Worn and outdated railway that constantly blocks. I'm disappointed that a problem occurs so often and you have to wait a long time for it to be fixed. It felt like we waited more often and longer than we played. A few years ago it was still good.

More and more disappointed by the offer

Outdated, worn-out bowling alley with constant technical problems that were painstakingly slow to fix. It felt like 50% played and 50% waiting time until the problem was solved. It's no fun like that!

The food is good, The service needs to be improved (no cutlery for the pizza and it was only cut on the table) Bowling alley is in poor condition, very outdated and seems to have a technical problem every other round. Apparently it's not that important and the operator has better things to do than solve the problem, you have to constantly point it out.

Good music, friendly staff... BUT: we spent more time waiting for system "bugs" to resolve than playing. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make you want to come back!

Friendly staff, however the bowling machines and equipment are not at all up to par for such a busy place. The balls are more than scratched, numerous bugs in the counting system, bugs in the pin delivery machine and the ball returner.

Obsolete installation, the parts turn into ridicule…

Terrible bowling... The lanes constantly break down, the points do not correspond to the real result since some throws fall into the water because of these repeated breakdowns. As a consolation, we were reimbursed for the 2nd game in bowling vouchers, what a joke! And 1 voucher for the leisure crossroads. This is unacceptable, we pay to play, not to suffer breakdowns all the time!

Nice cinema room. Cool badminton tennis squash. Good pizza. Lots of expensive bowling alley and a little buggy. Nice place to do something in Delémont.

This place of leisure is simply in a lamentable state. It is a shame for the canton of Jura and it gives a bad tourist image to the region. Bowling alleys are not working! The badminton courts are pitiful, we're falling apart! The cleanliness of the showers is non-existent! Uninteresting food! And obviously prices that are way too high for this mediocre quality! Only the cinema which was recently built raises the level a little, otherwise everything is to be avoided!

Quite nice place, lots of facilities available. The bowling is really nice, the only problem being the numerous bugs with the screens and the mechanism replacing the pins on the lane, which gives rise to more or less long waiting phases. The prices are very reasonable and the cafeteria is really nice!

The waiting time for the person in charge of taking care of customers is long, he chats, laughs with his colleagues even though he sees very clearly that the girl waiting is long. I find this borderline disrespectful. But the attractions like bowling, billiards and other games are really good, we have a lot of fun.

It was a cool space 15 years ago! Unfortunately, everything is deteriorating at high speed... Too bad. For bowling, a picturesque track, the balls are soon square. 😞.

Seriously do something about your leads it's outrageous. Not a game goes by without the track breaking down 5 times, the balls come back whenever they want. You spend almost more time waiting than playing. I'm not giving 1 star because other activities are offered but sincerely review your bowling alleys...

The broken downwind bowling alley where we played is a shame

A shame, it’s truly scandalous!!!! The bowling alley is falling apart, I have never seen such outdated infrastructure, we have been on two different lanes and it has changed absolutely nothing, breakdown after breakdown. Strikes and spares that are wrongly or outright credited to you when it's his turn to play, re re re breakdown and it passes to the next player.

Very bad impression of bowling. Every 10 minutes a breakdown causes us to stop the game for 5 minutes and with each throw, the pins take a long time to come back... We had to leave in the middle of the game because of the slowness and when we complained to reception, they were not at all understanding and contradicted us. We received vouchers because it was impossible to get part of the game refunded.

This bowling alley is falling apart! For each ball thrown, it's two minutes of bug waiting for it to work. The shoes are in miserable condition, it is a shame to offer shoes in this condition. Not to mention how hot it is inside. The more time passes, the less pleasure I take in coming, fortunately the food is good and the cinemas are good, otherwise no one would go anymore...

Arriving at 6 p.m., wait 15 minutes to be served for bowling. Answer: a track is available in 30 minutes... Look at the tracks, 7 tracks occupied out of 18! All the others are “broken”! Very unfortunate that no investment is made to maintain fun activities in Jura!

The bowling alley is broken all the time

The bowling alley is super old and keeps breaking down. On one part we had to stop at least 6 times. Super boring I don't recommend at all.

Dismal bowling... Bowling alleys too often encounter breakdowns, what's more, closing times are not respected! The cash registers close well before the indicated time and it is therefore impossible to go bowling or even billiards.

