Magnificent discovery, we came there without booking with the gourmet passport. We were welcomed by super nice people. We had the filet mignon with morels with a green salad. Having announced my allergies, they were respected. Thank you and we will come back with great pleasure. See you soon

Excellent quality/price ratio. We had a very good evening. The dishes were well presented and very good. The restricted card looks like all cards should look. That is to say with a limited number of dishes but a kitchen which guarantees quality over quantity and which thus avoids food waste and frozen products. I can only recommend this restaurant.

We discovered this charming little village restaurant through the gourmet passport. We ate excellent filet mignon with morels, home fries! The staff and the owner are very pleasant! Nothing to complain about, not to mention the more than reasonable prices, which are increasingly rare these days. The only point, which is not a negative point however, would be the proximity between the tables perhaps a little tight. But they have already done their best, and we can't push the walls :-). We highly recommend this establishment.

We ate an excellent tartare cut with a knife, homemade fries and a succulent salad sauce. The staff were smiling and friendly. I would return there very happily.

If I, as a paying customer, order a scoop of ice cream, I can expect to receive ice cream and not "soup" scraped from the bottom of the container. If I, as a paying customer, make a complaint and your Gen Z employee (we want to save the world - we always have the latest smartphone, the latest clothes, an Amazon account and Netflix) only presents me with theories arrogant about food waste instead of apologizing, your restaurant does not deserve more than one star.

Very friendly, smiling welcome and quality service with a good presentation of food and wine. Very nice menu, with quality products and very tasty cuisine! The fries are homemade. The gourmet coffee for dessert is very generous and delicious. In summary A restaurant delight. Thank you for this good time spent!

A very small restaurant in an old neighborhood. A superb terrace, shame of the road nearby but it is not too rolling and at 20 km/h so it does not bother too much. The welcome is friendly from a young and dynamic team. Small menu with local products is great. On the plate it was very good and the cooking was good too. The presentation of the plate was not at its best. They could improve this point but otherwise everything is good. Well done and thank you

Superb restaurant, superb food and lovely managers! We feasted ! FYI, almost all menus have a gluten-free option... Gluten-free burgers, cheese crust, tiramisu, etc. so treat yourself to celiacs... Bonjour, j’ai déjà essayé plusieurs plats et chaque fois j’étais comblé par la qualité, le goût et la quantité! Par exemple le rosbif très très copieux et excellent! Le hamburger à l’italienne super bon, le tartare coupé à la main, et les fameuses frites allumettes croustillantes maisons! La croûte aux champignons avec ses morilles, bolets et autres champignons est excellente et très copieuse! La patronne Murielle (Mumu) est très sympathique et très professionnelle! Je lui souhaite beaucoup de succès et du plaisir par la suite! MV

Charmant établissement, tenu par une très sympathique patronne.Le cadre est assez calme malgré la route à proximité.L'accueil est chaleureux, et la petite carte nous offre des mets simples mais bons.Pour un gros mangeur le burger est un peu petit ( avis personnel bien sûr)Le tartare coupé au couteau est excellent et les frites maison, bien que servie sur l'assiette (manque un peu d'originalité) sont très bonnes également.Je n'ai mis que 4 étoiles à cause de l'alcool qui s'est retrouvé dans mon tartare sans que le service m'aie demandé mon avis.Les desserts sont excellents et très bien présentés, surtout le café gourmand et les glaces faite par la patronne ! Je recommande sans hésitation ce charmant établissement.

Auf unserer Rückreise von Fribourg suchten wir an der Strecke etwas zu essen, la Neuveville sah im vorbeifahren hübsch alt aus und so schafften wir es irgendwie ins Dorf, die Auswahl war nicht gross wir fanden 3 Restaurants und das New Croix-Blanche sah nett aus, die Karte übersichtlich.Die Sprachbarriere wurde mit viel Herzlichkeit, Händen und Füssen und anderen Gästen schnell überwunden.Wir entschieden uns für Burger und lagen damit goldrichtig. Gutes Fleisch, tolle Buns, alles gut kombiniert. Kein Schikimicki ,sondern einfach gute Burger. Wir bestellten einen mit Frittes und einen mit Salat, am Ende hatten wir beide Frittes und einen sehr leckeren Salat + Brot. Zur fairen Rechnung von gerade mal 50 Chf mit Getränken gab es noch ein paar Süssigkeiten als Dessert.Wir würden wiederkommen wenn wir jemals wieder in die Gegend kommen.Merci!
