the boiled meat evaporates on the tongue. Spaghetti with shrimps looks excellent. the giant meringue as well. great portion sizes. at least 6 stars. Very attentive and consistently friendly staff even though the restaurant is full. Here we cook, bake and work with heart. very good portions and deliciously seasoned. Original mix of restaurant and farm shop with excellent baked goods. Nut bread with butter for breakfast afterwards and amaretti a poem. a coming and going. Sitting outside possible. Ambience, cleanliness top. You would have to make a reservation for lunch.

Not my favorite place for lunch. Interesting location. Big garden. Possibility to buy small items from local producers. The food was below average. You have to like it. Everything in the garden looks a bit makeshift.

I love the place and the family welcome that you receive every time. They serve few dishes every day but always tasty. It’s like we you and eat at “nonna”

Also, it seemed to be a fully women-managed business 😊. • The service was as good as it could be with a fully booked restaurant! • Giving 4 ⭐️ because of the food & price. On the one hand, the food was more about quantity than quality (my pasta had a sauce that was more parsley than basil...). On the other hand, the price is on the high-side (20chf for a pasta at lunch).

The interior of this canteen-like restaurant is of a taste that doesn't necessarily align with my visions for a nice design inside the eating rooms and consumption areas. It's a tad too authentically kitchen, not dining space for my eyes. But tastes do vary and it is nonetheless a great place to try something different every once in a while.

The Cucina Piccante house is difficult to recommend, especially now during the ongoing pandemic! Italian cuisine always gives me a feeling of confidence and warmth - like enjoying a beach holiday in Italy through your stomach. The portions are delicious, have fair prices and are all prepared à jour with fresh products!

Such a homely place & run with passion. I always like to go there for a delicious coffee or tea...you can find it in other places too...what keeps me coming back is the warmth of the staff. All dishes are also available to take away and are simply delicious like Nonna's.

Great food from always new cultures. Very friendly service and a good location on Seestrasse. However, it is important to know that there is only a small selection of dishes to choose from each day, but there are always vegetarian (perhaps vegan) options. Definitely worth a visit.

You have to eat there if you were in Pfäffikon. Home cooking in different rooms, lots of locals just having lunch. Big tables, you shouldn't be afraid of contact, but if you want to have contact with locals, appreciate a family atmosphere and want to eat good and plentiful food, you've come to the right place.
