In order to rate a restaurant at all, the person should consider the following: When it comes to fresh preparation like at *Cosa Nostra*, you should take your time; if you don't have the time to indulge in culinary delights, then you're better off putting a ready-made meal in the oven at home . I've been to this restaurant several times, so I'm in a position to give my honest opinion. It's primarily about quality - cleanliness - ambience and service. I don't judge a restaurant in frustration or depression but rather neutrally as it is and that's why I can warmly recommend this restaurant. The readable negative headlines are in the minority when you consider that the other 1,000 guests went home satisfied and did not subsequently spread untruths in their frustration.

We raise our children ourselves, I would like to eat the starter first, then the main course and of course we were put back in the back room despite having a reservation.

The food was good, but the conditions were very arrogant and not child-friendly.

Authentic Italian cuisine without a doubt, the only address in Sarganserland. The *DNA ITALIA* of the food service atmosphere. You save on gas costs and don't have to drive south.

We ate very well at Cosa Nostra and received excellent service. To start there was a greeting from the kitchen - a porcini mushroom soup - excellent. We then had various pizzas and the gnoggi gorgonzola and the carbonara were fantastic. For dessert there was a piece of panetone cake - delicious! gladly again!

Very good pizzeria. Don't be unsettled when you drive up... to an industrial building but very coolly decorated. Good wines and sensational pizzas. Price performance very good… You can also try very expensive wines here. Will definitely come back

Here again after 2021 (very good back then). But the air is out of there. Sunday, practically no other guests. The ingredients were good, but the food tasted bland and the Italianita was completely missing. The prices are too high for this mediocre quality, which also applies to the drinks. The foreign, untrained service lady is unfortunately the wrong person. Lame and somehow nice, but not very guest and service oriented. We ate at your place twice in a row and each time it was simply outstanding! Your antipasti misti, the branzino, veal sirloin steak, the spaghetti alle vongole and the pesce spada were simply wonderful. It was as if we had found a little piece of Italy very close to us. Excellent restaurant with quality products, friendly and competent staff.

Everything was impeccable. Be sure to get the la famigila pizza and the porchini tagliatelle (fresh tagliatelle) it was out of this world! And the staff were all so nice and friendly it was like we were family the way they treated us. Be sure to go you won’t regret it… we’ll be sure to be back :)

We were very, very positively surprised by the food, wine and service. We had 2 good pizzas. The wine list is extremely well stocked, there are many exciting wines. Food excellent 😊 Service staff inexperienced but very friendly. Prices taken from heaven. Small portions, immensely high price. Open wine offered. "ONLY CHF 10.00 per dl. Exposed windows, no view, in factory hall. Owner a little more than aggressive when I asked him about the prices. The homemade sabaione was great, which ultimately cost CHF 18.00. Conclusion: Price performance is absolutely not right. Therefore not recommended.

I would also have given 6 stars for the food. Unfortunately the service was not as expected "bella italia". It took 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive and over an hour for the food, even though the restaurant wasn't fully occupied. You should allow enough time to eat here. If you go out to eat with children, I would not recommend this restaurant.

Food was great. Service was sporadic. Overall, don't go on mother's day. Bonus, there is a small Italian food store in the back.

Disastrous store. I had called at 6pm on a Saturday to reserve a table for six for 7pm. I was assured that everything would be no problem. When we arrived at this run-down, dilapidated industrial hall, we first thought we were in the wrong place. By the time we sat at our place and finally got drinks, 40 minutes had already passed, but the waitress, who was completely overwhelmed and only spoke English, was nice and friendly and always tried hard. Then we could finally order our food. 8:40 p.m., our food arrived after 1 hour and 40 minutes. Of course not everything at the same time, but two dishes there, another two dishes in 5 minutes and two more dishes in another 10 minutes. And all of this despite the fact that we had our two-year-old daughter with us, who of course really liked such long waiting times. The boss completely ignored the request to get some more parmesan and didn't fulfill it even when asked. We then waited another 30 minutes for the bill. By far the worst store I've ever been to. We had a pizza that was quite okay and all the other people ate pasta that was of maximum canteen quality and at a price of around €20. With a cost of goods of €1, great cut, good for the boss. I get the noodles better at home.

Excellent dinner with quality products, a wide choice of quality wines, courteous and attentive staff. We also had the opportunity to try the pizza, which was really good. A corner of Italy managed with professionalism. It is possible to buy typical Italian products in their well-stocked shop. Highly Recommended!

An experience, we (my partner and I) were on the way home on Sunday evening and we were hungry. Pizza, was the decision, now which pizzeria is still open? A quick look at the cell phone, the rod confirmed and off we went, as we turned into the industry we thought... Well, it was the best decision! We didn't just find a pizzeria, no, we found an experience! Just as I know it from Italy, warmly friendly and made with love. I could write more here, but go and experience it for yourself. EXCELLENT!!! You feel warmly welcome and the service is top. The decor is very nice. Drink and food (carpaccio, mussels, bread, pizzas, tiramisu) was excellent. The only drawback: the website advertises that you get a bottle of Prosecco when you make a reservation. That was/is no longer the case, but should then be adjusted online. Would love to come back.

