Very good pizza and fast service 😀

We order a lot from them and sadly the quality is getting worse and worse. More often than not, the delivery is very late, the pizza quality is inconsistent and the pizza is cold-ish. Today it was the worst I've ever experienced. The pizzas came 25mins late (we live 5mins away), they were cold and one of them was inedible. I will not order from them again.

I have now often ordered pizza in Küsnacht. 8/10 the pizza prosciutto was not baked well and the dough was raw. You can see it when the pizza is still raw? A no go for me! I would also like to say that the whole neighborhood constantly complains about this location. Too bad! Pizzeria in Rappi is top...

Ordered 2x Pizza Verde: the pizzas were very sparse and carelessly topped with hard broccoli and spinach. Completely unseasoned (no oregano, nothing) and bland. Also practically cold. A pity!

Pizza taste was good, delivered pretty much on time. The delivery guy delivered with a genuine smile.

We got the pizza and it was excellent, light, well prepared and presented very well. Very welcoming and fast staff.

Order placed at 18:24 delivered at 19:55 and smaller than usual! A call to know what is up ? Response is that it shall arrive in max 10’… 20 min later arrival in a private vehicle (cold) No gesture from the delivery man. At least a phone call to warn ?

As a DIECI lover from the very beginning and a regular guest at the first restaurant in Rapperswil. I notice that the pizzas delivered are no longer of the same quality as they were 2 years ago. The tomato sauce and cheese are no longer of the same quality as they were recently. What has changed for you and, above all, why. The fact that the pizza usually arrives at me half-warm is another story and not entirely new. I would like to continue ordering from you and don't want to drive you crazy. Nevertheless, I would be interested to know why you don't deliver the same quality as you did recently.

Delivery scheduled for 1h15min is now normal, so ok...but unfortunately it never arrived: -No one rang the doorbell because they apparently didn't write down the name correctly. -After I called after 1.5 hours, the employee became cheeky and asked me if I had said my name correctly. And someone would definitely have rung the doorbell, which was 100% not the case. -No apology, nothing. He did offer a new delivery, but then became cheeky again. And then he hung up!!! An outrage. The Mr. Dieci employee (October 27th, Friday around 9:30 p.m. on the phone) didn't need to apologize. He then didn't want to give me the manager and hung up the phone for the second time. Wow...what a service;-(...I'll never ever order anything there again. Apparently they don't care about word of mouth either... and it doesn't count that they called on their cell phone, which was unfortunately empty When it comes to customer complaints, listening is the order of the day, no lectures, please!

The best address for the highest quality, super-fine pizzas and beautiful fresh salads, fast delivery times and friendly delivery people! We/I always enjoy ordering here. Keep it up!

Im very satisfied with pizza Dieci. A lot of options to customise pizza. And it was so tastefull. Delivery was also very quick. So for me it is 5 stars

Pizza Solana.It's cold when it arrives.Forgetting extra requests.e.g. spicy/cutting extra parmesan and it takes FOREVER!!!!MORE than 1 hour...something else is stated!!!!

Up to now there has always been a perfect pizza, but today my Dieci pizza was unfortunately missing the mascarpone that I was so looking forward to:( Otherwise everything is good, it can happen😅🤷‍♂️

Pizza was alright, but we had to wait for over an hour, we were very hungry. And they have told us we would only need to wait for 35 minutes, but I suppose it was the all inclusive Italian experience for 17 CHF for the margherita

Pizza are relatively good (average). Whenever you order in advance for a specific time before 19.30, you can be sure it will arrive at least 30 minutes in advance...

LESS THAN 1 STAR for sure!!! Pizza delivery exceeded 1 hour and 20 minutes. The order was 2 small pizza and if cut to 4 pieces, each slice costs almost CHF 5. That cost for such ordinary small slice?? The pizza was mediocre, dry, flavor was nothing special, dough was like carton board. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. We called the Küsnacht branch and the service was rude and not friendly at all. We even felt reprimanded for asking information on our pizza since we never received an email confirmation as promised... We never knew if our online order had even gone through... I'm never ordering from Dieci again. I don't recommend it to anyone!!

Pizza ok, but waited 1 hour and 40 minutes... even though 65 minutes were reported. In the USA it would be free and not CHF 61.00.. Gold Coast???

We ordered two pizzas over 120 minutes ago, the website said delivery would take 70 minutes, after over 90 minutes I called and was told the pizzas were on the way, after another 15-20 minutes and another phone call, I was told that our order hadn't been received at all. After I gave the dear gentleman the order number, he then admitted that our order was there, but that the pizzas were only now out, that's just the way it is... when 1000 people order in front of you and why my colleague lied to me beforehand when he said the pizzas were already on the way, they were just very busy.

This was my first time ordering from Dieci. The pizzas arrived on time and were nice and warm and tasty. Lovely again!

