I'm really excited about the Coop Resti at Gerbhof Gossau. Constantly delicious and changing dishes. There are always sensational burgers on Wednesdays. The entire team from service to checkout are not only very friendly, but also brighten the day with their presence. But I would especially like to praise and highlight Nikola Krstic and Simon Meier (GF) for their special cooking skills and their daily passion. You also manage to make your daily lunch an experience. The price/performance ratio is incredibly good. Also worth mentioning is the daily soup as a starter. Simply good. I would like to thank everyone from the Coop Restaurant - you are the best!!!

I don't want to be racist - I'm of foreign origin myself. But when practically every menu is prepared with foreign meat from Poland, Slovenia or New Zealand, I have questions. People always talk about vegan & vegetarian - but if there was more focus on animal husbandry and fairly produced meat, you could also eat meat with a good conscience. As a meat lover, I even have to switch to the vegan menu in the Coop Restaurant, after which I spend afternoons on the dish again...
