The good thing is the service. What I find very bad is the access to the toilet! A very steep staircase leads down. A very dangerous staircase for pedestrians, which is the only way for customers. I have MS and for me it is very dangerous. When I asked if there was no elevator, I was told that there was a goods elevator, but they didn't make it available to customers! I have to honestly say that this is an impossibility. Many older people come there with roller blinds. What should these customers do? Wear diapers? For this inconsideration you should only give the restaurant one star. But that's unfair for the nice staff. That's why the management gets this ONE STAR from me. Nowadays, when it is actually mandatory to make everything handicapped accessible, the lift is denied to people who urgently need it! Shame on you !!!!

JaMaDu There is only a JaMaDu menu in this branch if you have two children. You don't cut a sausage in half because of a child. What about 3 children? Tue. Quality of the food was tip top. The staff at the checkout were very friendly and a bit unstable at the buffet. Parking spaces in the parking garage (1 hour —> free)

We (as family) are used to go to Coop restaurants on Saturday when we want our kids to eat lunch. ( Parents are used to eat lunch later during the weekend and we want our kids to eat something after shopping in coop). Today we went there and ordered 2 kids menu and a soup. The cashier made impolite remark that our kids eat a lot and he accused the parents for eating that kids menu. Which is ridiculous as our kids indeed eat a lot and they actually almost ate the whole portions. Seems it is not allowed to order kids menu if parents are not eating in this restaurant. Strange as we have been doing that for the last 8 year and no one made such comment. So parents - be aware about child unfriendliness in that place.

Unfortunately, there are always very long waiting times at midday after 12:00 p.m. e.g. no more fries have to be made fresh, it seems as if the chefs don't feel like it or aren't motivated enough and the composition at the self-service buffet is sometimes a catastrophe, which is a shame

We were there after 5 p.m. to have something warm to drink and a snack for a snack. The selection was very modest (banana tart, vermicelle cake, and 1 chocolate Weggli). We treated ourselves to a vermicelle cake. It was tasty, not too sweet. Tea and coffee were good. The price was fair. The restaurant was almost empty, with only two other guests. It's a shame that not all of the tables were clean, the floor around the tables was also partly dirty. If it was busy, this could be excused, but you would think that the staff had time to ensure cleanliness. Otherwise we were satisfied.

Food was a complete disaster, fries weren't crispy and meat wasn't perfect either. Other customers pushed forward. I won't eat there again

I wanted a portion of fries for my daughter but the smallest buffet plate is the size of a saucer plate and costs 6.95. These are the most expensive fries ever because practically very little fits on them, unlike a bowl of fries. Then I wanted to change my baby but the toilet is in the basement and there is no elevator!!! Is this even still compliant???

Staff is friendly. The food is ok, I think the drinks prices are exorbitant. Positive, charging options for the phone are available. Parking available...

In contrast to other Coop restaurants, you feel here that the guest is welcome and that you are making it as pleasant as possible. The tables and chairs are clean, the dishes are always replenished and the guest comes first. The staff is courteous and friendly. Kudos to everyone.

The lady at the checkout was a bit snippy and rather unmotivated. The chef who prepared the food was very courteous and very interested in the well-being of the customers. Clean and recommended for a quick good meal.

Had broken glass in my drink because the glass was broken. When I told the woman at the checkout she was still rude. Otherwise everything is good 👌

The coop restaurant is in the same building as the supermarket, but with a different entrance. There is also a hotel here. The small restaurant is attractively and modernly furnished. It also serves as a breakfast restaurant for the hotel. The selection isn't huge, but what's there is really great and I'm thrilled every time and can hardly decide. The butter croissants alone are a dream, or the rolls with muesli or with nuts and fruit are sensational. Fresh fruit, cakes and pastries, yoghurt, cereals, cheese, sausage, jam, quiche etc. You can also get various egg dishes. If the weather is good you can also sit outside. The employees at the checkout are very friendly and helpful.

Now it's very well done! It was reopened on October 17, 2019!!! I really like it here, it's cooler now that the ceiling is airier and higher. The BUFFET is very nicely done. It has a play corner for children.
