The bakery “De HolzofeBeck” is a real insider tip! One of the best breads in the region is baked here. The quality and taste are top and you can feel the love and passion that goes into each loaf. The atmosphere in the bakery is welcoming and pleasant, and the staff is ok too. Great emphasis is placed on quality and customer service here. Overall a great experience - I can highly recommend the bakery "De Holzofebeck"! And now that I've written the review, I'm getting hungry again :-))

Order a cornbread and get one with raisins. I went back to exchange it and was told that cornbread always has raisins. I took it back because of this unfriendly reaction. Unfortunately it tastes pretty bad… Never again!

Very good craftsmanship, wood-fired oven that you can recognize by the taste. As a neighbor, I know approximately when which bread comes out of the oven and then pick it up fresh from the store. Therefore: 5 stars (according to my scale: the product was very good, but surprised with that certain something, something surprising or exceptional quality.) Tip: Be even more transparent about what comes out of the wood-fired oven and what doesn't (this used to be better).

For me, Winti and Holzofebeck belong together. That means: When I come to Winti, a detour to this Beck is part of it. My favorite products: the pure spelled wholemeal bread and the “nut eggs”. Always courteous service is no longer a given today.

Once again we are thrilled with the wonderful quality of your breads! Making a choice is not easy; whether Chrusti bread, Maggia bread, Huusbrot, Winterthurer bread or all the many other types that we don't know yet... All simply super fine and always friendly service!

The undisputed best bread in Winterthur has been available here for many years. Depending on this, the bread may turn out very dark. This is perfect for lovers. My tip: The Khrushti Rustico ham sandwich. It comes without pickles. This is genius.