I didn't go bowling here, but during the 24th world meeting of 2CV friends, a Citroen museum was specially set up here. Plenty of space and nicely done!

As part of the “World Meeting of Friends of the 2CV 2023 Region Delémont” a temporary exhibition is being held (Wednesday July 26 to Saturday July 29, 2023). There is something for all tastes and all colors.

One of the rare places that offers a space for toddlers, upstairs. Unfortunately, it is UNBEARABLE heat! Difficult to bear for an adult and even less so for a child who runs and jumps in all directions! Too bad!

We went as a family to go bowling. A DISASTER TO AVOID. Only technical problems. This bowling alley is seriously lacking in maintenance. We had planned several games but left after the first game. The staff that day had nothing to do with it and they did what they could to do the best they could. The poor are woefully understaffed. We have been coming to bowl regularly for years. At the beginning we had to wait before being able to play and now max 2 or 3 tracks used and for some time now the staff has been changing certainly getting tired of doing the work of 3 people. In short, you have just lost a very good customer and the Biel bowling alley has just gained one more. A little word to the manager. Make an investment for maintenance or close the bowling alley but stop this massacre. Good luck to the staff.

Bowling no longer works 10 times in 1 game

Really not satisfied... Waiting to have a track, and yet several free and each game it was blocked and the maintenance guy had to go and fix the problem... Not to mention the pitiful state of the boules... It's is sure they won't see us again...

Recurring problem with the tracks, the balls do not return, we were only able to play one ball per turn and not two balls. Didn't fix the problem.

Yesterday we were playing in that bowling alley and it was the worst I have ever played in my life. I played 2 games and the lane broke about 20 times and even though I didn't have enough of that, the points counted as they wanted. There were times when it just broke. 5 pins and not all of them were put and I counted on having thrown the extra ones, the machine scored as I wanted. They didn't give us any solution and we feel like we wasted money. I left very angry and will never return. The only good thing there is the pizzas and the waitresses, if it's because of the guy at the bowling reception he brings you the pizzas without cheese 😂. Because it works... the vending machine didn't work to buy a sad candy

The little play park upstairs for children is GREAT, you really have to play the games and take care of it if you want it to remain free access! For bowling, it's always nice to play a game but actually a refresh of the lanes and boules... wouldn't be too much trouble. Meal, as a group: the fondue was very good but the vegetarian dish needs to be reviewed, mushroom vol au vent with 2 mushrooms and the taste was not there at all!! Bowling is a real disaster, to be avoided!!! There are only problems, the balls don't come back, the pins take a long time to get back into place (when it doesn't slip), we constantly had to ask the staff to help us out because it didn't work. no longer worked at all. We had to change tracks 3 times but always the same problems. It completely ruined the game. And when we left, pots of ketchup had been poured on our cars Next time we will go elsewhere!

Friendly place, personally friendly who quickly comes to help with a problem during a game. Average restaurant, many people wait around 20 minutes and the restaurant is not even full. Assortment for children with ham and fries without vegetables!!!!

Personally very slow, bowling machine has problems 1 out of 2 times. Great bad faith from the staff when we ask for the reset of the part which had had many problems. The machines are really poorly managed. I really don't recommend this bowling to go to the hot bottom.

Bowling alley no longer up to date: balls all with a lot of damage, lane not straight, lots of technical problems and interruptions (when we waited 14 times and about 20 minutes, we were told we could stop and leave if we didn't like it), ordering at the bar only took 20 minutes Received it later and cleared it away half full after I had only been to the toilet briefly, I guess I thought I had left, after complaining I didn't get anything). It is a place which has great potential but which is not exploited enough. Each time I visit I hope that things have changed but each time I am disappointed, technical problems on the bowling alleys, lack of professionalism of the staff, tables that have difficulty being cleared, it's a real shame because I'm sure it could become an attractive leisure center again

Always nice to go bowling with family or friends but this bowling is really starting to get old. Between the quality of the boules, my shoes on the verge of being punctured, a bench that is no longer fixed correctly, regular bugs requiring the intervention of a technician, it's time to get back up to date to do more no more people come because there is real potential! Positive point, the pizzas are good and the staff are welcoming.
