Always loved to order Dominos pizza, but they don't deliver in many streets anymore :(

Very poor welcome, exorbitant price for a simple medium pizza with cheesy dough, endless waiting time and what's more, they don't call us when it's ready! More than 20 minutes of waiting for a pizza, which on top of that was almost twice the size of the box!

I order pizza for delivery almost every week so I know what I get...today, i ordered my usual (XL margherita with extra mozzerella) and they delievered a day old like stale pizza (cheese and bread so dry just like how it looks the day after!) without extra cheese....i am convinced that this is not only NOT fresh made pizza out of the oven but probably even a day old....and i cant even call them to complain because the answering system stops halfway never connecting me to anyone. Everything has been really good until today, but this is one mistake? Or is it a mistake? they shouldnt have made....really disappointed. Kids ate it anyway cuz they were hungry but no more ordering at Dominos Servette by me.

Once payment was made by twint we waited for around 1 hour and after 3 calls to this store we finally had to make the trip and pick up our pizzas, to make matters worse we PAID this order a second time because it is the “office ” who takes care of the reimbursements.. staff not very understandable
