I have to correct this: a new pizza has been introduced, the "fior di margherita", which is the only pizza on the menu with better mozzarella.

The best pizza in Zurich, I have ordered there many times and so far the delivery has always been on time. When I once made an order for just 30 francs and would have had to pay 40 for it (due to the minimum order value), I was called again and asked if I wanted to order more with the remaining money. The salads and the chocolate mousse are also delicious.

We had repeatedly ordered pizzas from Dieci Pizza in the past and one of our employees always picked them up. The pizza is really tasty, a little missing here and there - but otherwise really good - that's why two stars. This year we decided to hold our Christmas dinner in a cozy setting in our company and have dieci Pizza deliver to us - a huge mistake! Although our employee personally went to Dieci's on Wednesday evening with the entire order list to ensure that everything went smoothly, our Christmas dinner yesterday was a disaster. The scheduled time slot for delivery was 1:30-1:45 p.m. We all waited until 1:55 p.m. when our employee asked by phone that the courier would be with us in two minutes. People slowly became impatient, so I called Dieci myself at 2:10 p.m. and was again assured that the courier would be there shortly because he had initially gone to the wrong address. Our pizzas finally arrived at 2:20 p.m. - cold, soggy, some not as ordered - delivered by a courier who spoke neither German nor Italian. Absolutely unworthy and useless for a company's end to the year - the 100 francs on the bill don't help either. We definitely couldn't have had a worse experience - the pizzas were otherwise ok, but the service was subpar...!🤬

I ordered regularly a few years ago, maybe not anymore :-( Pizza Tonno with extra onions, topping: no harmonious or nice distribution of the ingredients! Loveless! Actually always satisfied with the food but every time something is missing or comments are not read. You order at 12 p.m. because you're working and the courier is there at 11:45. Salad is delivered without cutlery or sauce. You order salami and you get ham. I think it's a shame that you can't accept the order without checking it carefully.

We ordered from dieci and unfortunately have to say that one pizza went into the trash can uneaten because it really smelled! Another pizza had 30 olives on it but almost no other toppings and we definitely didn't order an olive pizza. What a shame! I'm actually used to something different from dieci - at least at other locations!

By far the best pizza delivery service in Switzerland. Orders are always on site in 20-30 minutes. The quality of the pizza is absolutely A1. It doesn't get any better.

Everything is great, but if the courier doesn't speak or read a word of German, all the delivery notes are useless. You write down exactly where the courier has to report, but of course it's no use if he doesn't understand a word.

I'm not a pizzaiolo, but unfortunately I have to say that the pizza used to be better. I've had prosciutto pizza two times in a row now and it wasn't good. Lots and lots of edge and the ham in thick piles on top. Compared to when we first started ordering from you. She was awesome then. But I have to say that everyone on the phone is always very friendly and if something went wrong (wrong pizza delivered) there was a phone and a replacement very quickly.

The best pizza I've ever eaten! Just unbelievable! The one tall courier with short black hair and a beard who only speaks English seems a bit strange. Otherwise, the team is extremely friendly and accommodating and the price/performance ratio is definitely right for these delicacies. I am completely satisfied and will never eat pizza anywhere else again.

Pizza Dieci in Wallisellen is very dry and thin - Pizza Dieci in Dietikon, on the other hand, is super tasty, quality varies here. Salsiccia coverage is very sparse in Wallisellen, but absolutely satisfactory in Dietikon. Delivery service is nevertheless super fast and friendly. I wouldn't order Wallisellen again, the quality for the price of 26 euros didn't convince me.

Pizzas are fine, unfortunately they don't always arrive warm, depending on the delivery courier of the day. Good quality and enough ingredients on it. One of the best delivery courier in the area.
