Dolce Vita in Sirnach

The warm service welcomed us as soon as we walked in. The tables are close together so that you can have conversations with the people sitting next to you. The menu is varied. The food was absolutely delicious and my sister got ice cream with a sparkler at the end because it was her birthday. The starter salads are quite large. A cute little restaurant that I can happily recommend.

The pizza, like the pasta and the fish, all good. Kind and attentive staff.

Good Italian restaurant. Service good. There are gluten-free and vegan pizzas here. Price-performance is right. High prices are justified by the size of the pizza. The atmosphere is very well decorated. DANGER! - sometimes long waiting times (not necessarily because you have to wait for food) and you also tend to be “forgotten”. (could have easily walked away without paying) - Tight seating inside

Was our first visit. The food: Pizza was great, the gluten-free pizza was sensational and big enough, we even took the leftovers home with us. The tiramisu was very tasty.

Extremely unprofessional: Being the only restaurant open on the vicinities on a Sunday night, it was hurtful that when arriving there today 1 hour before the end of their working hours they were closing the place and would not even speak to me to explain if this was today only, or if the working times showing on their door was permanently changed or not. They would just make signals from far away . I found it extremely unprofessional.

A great restaurant, very, very good food. Franco is and remains a born host. We always feel very comfortable with him and his employees. BRAVO

Even though there were three of us, we were assigned a very small table for two. Which then became very, very tight while eating. The neighboring table was also very close to where you could see everything. Two out of three meals were ok, my liguine alle vongole was very salty. When I shared this, it was not addressed. After eating we had to wait forever for everything to be cleared away, which is not possible given the limited space available. There is a lack of attention from the staff, which used to be much better in Sirnach. The owners came by several times and asked if everything was OK. We are very disappointed and will therefore no longer visit the restaurant in Münchwilen.

Very fine food, good value for money, friendly staff. Space is a bit tight when the restaurant is full.

The seating was a bit cramped, but the service and food were very good.

Beautiful! Stayed here for the first time. My daughter and son-in-law invited me to dinner on the occasion of my recent birthday...I would love to come back! Arriverderci!

Check invoice! - Gluten-free pizza rip-off - attempted fraud + Food delicious 4/5 + Children's menu good price/performance 5/5 - Restaurant much too narrow, tables so close together that you can't sit without disturbing the neighbors. You can't even stand up straight in one urinal because the towel dispenser is in the way. 3/5 - Gluten-free pizza, although 6 francs more expensive, is smaller than children's pizza! The landlord's answer (?) "We've been doing it like this for 18 years, the normal pizza is bigger than the plate." That didn't do us much good. We paid 28 francs for a pizza that was gone in 8 bites. 1/5 - after the comment about the size of the gluten-free pizza, the service was very unfriendly. 0/5 - The wine was on the bill twice, once on top and once on the bottom. 21 francs too much! The waitress then put on a show that this was a mistake, but we didn't find it credible. 0/5

gluten-free, fine pizzas, also gluten-free risotto (also super fine) GF tiramisu (great). Great food even for non-celiacs. Super nice hosts. Unfortunately, the new restaurant has lost its nice charm (ambience).

Great price/performance. Only recommended. I eat here once a week. Franco is always polite and fulfills your every wish. The pizzas are very large. When the weather is nice you can sit outside.

Is a real Italian restaurant, with an Italian waiter and owner. Seating inside and outside. The food is prepared very well and tastes very good too.

I've been a loyal customer at Dolce Vita for years and have always been more or less very satisfied with the food. Now they're at the new place after many years and the team has to reorient themselves and get used to the new kitchen and new appliances, it takes a bit of time but it's coming out well 😜 but The friendliness/warmth is also top notch in the new location

bad service! Had to wait 1 hour for the drinks. Service staff was more chatting than serving us. Had to clear the dishes ourselves so that we had enough space on the table. Food okay, a little expensive.

Closest restaurant to our hotel so thought we'd give it a go. Welcome was good and the restaurant itself is pleasant. Service was relatively quick but the lasagne and pizza we chose were just OK. Not unpleasant but not amazing. Probably would go again for proximity to the hotel but not because of the food.

We, 17 people, celebrated a retirement. After an aperitif there was a surprise starter. A plate of antipasti with melon. And a pulp carpaccio. Great! The staff is extremely accommodating. Lots of Italianitá.😄😃🤗🤗 For dessert there was a large cake with fresh raspberries. All highly recommended😃😊🤗🤗

You're in good hands at Franko's. I was on a business trip and at the hotel they recommended the place to me. I was immediately taken to a comfortable table and given a small piece of pizza to try. I was happy with everything and it was super cozy too

By far one of the best pizzas and pastas to eat in or pick up in Switzerland. The starters really authentic and delicious. Very friendly and attentive staff. Always happy to come.

The pizza are crunchy but not too much. Well balanced. Tastes fresh. The restaurant is appealing and cozy, looks clean. The mid-day menu it's very accessible ($).

It was our first time in Dolce Vita. It was easy to find, had easy parking, and the food was great. There is a gluten-free and a vegan menu. I had a gluten free pizza. The soil tasted amazing! The whole staff was super nice even though the restaurant was full. We will come back! ❤️

We were a group of 7 that decided on a whim. We did not have a reservation but the personnel provided a large table even though the restaurant was packed. We had a wonderful time and the food and ambiance was authentic and delicious!

We celebrated our third wedding anniversary here with very good friends. I can enjoy gluten-free pizza and tiramisu here. We all really enjoyed and enjoyed it.

The food was delicious. I had tomato soup starter then the Rissoto with mushrooms. Others in our group had pizza. Everyone said they enjoyed it. The place is charming and the folks serving were friendly.

We were sent to the back part of the restaurant, even though I had expressly made a reservation in the front part, and this was confirmed to me on the phone. Service was nice, salad was good, pizza was watery in the middle...and doughy. I told the waitress “it was ignored”. I do not come anymore

When you visit the pizzeria, make a reservation in advance because otherwise you may wait a long time until you find a seat. We ordered the large green salad which, from its colors alone, won you over with its appearance. The pizza comes in two slices and its crust is purely Italian. If you order a volcano pizza, they turn off the lights in the restaurant for a while because when they bring it to you, there are flames on top of it.

What a great evening. For the first time as guests. We felt like we belonged to the family right from the start. Attentive, friendly service from reception to farewell. We liked the pizza vulcano. It's definitely not the last time we've been there. Feel free to come by in the summer too. This crew understood what makes a real host.

Very nice restaurant - the start with greeting and taking the order was very friendly and the pizzas are very large and very well made. Unfortunately the carpaccio came to the table frozen. Unfortunately we were left to sit in front of the half-empty plates for 3/4 hours until someone finally cleared the table. The boss himself preferred to clear the tables next to them and set them up again. After clearing up, we were made to wait again for 15 minutes to ask for espresso and dessert. After so much waiting, we lost our joy after Dolce..

Large selection of dishes. Food delicious and value for money ok. The service was friendly but unfortunately not very efficient. Food didn't come together and we had to wait a long time for coffee and to pay. A pity. To be honest, I have to admit that there were a lot of guests.