We spent 5 days in the canton of Graubünden and had dinner at Cosa Nostra on 2 evenings. Rarely do you receive such friendly and warm service and can also enjoy such excellent cuisine at the same time. Not only authentic but also high quality. We were offered dessert by the owners on both evenings. Thank you for the great experience. We will definitely come back!

Excellent service (from the boss personally and always friendly and accommodating), very nice Italian atmosphere and very good Mediterranean-style pizza and pasta dishes. What should be highlighted is the pizza dough, which is unsurpassable. My favorite pizza place in Switzerland! Maybe it's also DSRSN that the owner of multiple pizzaiolo is world champion ;-)

Exceptional food and perfect service from Danilo and his team! Several greetings from the kitchen and the beeffilet (according to the menu 180g, but it was at least 250-300g) was perfectly grilled. 1 hour and 15 minutes before the closing time stated on the company's website, it is apparently no longer possible to order a pizza to be picked up. Unfortunately, this is not the first time. The lady on the phone was unfriendly and you could clearly tell that she was hoping you would hang up quickly.

I'm an American visiting the area with my Swiss girlfriend we had a great night out at Cosa Nostra. The food was amazing, it was well worth getting appetizers and dessert. Service was excellent, it was a lot of fun chatting with Danilo and his staff. Definitely recommended!

A primo impatto il posto può sembrare un po’ freddo, ma l’accoglienza calorosa di tutto lo staff e soprattutto dello chef mette subito a proprio agio. Abbiamo cenato all’esterno in una fresca sera di inizio giugno scaldati da piacevoli bracieri gustando ottime pietanze a base di pesce e prodotti freschi.

When we found out that Cosa Nostra was open again, my wife and I made reservations immediately. The outdoor space is not only very practical and protected against wind and rain, but also offers a great atmosphere to enjoy with the fire bowls and grill. We know Cosa Nostra from our holidays in Graubünden last summer and have been there several times since then. The 1.5 hour drive is totally worth it if you can enjoy the food and service there! The dishes, whether meat, fish, salad or a simple starter platter, are fantastic every time! Added to this is the truly unbeatable price-performance ratio. You can tell how much people enjoy cooking and the hospitality leaves nothing to be desired. Cosa Nostra is our favorite Italian restaurant in Switzerland and we look forward to eating with you again soon with family and friends! Ein innovaties, italienisches Restaurant das Flexibilität in dieser schwierigen Zeit demonstriert. Ein Unterstand wurde kurzerhand zu einer charmanten Terrasse umgewandelt. Wir haben zum Hauptgang einen Seeteufel vom Holzkohlengrill gegessen. Es war Extraklasse. Richtig süditalienische Pizza können einige - beherrscht Cosa Nostra auch. Aber Antipasti und Spezialitäten sind schlichtweg unschlagbar! Mehr Italianità gibt‘s nicht. Ich kenne in der Schweiz nichts authentischeres. Nicht verpassen!

Super Essen, sehr nette richtig Italienische Gastgeber mit Leib und Seele. Eine überaschend gute Weinkarte und immer Musica Italiana im hintergrund das man sich direkt nach Italien versetzt fühlt. Auch Toll die angrenzende Sportsbar die unter dem normalen sehr excellente Cocktails Serviert. Kann man in allen belangen nur Empfehlen

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und fanden hier auf Tripadvisor dieses sehr schmucke, kleine Restaurant. Als wir dort ankamen, waren wir aufgrund des Industriegebiets und äusserlich für uns wenig ansprechendes Areal vor. Deshalb zögerten wir zuerst, ob es wirklich das Richtige für uns ist. Doch die kleine Überwindung hat sich sehr gelohnt! Das Restaurant befindet sich in einem kleinen Teil eines Industriegebäudes und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es hat nicht viele Tische, weshalb eine Vorreservation unbedingt zu empfehlen ist. Das Essen ist qualitativ hervorragend und auch die Auswahl ist gross. Auch der Gruss aus der Küche ist super und unerwartet (positiv).Wir assen frische Burrata (sehr zu empfehlen!) sowie Pizzen. Alles war ausgezeichnet und auch preislich top! Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich, authentisch, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam.Wir können das Restaurant absolut empfehlen, einfach spitze! Bitte zögert nicht, wenn es von aussen nicht sehr ansprechend wirkt, es ist wirklich top!

Hervorragendes und qualitativ hochwertiges Essen. Vorallem die Muscheln und Pizzas sind wie in bella Italia! Das ganze in gepflegtem, gemütlichen Ambiente mit den charmanten Gastgebern Danilo und Taiba zu geniessen, ist ein genuss für alle Sinne. Spezieller Gruss an die ausgezeichnete Küche, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Begleitet von der wunderschönen Musik von André De Palma und einem köstlichen Essen haben wir einen unvergesslichen Abend genossen.
