Today we got clay rolls and egg rolls and unfortunately we have never had such bad rolls. The clay roll had too much salt and the egg roll had no taste, you didn't know what it was, was it vegan or what was it, in any case it wasn't an egg! For us it was the last time we got sandwiches there! So in conclusion the 22.60.- wasn't worth it!

The products are actually really good, even if some of them use a lot of salt. The bread is also absolutely high quality. Unfortunately, the staff is so unfriendly and so demotivated that we would rather drive to Zizers than walk to Allegra, which is actually in our area. Every few months we give the Allegra another chance only to be disappointed again. I've held off on rating it for over a year now but it's always the same across the board. If you have a bad day that's no problem, but the staff there only have bad days.

12% surcharge for card payments without prior notice. From the start: Basically, this bakery has a nice shop and (initially) friendly staff. I thought I had found a new local bar. But now I discovered that there is a secret surcharge for card payments. Instead of the CHF 4.20 pronounced and shown on the cash register display, I was charged CHF 4.70 on the card (seen on the card statement). That also explains my confusion during the last few purchases - I thought I heard a different amount each time than what I actually paid. In my opinion, this statement violates the basis of a sales transaction - trust. Won't shop here anymore.

Unfortunately I have to join in with all the bad reviews. The bakery has a nice display, but the service is really unfriendly - downright dismissive. Every single time I went shopping there. Unfortunately, the croissants are also too salty and dry. Even my dog ​​doesn't like to eat them anymore. A highlight are the leaf gutzli. Only cash payment is possible in the shop.

How can it be that the croissants at the gas station are better and fresher than at this bakery? At the gas station they are constantly baked fresh, but at this bakery they are only baked once a morning. You simply need an oven in the store to be able to freshly bake goods. Unfortunately, the seller does not know her own products and cannot provide any information. You should be a little bit interested in your job...

We received very poor service from Ms. M. Caluori. The coffee was good, but the staff was very unfriendly. She was in a bad mood and always answered arrogantly. It was very unpleasant for us because she was somewhat friendly to all the other guests, we felt left out.

We are all just human too. Here, however, it's just like that every time. It seems like no one enjoys working here and customer loyalty is probably a foreign concept. It's a shame, because the bakery is easily accessible by car.

The brioches with apricot jam are great, just like in Italy. However, we have NEVER eaten such miserable clay rolls: completely inedible because they are so salty. Accordingly, they ended up in the trash can. Isn't there a taste for what goes on sale? Therefore only 1 star. November 5, 2020

I was there today and wanted to have a coffee. The window on the front door was broken. I then went to the bakery where the employee rudely pointed out that there were only 2 people in the shop. I said I wanted to go to the coffee shop. The cafe is closed. But it wasn't written anywhere.

Good products and parking spaces

Black Forest cake, hardly any taste, 3 different layer thicknesses, cream doesn't taste the same either. In 1 layer the cream was sugared, in the other it wasn't. 2 cherries including the piece on the cream, they were already brownish. Mango scholo cake, okay so far, might taste a little more like mango. The decoration should also be adjusted accordingly, why no mango cut and shock??

There are regular customers there but things have been going a bit downhill lately. Today, for example, salty, inedible wholemeal croissants, Wegli dry and as if nibbled by mice. We'll take a break for a while and then take a look.

We received a very friendly welcome here and even got breakfast shortly before noon. We also enjoyed the view of Chur before buying a plaited loaf for Sunday at the bakery. Conclusion: we'll definitely be back for breakfast soon, but we won't buy any more braid here because it was too dry and didn't smell like braid at all. On the other hand, the patisserie that we bought for the afternoon was again very nice.
