I had the opportunity to have dinner at Delícias do Algarve in Interlaken recently and my experience was simply delightful. I opted for the mixed grill, while my girlfriend enjoyed a delicious francesinha. I ate francesinha, it was really good! The employee who served us was super friendly and helpful! I just don't give it 5* because it was really cold in the restaurant, that was the only unpleasant thing. I will definitely be back 😊

This place is more like a friendshouse rather than a restaurant. The location is very casual and warm. You might not get the wow effect when you enter, but you will surely leave the place with a full satisfied stomach and a smile in your face. 100% worth a visit, if not twice. This might be one of my favourite restaurants if I was living nearby.

Waiting almost an hour to get my dish, old lady being rude claiming that all tables are “reserved” so I have to sit at the bar side but then randomly telling me to come sit at the table. Ordered salad that only had ice berg lettuce chopped into pieces. Did not even seem to be busy with not too many people… poorly managed restaurant? Waiters never look at you if you need to call them to get something..

Portion sizes are surprisingly large. Food and prices are excellent. I cannot recommend this enough. This has easily been our best meal in Switzerland.

We discovered a delicious Portuguese restaurant in Interlaken. We ordered the cod from Xavier, delicious. To accompany the dish an excellent Portuguese wine (Alma Mãe). The service was very attentive and kind. Note: the menu photos were taken in May 2023.

Although not the most refined place, the food was good and enjoyable. Get in here for a hearty meal after a long hike, you'll come out full, satisfied, and ready to crash in bed.

We tried a few other restaurants before this in Interlaken, most of their food were really below standard but the price is definitely not cheap. This restaurant is real hidden gem. Quiet, non tourist restaurant with great, freshly cooked Portuguese. food. The prawns in a delicious sauce are a good choice washed down with reasonably priced wine. We always make a point in visiting this restaurant when in Interlaken. Staff are friendly and layed back. Have time to eat here.

People were smoking inside here. It smelt horrible. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're a smoker. I'm sure the food is good, but I was totally put off by the fact that it's a smoking zone where the dining is. I would reconsider coming back here to try the food if they changed this. Very disappointing.
