Domino's Pizza in Lancy

I had a Queen pizza and I was very disappointed with my pizza. They are super stingy with the mozzarella and the pieces of mushrooms which are useless, it's dry in taste it seems like I'm eating the dough blindly. I would have been better off getting a simple mozzarella ham and paying less. It will be one of the worst pizzas I have eaten in terms of quality and price.

A message for the kitchen, if your pizza is bad, don't deliver it at all, inedible, plus missing ingredients on it, it's not the first time, but certainly the last

Instructions never followed. We ask for EXTRA cheese, EXTRA onions, final result: no difference compared to the classic version. Do we teach employees what the word EXTRA means? Go to the USA to see, there when you ask for extra, it shows!

Domino's Pizza is what it is, perfect if you just want a quick bite. This particular restaurant has a nice, clean, bright seating area and friendly staff. We enjoyed it and will come back.

Very good pizzas. We had a small problem with ours, it was resolved with a refund after several contacts with the central office in Basel. The Palettes employees could have been a little more proactive in correcting their mistake.
