It's quite good. It's just that certain products aren't completely fresh, as if they were from the day before.

We shopped for around 160 to 240 per month. Same today. After shopping in the store, we ordered two coupes outside. My partner had the audacity to eat the pretzel that he had previously bought outside. Which wasn't fresh yet! The waitress immediately told him that it would cost -.50 more and that she hoped the boss wouldn't see that! So Wälchli is finally done for us and from now on we're going to Leutwyler.

Was there twice. Very friendly and the breads and salads I've had so far have been very tasty. Maybe increase the number of powders a little for coffee, it's a bit mild.

The surprise packages are a good thing. We have always been happy with the Ü packages except yesterday and today. Yesterday we picked up two Ü packages from Landi Bistro. There was a potato salad which, according to information, could be distorted by today, but the tomatoes were already moldy yesterday (photo available). Today we picked up an Ü package on Luzernerstrasse with three pieces of dessert. And I had to say that there is one more because today is Easter! Apparently it always depends on who is serving you 🤷🏼‍♂️ A pity!

I find the restaurant and the selection appealing and the staff is friendly. What I don't think works at all is the fact that if you pay with a credit card, the staff don't get a tip. This approach is absolutely intolerable for me, as many guests pay with credit cards these days. The wages of service staff are relatively low. I therefore ask the management to change this situation. It works in other restaurants too!

I've been shopping here a few times. It's important to use whatever you buy on the same day; you can't do it the next day. But what's more important is that over time you realize that unfriendliness is the rule and not a "bad day" like everyone can have. I can't understand all the reviews about friendly service. Luckily there are also other bakeries in Zofingen that are very good and really friendly.

My partner and I visited the Wälchli bakery on Luzernerstrasse on Tuesday, August 23rd, 2022. Since we live in the Hirschparkweg district, we often take advantage of the luxury of having a bakery so close. Unfortunately we were once again disappointed by the bakery. Yesterday it happened that my partner chose an apricot tart advertised for SFR 2.70 and a sandwich. When he got the bill it was with SFR. 4.00 charged. When my partner asked: the cake was made with SFR. 2.70, the saleswoman replied: that was a mistake and it was clear that this couldn't be the case. We were perplexed by such an answer. According to the law, the advertised price is mandatory. We will avoid this shop in the future and prefer to go into town for a dessert or bread.

Canned patties. I would be ashamed to offer something like that!!!!

The café is really good and the selection is very wide. The staff is also very friendly. Unfortunately I have to deduct 2 stars because of the constant coverage of local radio stations. Absolutely unnecessary. The audience is largely made up of the DRS1 generation, hardly likes this rapper noise and just wants to enjoy the coffee and the newspaper in peace.

The staff was friendly, but unfortunately they didn't have any products left after work. I was a bit disappointed. The prices are a bit overpriced in my opinion. possibly close on Sunday from 1 p.m.

Very bad service! If you don't want to serve guests, you should just leave it alone.. Breakfast combos are also relatively expensive.. ordered white rolls: got croissants and another sweet roll... "oh God, guests with children too"... 2 francs extra for no Knife and plate because the daughter didn't want to eat her croissant out of the basket... warm breakfast buffet only available upon explicit request... ouch! Next time I'd rather have Starbucks... 1 star only for the quality of the baked goods, definitely not for the service... Greetings!

In a bakery I expect fresh, crunchy rolls when I buy a sandwich at 7 a.m. I would also like to be able to choose between more variants than just white flour and pretzel bread, e.g. whole grain, sourdough, vital bread, low carb... Well, because I was short of time and hungry, I bought a cheese sandwich. However, I was disappointed to find that the bread was soft and like it was yesterday. I get something like that at a gas station too...

You will get the a variety of cakes.. And for a birthday cake they are welle preserved and frozen on the side wall.. So you can have a cake ready to be eaten in the next two hours..

We like to buy bread and rolls from Wälchli. Good, wholesome, juicy and tasty breads that last a little longer. Unfortunately you don't find it very often. We like the heavy, rich breads, far from the boring white flour breads. This is exactly where Wälchli offers a good selection.

We haven't bought anything from Wälchli in a while because other options like Leutwyler are simply much better. But we gave the Wälchli another chance and were disappointed. The Vernicelle kitchen was obviously from yesterday, as dry and stiff as the outside was. The cream slice has an unpleasant cherry taste in it. We haven't bought bread there for a long time because even Avec sells better products.

The food itself is good, but the staff is so-so. I was there with my child and bought some patisserie for our later visit. I let my child choose the things. When he selected several tarts that had alcohol in them (of course the tarts with schnapps were not intended for him), the saleswoman sharply pointed out to me that I was an irresponsible mother because I wanted to buy my child a dessert with alcohol. Ridiculous and disrespectful.

Were there on Saturday June 6th, 2020 in the afternoon. Then an older gentleman came with a walker. All tables were occupied. The service employee told him to just sit somewhere. The gentleman in question sat down at the table with us, which we didn't think was so great. The distance was not maintained and the service employee did not wear a face mask!

The service was very friendly. But ordering a cake was a hassle. At 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon there is no one left in the pastry shop. So we should come the next morning. Unfortunately, the pictures to look at were also very limited.

Very friendly service. Just had some tea. They even had their own tea menu with many different types of tea. Price - performance👍. Desserts looked very tasty. Next time I'll try one 😀

Considering that this dessert house is open until 1700 on Sundays and that by 1130 there are hardly any baked goods left, I think that misses the mark. The items for sale are top notch.

Also good for children. They have a small selection of games and painting materials to keep them busy. You can have lunch or coffee with cake. There is a lovely terrace outside. Unfortunately, the store is inaccessible to wheelchair users.
