We ordered 4 pizzas extra early so that they would definitely arrive in time. Unfortunately, when the courier brought everything 10 minutes late, all four of them were not as usual. It was as if they had been baked and reheated shortly before delivery, the dough was rubbery and the edges were very hard. The tomato sauce is completely missing from the Fior di Margarita and was not even close to the picture. It's a shame because we've always been happy so far.

I ordered 2 pizzas today, both were cold when they were delivered, the ingredients were no longer on the pizza but in the box. The liferant had 15 minutes to find my apartment and was annoyed and unfriendly. Unfortunately, when I called the restaurant, I had to spend 20 minutes arguing with the boss. Instead of trying to accommodate me in some way, he assumed that I was lying. Very unfriendly staff!

Nice, quick and always friendly

I ordered the new pizza Fior di Margherita. Unfortunately there was almost no basil on it at all. There's a lot more to it in the advertising photo. Was a little disappointed.

My girlfriend and I always order the Pizza Piccante at Dieci in Olten. The service is always super friendly, from the nice lady on the phone to the courier at the front door. Dieci in Olten makes the best takeaway pizzas!

The last time I ordered, the waiting time from Aarburg to Olten only took 17 minutes from the time of ordering. The pizzas arrived crispy and hot, with the perfect amount of ingredients so that the base wasn't too soft. The drivers have all been very friendly, without exception. Highly Recommended!

The delivery service is on time as they always have enough drivers and vehicles so it is guaranteed that delivery arrives on time. All delivery vehicles are equipped with a heated oven, so the pizzas always arrive deliciously warm. The restaurant is well maintained and looks very inviting. The staff is friendly and are happy to accommodate guests' special requests if possible. There are also various delicious and fresh salads and various lasagne and pasta dishes. Of course there are different desserts. Various of our own ice cream flavors, Mouse au Chocolat, Panne Cota or Tiramisu. Everything homemade. Very nice staff, the place looks very clean and well-kept, which is not the case with other dieci branches. The lunch menu is priced at 22.00, which is still absolutely fair as there is a 5dl drink and a salad. The pizzas (I've been there several times, so I'll allow myself to judge) are good, especially the dough. But... there is always a but... the ones in Oerlikon taste a little better. Still 5 stars

I've been ordering my pizza and pasta here for over 2 years now. By far the best pizza you can get in the area, the tomato sauce is great, the toppings are always fresh and the dough is unique. The pizza always comes on time or beforehand, hot and fresh. However, I would also like to warmly recommend the pasta to everyone who reads this! The pasta is an insider tip in terms of taste, simply great. Order and try! The always friendly couriers also deserve 5 stars! No matter who comes, they are always very friendly and nice. Update: 3 months later and not even a response. A pity I ordered a 24 cm Quattro Formaggi and received it faster than expected. The pizza was great. BUT I think 19.50 for a 24 cm pizza that is vegetarian is massively overpriced!! We compared the same pizza from other providers in the region and the 30-32 cm costs less or the same as 19.00 everywhere. How do you explain this high price for such a small pizza???

Email from September 10th 2021 Dear Mr. Bircher, Today we ordered two pizzas for pickup from Dieci in Aarburg. Once the Pizza Auguri and once the Pizza Occhio di Bue Speciale. The Auguri pizza would normally have buffalo mozzarella on it, unfortunately this was nowhere to be found. See photos. The other photo was taken about 2 months ago. For 22 Chf we would have liked to have had buffalo mozzarella on it. For the pizza Occhio di Bue, I ordered cime di rapa instead of spinach. If I had known that I would still be charged an extra charge of CHF 2.00, I would not have left out the spinach. We would like to avoid a negative review on Google. Thank you for your reply. The pizza is delicious. When ordering a pizza, cherry tomatoes, grana, rocket and ham. we received no Grana. It was also a complement to the second pizza which was also missing.

I hate to give such a bad review, but the pizza (gluten free) was a disaster. I'm sorry for writing it like that, but for me the sad conclusion: once and never again. Supplier was tip top - 5 stars for that. Pizza was only crispy on the edge and otherwise watery and soft - unfortunately by far the worst pizza and that from such a well-known provider, a shame. Sorry again for this review, but I had to share this because it is the opposite of what one should expect when ordering a pizza.

Here is the email: Good afternoon dear Dieci team Last Wednesday I ordered a pizza from the Aarburg branch, specifically the Auguri pizza and a tiramisu. When I opened the pizza box at home I was really disappointed. This is definitely not what a 26fr pizza should look like! Of course I also realize that it is different from the product image, but in my opinion that is definitely going too far, I definitely expect more for the money. I would be grateful if you could forward this to the affected branch so that this doesn't happen to other customers. At least I don't want to order anything like that again. It's a shame, but for that money I'd rather go straight to a pizzeria. Edit 07/19/21: Unfortunate overlap, branch manager was on vacation. Called, politely apologized and offered a new pizza. I'll be happy to give full stars upon receipt :) Later that same evening: Got pizza, this time A1. Thank you, that's how customer service and loyalty work.

Die besten Pizzas in der Schweiz...

Grundsätzlich sind wir immer skeptisch mit Pizza Lieferanten. Aber Dieci hat uns echt positiv überrascht! Ist im Vergleich zu andere Kuriere etwas teurer aber es ist absolut berechtigt! Die Dieci Fahrzeuge sind sehr speziell mit eingebauten Pizzaofen, einfach genial! Die Pizzen werden dementsprechend warm geliefert!

Bestellung zeitig fertiggestellt und zur Abholung bereit

«dieci» steht für qualitativ hochstehenden Service, welchem ich nicht zustimmen kann. Die Zahl 10 ist wohl eher für den max. Preis, den man zahlt. 20.- für eine Mini-Lasagne aus dem Tiefkühler ? Nein danke. Bei der Bestellung von über 50.- habe ich nicht mal den zusätzlich gewünschtem Parmesan erhalten.

The best pizza delivery service I've come across in Olten so far (in terms of Italian style pizza). The pizza itself may be slightly smaller and more expensive compared to other shops but it's worth. I had a margherita with buffalo mozzarella and didn't get disappointed.
