Pizzas and focaccia to die for. The quality of the products used is visible on the plate and in the taste. Attentive service. Brief ! An excellent address to remember.

I went with three friends. We had three different dishes and we were not disappointed. A massacre. Top service, delicious food and magnificent setting. I order this restaurant with my eyes closed.

Generally I don't like eating "Italian" abroad but I can guarantee that dinner tonight brought me back to the flavors of home, the typical Apulian ones. From the broad beans to the focaccia, from the chops to the bombette, from the melted caciocavallo to the cavatelli with mussels and beans and the orecchiette with a spectacular white ragù, nothing was left to chance. Extremely high quality raw materials and finally some amazing zeppole that I really missed. Chapeau to the Covone team and see you very soon.

Went here as a couple on valentines. We came regrettably not so hungry and ordered only one of the same dish. Frutti di mare, and its the best gluten free pasta plate i ever had in Geneva. They perfectly cooked it to my desire and it was soo tasty. Which i havent come a cross before this place. The service was top and the chili oil was a reeeal spicy good chili oil. Will be back to try everything on the menu, thanks for having us.

I would like to point out that some people are not at all objective in their feedback. I have been a regular customer of the restaurant since these 3 magnificent guys (Mauro, Alex, Gregory) opened this beautiful restaurant with sacrifice, passion and commitment. On 01/05/24 I was present at the restaurant and I ate (as I often choose to do) the Itria pizza, with raw ham as the main ingredient; It goes without saying that I had a great time, no physical problems and the experience was always top notch. Prices still in line with standards, but with significantly better quality. Guys, don't let comments from unreasonable people discourage you, keep going, you are fantastic!

I'm sorry to have to post this note but the incident is so serious that there is no other solution. I went there last night, January 5, 2024, with my friends. So yes lovely place and very friendly waiter but I ordered a pizza which contained prosciutto (I imagine that's what poisoned me), but to make it short, I vomited more than 10 times during at night and the other side let's not talk about it... I feel faint and it's obviously food poisoning because at noon I didn't even have time to eat due to work and the symptoms started a few hours ago 3-4 after ingestion of said pizza. I wonder if it's because of the holidays and that the restaurant had to close and therefore they kept outdated food or if there is a lack of hygiene in the kitchens... whatever either please pay attention to your customers, you have their health in hand and this is unacceptable, especially for having paid an amount of 50.- for two small glasses of red wine and a pizza... very disappointed and in very bad shape. I do not recommend the experience. (Plus, I had to cancel a work day with 20 patients... what an economic disaster and I have a ski weekend waiting for me...) We went for dinner and ordered a pizza and pasta to share. We chose the orecchiette al ragù with caciocavallo cheese, which were delicious but we wouldn't repeat, and the Martinese pizza (with tomato, coppa, stracciatella cheese and sun-dried tomatoes), and we liked it a lot. The dough was very rich, and the ingredients even better. The drawbacks were that the edge was too big (they hadn't spread the ingredients too much towards the edge) and it arrived a little cold (they probably finished making it before the pasta and waited to bring it all together).

Delicious, very pleasant service in a charming setting, everything is very carefully done! (Except the toilets which are a bit homemade 😉)

The best pizza (bufala) I have eaten in my life. The carpaccio of fresh mushrooms, just picked with parmesan and arugula to die for. Smiling, efficient service, good advice on dishes and wines. In short, very very good vibes matching the quality of the products. A big 6 stars.

To avoid ; Poor value for money, with few ingredients in the pasta dishes; for dessert we refuse to show you the menu, we understand given the prices charged: €15 for the basic tiramisu!

An excellent restaurant where you can eat exquisite pizza and taste an excellent selection of beers and wines. In my opinion, this is the highest level of pizza I have ever had. The topping was perfectly selected and contained only fresh ingredients. The quiet area allowed us to relax before continuing to explore the city. The staff knows what they are serving and can advise precisely on not only the food, but also the selection of drinks to go with the dishes.

Be very careful with the bill, they charged us for 6 drinks and we only drank 3. In total it was €36 too much and to make matters worse they made a mistake with the pizza we ordered. Terrible customer service.

The first real juicy italian pizza I ate outside of italy that compares to what I had in my favorite pizzeria in Italy. Super cool, design aspects also on spot. We got Margherita and Alberobello pizza and mama mia! They also have some really good looking desserts. I was super full after that hotness of pizza but if you crave for dessert here they have it...:)

One of the best Italian restaurants I have tried in Geneva so far. We took caciocavallo and parmiggiana as starter, strascinate con cime di rapa and ravioli in brodo as main course and sporcamuss as dessert. Everything was delicious and the staff was extremely nice. We will definitely come back!

“The place to be” I didn't know much about Apulian cuisine before my first experience at Covone Restaurant. A very welcome surprise. Excellent quality ingredients, simple but delicious traditional recipes, top service, for a courageous and innovative gastronomic offer in the city of Geneva. Absolutely worth repeating: Many times again!

They have good dishes and very nice attending, the only issue is that we felt they can't stand the demand of clients. They missed pizza in an Italian restaurant, for example. But the place is cosy and is it worthy a visit there.

An excellent address!! Go for it! The basement room may seem narrow at first glance...but we quickly let ourselves be won over by the ultra warm welcome and the flavor of the dishes which transports us to Italy. The pizza dough is certainly the best I have ever tasted in my life...and yes!!! Congratulations to the whole team !

An address to remember and where to return. Fantastic recipes, no fuss but guaranteed beef effect! the pizza dough is a marvel, it's just a shame to go to Covone for it. The starters are worth the detour and the service is very attentive. Perhaps the downside lies in the room in the basement, which is quite narrow (claustrophobic not to mention) - a cozy atmosphere, however, and a truly exotic decor for those facing the wall. We won't be too choosy: the authenticity of the flavors and the conviviality are there. That is the demand of the people?!

Brand new Italian restaurant in the Plainpalais area. The guys are from Puglia and have set up the place in a simple way but with attention to detail, recalling Puglia with the white walls and the ears of corn. You will also enjoy relaxing background music and soft lighting with candles at the tables. The food is excellent, you eat very well. The concept of the pizza is a little different from the classic one with a high crust, but rather it is almost crunchy. The pizzas and dishes are really well filled. I recommend you try it, you'll come out full.
