mittlerweile in allen Bereichen so ausgedünnt, dass man bei sämtlichen anderen Detailhändlern in Burgdorf besser dran ist: bis auf den Alkohol natürlich.... Das, was früher für den Gang zum COOP in Burgdorf gesprochen hat (nämlich Dinge zu bekommen, die es sonst nirgends gibt), ist nicht mehr da. Preise durchgehend deutlich höher als bei der Konkurrenz.

Freundliche und hilfsbereites personal

Gute Möglichkeit um bei coop einkaufen zu können. Mit Parkhaus direkt unter dem Laden brauch man sich keinen Kopf um Parkplätze zu machen und dank der Rolltreppe geht's super rauf und runter ( Lifts gibt es auch). Alles in einem für Leute in Burgdorf und näherer Umgebung sehr zu empfehlen. Übrigens es hat noch direkt ein Cooprestaurant drann, wer Hunger beim shoppen bekommen hat.

Gestern waren wir einkaufe (01.02.2020). Produkte sind über dem Haltbarkeitsdatum und stehen immer noch im Regal zum Verkauf.

Imho the nicest, most complete supermarket in Burgdorf. Good selection of fresh veggies, bread and meat.

Good choice of products. Underground parking.

Gehen normalerweise im Mogro einkaufen, da es dort doch preiswerter ist für Familien. Doch ab und zu gehen wir auch im Coop die Dinge einkaufen die wir im Migro nicht bekommen. Alles in allem gute Produkte, grosse Weinauswahl, schönes Restaurant und Kinderspielplatz.

Todo muy bien organizado, hemos encontrado lo que buscábamos. Me llama la atención que tengan berlinés solo rellenos de mermelada. Van variando según los días. Ya que en otras ocasiones tienen de crema y están muy buenos. Me gusta la sección de chocolates, los tienen de todo tipo y a precios muy asequibles.

Ich finde meistens was ich suche. Mit ein paar Ausnahmen. Zum Beispiel Wasserkerzen oder Rachaudkerzen ohne Aluminium oder Rechaudkerzen die länger als 4 Stunden brennen. Sonst bin ich zufrieden!

Grosses sortiment und grosse helle ladenfläche. Leider oft wenig kassenpersonal. Sofern man keinen bock auf self scanning hat leider nicht zu empfehlen da lange wartezeiten. Ansonsten eigentlich eine gute einkaufsmöglichkeit. Gut zentral gelegen. Alles vorhanden wie zb tabakwaren.

Big supermarket in Burgdorf, top two along with the Migros Neumarkt. Has pretty much everything you need. Mainly food, but basic household items as well. Speedy checkout (passabene) available. Has a restaurant and a kiosk directly adjacent to the store. Has parking below, with lifts. Spacious store.