We live in the area and have ordered many times at dieci Küsnacht. It’s really a pity - but they’re not capable of providing a stable service with their pizzas. I haven’t found out why the pizzas from dieci in Rapperswil are much better. Not even the type of pizzas they offer is the same every-time you order it… Like if you order rucola you receive it once with the separated rucola and parmigiano and the next time they deliver it without parmigiano, when you call and explain they tell you you’re wrong it’s never with parmigiano… I used to order salame piccante with olives - wow today it was really to much for me… I received a pizza with salame and peperoncino but like and overkill of it. 🫣😳🙄😵🥴it was awful. No taste just horribly hot. These were just 2 slices in the picture. What was the purpose of the person preparing this? Where is the love?

We ordered an Occhio di Bue online and, as a customer note, we explicitly asked for it WITHOUT spinach. This is also stated on the receipt provided. Besides spinach, I also had pineapple on it!!! What's that supposed to mean?? Why do I write the customer note if no one is interested? When I called immediately, I was told in a rude and unfriendly manner that it wasn't the pizza I wanted!! Are they actually spiders??? I ordered from Dieci twice, the first and last time, only mess.

10 Dieci Küsnacht just doesn't have it under control; Of the 10 pizzas I ordered, 8 were wrong. I order a pizza porcini without cheese, there is cheese on it. I'm told "order the pizza you want". All right, I'll do it, the pizzaiolo just has to distribute the ingredients one by one, right? I'm missing ingredients 3 times, but I paid for them. One time it has vegan cheese on it even though I don't want any cheese on it AT ALL... One time I get a voucher for CHF 10 and I call to CONFIRM the ingredients, wrong again. OMG. No more. And then we argue with the caretaker, who throws an insult at me under my breath. OK. Pure customer loyalty. LOL.

Never again! I can't remember ever having such a bad pizza. In a restaurant I would run away. The caprese salad for 9 francs is a disgrace, 5 halved cherry tomatoes, 5 balls of mozzarella and 1! Basil leaves. You really should be ashamed of yourself. Everyone can only advise against it!

Unfortunately our pizza wasn't as desired. paid 3.- surcharge for buffalo mozzarella which wasn't on it... delivery took 1 hour 10 minutes... Otherwise it was good (except that the edge was a bit rubbery from being kept warm for a long time)...

This is the fifth time we have ordered pizza. The taste is okay. Unfortunately, the pizza courier has never managed to arrive on time. Today we ordered the pizza at 7:00 p.m. and it arrived at around 7:30 p.m. Unfortunately it's also cold😔 I would expect that if I called 2 hours in advance and gave the order that it would come at the agreed time and I wouldn't have to wait forever for it, the joy of the pizza would then be gone. 😐☹️ Unfortunately, the driver isn't the best either 😤

3-6 months ago the food was still very good and the wishes were taken into account. But since then they really haven't earned more than 1 to a maximum of 2 stars! You can still express your wishes but they will not be taken into account in any way. I hope that will change again.

Exceptionally pleasant atmosphere! The pizzas from Dieci are really recommended, I have been a regular at Dieci Küssnacht for several years and have never been disappointed, on the contrary, I am always surprised by this great service!

Already relatively dissatisfied, I thought: "Come on...don't be so strict and give DIECI one more (last) chance". The pizza came after 2 hours!!!!!... Already called twice and they say it will be ready in 2 minutes. The driver couldn't find the building. I had to go out and get the pizza myself. 3 huge piles of mascarpone on the entire pizza and that's it...mozzarella cheese almost without a trace, oregano didn't see this pizza. I still had to top the ham myself. Hey guys...you're totally incompetent. Just close the store and just go home. It's a shame that I already paid with Twint But there are certainly still enough tasteless people who will continue to be ripped off by you.

Yesterday I waited just over 90 minutes for my pizza and then it arrived cold! ^^ I very rarely complain and when I do it has “meat on the bone”. I know the catering industry/pizza courier from before and whenever something didn't go well, guests were offered dessert or coffee. All I got was a clumsy “Sorry” we had a lot of orders today. Is that the appreciation in this industry today? Update: I think I tried harder than the company itself. The apology was received but NO accommodation! Conclusion: Pizza great, service flop!

Pizza was served after 65 minutes. Delivered in 40 minutes instead of cold pizza and thawed ice cream. A pity. Pizza dough was good though.

In 4 out of 5 orders the pizza does not arrive at the specified time. 40 minutes is okay but then waiting 90 minutes is not. Especially not if it's cold afterwards. If I can count on 90 minutes right from the start, it's something different, but then please adjust the time on the web....🙄

We ordered different pizzas, pizza dieci was supposed to come with raw ham and when we got it it didn't have any raw ham on it. We also waited an hour until it was finished. Here is a picture of how we got the raw ham afterwards:

Musste 1h vor dem Laden auf eine Pizza warten. Eine riesen Frechheit. Der Angestellte hat mir 5 mal gesaht das es nur noch 2min dauert. Schlussendlich musste ich 1h auf eine Pizza warten.
