J'ai opté en entrée pour le ceviche qui fut frais et très bon puis j'ai opté pour le saumon dont la cuisson était totalement maîtrisée et le goût ainsi que les accompagnements bien servis (petite purée de carotte et patates grenailles). Très bon. Cuisine bistronomique comme on l'apprécie. En dessert, la crème, les meringues et quelques fruits, joliment présentés. Le service est efficace, souriant et professionnel.
