DOCKeins in Bodensee (TG)

Beautiful ambience. Various seating options beautifully decorated with cushions and small decorative plants (large table, small bistro tables, wooden tables under the tree and bench with a view of the lake. The bistro is self-service. The staff is always friendly. There are cute signs with instructions everywhere. The selection of food and drinks is sufficiently large. There is something for everyone. The fries are particularly good :) The used harness can be returned to the cottage on the left. There is a toilet around the corner on the right.

Excessive prices…..for self-service!!!! And the chairs are not exactly comfortable and invite you to linger.

Really nice place, especially during the sunny days 🌞 it is exactly on the lake side and you will definitely walk through it. You sit outside, enjoying the good weather, which is convenient for not vaccinated people (no Covid certificate is needed), and it's a self service place. There are plenty of choices to drink... coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sodas, but I am not sure about food...I saw some people ordering some 🍟 and looked delicious to be honest 😋 Prices are normal for Switzerland. I would recommend the place as a meeting point for a coffee under the sun or as a brake after walking at the lake.

You can treat yourself, but it's nothing special. Price for self-service is rather on the upper limit.

We sat comfortably outside and drank coffee. Right on the lake with a beautiful view. Self-service kiosk. The cake was good.

Idilic, right on the lake, ideal for a break, be it on a hike or just like that.

It's already overpriced, the so-called BUUREHOF ice cream isn't worth the money, the aftertaste is disgusting. Coffee 4.20 fr and an espresso? Well there is better...

The DOCKeins is a modern bistro (in this country they call it a “pub”) right on the Arbon harbor. Open all year round in good weather, the well-balanced offering includes coffee, drinks and small snacks (between four and 16.50 CHF). It's the perfect place to take a break with a stroll by the lake or end the day with a view of the busy life at the sports harbor. For the St. Galler Klosterbräu I order “calamares rings with aioli” and a portion of French fries. The presentation is as good as the quality, and the aioli is nothing short of sensational. Conclusion: Delicious snacks with a beautiful view.

Beautiful landscape... culinary as expected

One of the most beautiful places in Arbon and now also stylish but the prices are a bit exaggerated for a kiosk.

Super nice right at the harbor, the selection is very large, nice service, you are very welcome here. The only negative point I have to give is the choice of music, hard rock doesn't suit this cool location for me. But we'll come back anyway.
