We have tried the restaurant so many times. Because we like shopping at the Coop there. The staff, the ladies there, are extremely unfriendly. And really every time. That is really a shame. Because then it spoils the whole thing. My son had a children's menu last time and when we paid we asked if he would get another toy. The employee reluctantly pointed to the basket on the floor. My son then asked her if he could choose something. And she said to him flippantly, yes, logically. I found that really unfriendly, rude and not customer-oriented at all. The food is good at lunchtime. Not so much in the afternoon or evening. Especially the employees are super pissed when they have to make fries or something. It's also a shame that there is no longer a family menu on Saturday. I think it's great that the Coop Restaurant is participating in the to good to go app.

Had lunch twice and both times the bratwurst was cold. When I pointed this out, there was no response. The employee had run out of mustard. Things like that shouldn't happen.

A recent review reads: "People who find children annoying should go somewhere that doesn't have a play area." We often eat there and can understand that parents of small children are not aware that this is a restaurant (although there is play space), but you are not in an outdoor playground. People who come to eat want to be able to enjoy it in peace. I think it's great that the managing director intervened when there was too much screaming. There are also other guests on site. That doesn't mean that you don't like children - but rather that certain parents no longer have decency and respect and the feeling that you can do as you please (pure selfishness). We have always received very courteous service from courteous, friendly employees as well as the manager of the restaurant. The buffets are always clean and well maintained. Shortly recommended!
