I've been waiting for my pizza for more than 2:30 hours and I live in Ems. There was never a phone call or any information that the order could take longer, nothing! When I called, they just told me that they had a lot of customers. Which is ok, but then you inform the customers. They didn't even apologize! But on Just Eat it says that if it goes longer than 60 minutes, you will apparently be informed if it goes longer. They don't even do that. Impudence! Will never order from them again!

Delivery: The order was completely wrong and the pushy delivery person refused to take the wrong order back. Very unprofessional.

Very bad delivery service, the pizza only arrived after an hour and a half. When the delivery came it was the wrong pizza and they were still cold. From now on, order deliveries from Mediteran Pizza on time. Above all, no apology. At least new ones were delivered straight away.

Very bad delivery service. 2 times the delivery came 1 1/2 hours later. Today I placed an order again after a long time. After 1 1/2 hours there was nothing. We were also not contacted by phone. Then canceled the order. That's it for us with Dino's Pizza. NEVER AGAIN. It's a shame that you have to give at least 1 star. it deserves 0 stars

Delivery took twice as long as shown. Small pizza is really extremely small... you can't get enough even if you're a little hungry.

Ordered pizza and panino caldo. The pizza was still ok - but the panino. Sorry, the cat didn't even want to eat that - it was just disgusting - the cheese smelled like expired cheese and the kebab pieces were like dog food a guata!

I was told that it would only take 50 minutes but I waited and then I didn't get the wrong delivery😡😡😡

We ordered 2 pizzas online today. For 19 CHF you get a small green salad and a drink. Plus a pizza. Everything cool. It was a shame that one pizza was wrong. Instead of arugula there was a margarita. What I also found very unfortunate was that the box was dripping with oil, especially with the margarita. That wouldn't be necessary and that's why I only give it 3 stars. Well, I can't say anything about the food yet. But the driver is driving much, much too fast on a gravel path because the road is confusing with trees and curves. The road leads to the campsite and many children, cyclists, dogs and cats walk on this path. I used hand signals to tell her to slow down so I could call my dog ​​over and put him on a leash. Nothing, it raced past at a fast pace. And I just thought, hopefully there are no children behind the curve! Please the drivers, don't just look after yourself but also at the others.
