Very good conditions and the food looks great and also tastes very good, the prices are very fair and there is a very good atmosphere and the conditions are very friendly!😀

The floor and the tables are not swept, the cards are not cleared away after ordering, the staff themselves don't even know the menu, rolls are cold, the room was also too cold; several guests were freezing... All in all, there was no wow effect. Unfortunately.

They have very nice burgers, I recommend burgers with avocado. It's very tasty

Updated review December 2023: A difficult year. We order regularly from Big Burger Küsnacht and actually always order the same thing. First of all: the quality of the burgers is good and if you order what is on the menu without making any changes, then it usually works out great. However, if adjustments are made (e.g. leaving out sauces, no pickles, etc.) then for some time there was a good chance that the delivery would arrive incorrectly. However, the owner takes criticism very seriously and tries to implement it. This year it took a while, but in the meantime it has worked out very well, the quality is good again and so the stars are going up again. However, I'm not so sure whether I like the new ordering platform so much, I'll have to wait and see... Updated review August 19, 2022: Unfortunately, the quality has dropped massively recently. The onion rings are, unlike before and unlike what is shown on the menu, no longer "real onion rings", but just rings made from onion mass (like at Burger King, just at a massively higher price). Even if the burger says it comes with grilled pepperoncini (this was always the case in the past), today only ungrilled canned jalapenos are added. And ultimately, sometimes the wrong thing or not everything ordered is delivered. The declining quality has been noticeable since July 2022 and does not seem to be letting up. Possibly you have to look for a new burger courier. It's a shame, because the majority of deliveries were on time (the delivery people were very friendly) and the quality was sensational until July. Hopefully this will change for the better soon... old review from 2021 Burgers are very good here, but in our last order only half of the burger was delivered (just a meat patty). The quality and especially the speed of delivery are sensational. A little more consistency in the completeness of the order and there are also 5 stars. By the way: in such a complaint you will receive a credit note which you can redeem for your next order.

The food was very tasty, the service was friendly and tried to do everything right as much as possible. What bothered me was the noise level and the fact that there were a lot of bells going in and out of the patio door. So it was fresh every time.

Food is very good, whether on site or delivered. Delivery is usually on time, but if there is a lot going on there may be a delay, but this will be communicated. Great value for money... Highly recommended, I will continue to order there...

The name of Big Burger really means something. When you see the menu card you will realise. The selection of different burger is huge and they all taste delicious. Worth a go if you love burger.

Absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend a better burger place to anyone. I came, there’s a beautiful view of the sunset, the food looked exactly like the pictures (and tasted amazing!!) and the service was so lovely! The owner was so friendly and even gave our drink for free - just out of kindness. What a wonderful experience. If you’re looking for burgers, I guarantee you will love this place.

the food is excellent and the atmosphere in the restaurant is simply wonderful! A big compliment from the Gashi family for the nice hospitality. You have to have time and patience... but I also understand this, with this fine food that has a lot of orders and guests on site. There are enough MA/couriers and cooks who put 100% on the accelerator and give it their all. Restaurant orders and home deliveries at the same time, so I understand the wait. However, it's totally worth it as the burgers are the best!

Super fast delivery and the courier was very friendly

We love this place, but today we visited, ordered, they told us that we needed to wait 15 minutes for the kids menus, we said ok. Then they told us that for adults we needed to wait 40min. We decided to cancel the order. They said kids meal were almost done, but they said this over and over and they made us wait for almost an hour. So unfair!

It's sad as hell, as is the quality of service. Burgers are not made properly, there is little sauce, lettuce is too old and I couldn't find tomatoes either. I expected more. Pictures in the menu look great but unfortunately reality is not like that.

The service is a total disaster. I ordered a burger and later I get something different and the boy in service tried to convince me that I didn't know what I ordered instead of apologizing and maybe bringing the right thing. The burgers are expensive and then I expect the right service.

Ordered a NEW YORKER. The picture of this burger caught my eye on the menu. The bread looked very crusty. I then received the burger in a pale, poorly baked, huge bun. The surface was cold, even slightly damp and felt like a wet sponge. Worst burger I've ever eaten.🤮

I ordered online from you yesterday and again I have to wait 2.5 hours. For me it's not normal. If you have so many orders, then you should have more couriers, otherwise you will just lose customers. I won't recommend you and it wasn't the first time.

I wanted to order by phone. After the fourth attempt, Mr. answered the phone and told me in a rather unfriendly way that I should order online. He didn't have time and then ended the phone call. I had a problem with the internet this day so I wanted to order by phone. You no longer need to take care of customers!

I was at the restaurant on Thursday evening. Condition was incredibly sad and confused. The gentleman was mostly absent. He probably made the burgers too. On Sunday I was with you again and everything was chaotic and incompetent. Burgers are great, but I don't come back anymore. A pity !!!

Burgers are always great. But have around. Ordered at 6:55 p.m. Delivery date was given as 7:25 p.m. When there was still no one there at 8:00 p.m. I called and was pushed away for the first time and said: no more orders will be taken. On the second call they said the courier would be there any minute. No excuses for the delay. The delivery came at 8:30 p.m.... This is an absolute no-go and it was probably our last order from BigBurger Küsnacht.

I placed my order over the phone for over an hour (11:25 a.m.) and finally (12:45 p.m.) the courier appears, who has forgotten (?) his card reader and has to come back so that I can pay for the order (lukewarm to cold)... A pity! ☹️

Yesterday in Küsnacht I ordered 3 burgers with fries, onion rings and chilli/cheese nuggets and spent over 130 francs on them. Ok, so you should expect things to be good. The fries were cold and soggy and the burgers didn't taste good either. The meat paddies were of poor quality. For over 35.- for a burger you can expect that you won't get any thin pressed paddies. But that was exactly the case. I am not at all satisfied and think what I got for the price is real "cheeky".

Fat burgers, great selection, nice service and pleasant atmosphere. Was pleasantly surprised and definitely not the last time there!

I ordered Big Burger in Küsnacht for the first time today, I usually always have it in Dübi or Wetzikon, very fast delivery, friendly delivery person, good food.

Cozy atmosphere. Friendly and quick service. The burgers 🍔 are great, the salad with them was fresh and plentiful. Good, quick and cheap alternative to the classic restaurant.

Unfortunately long waiting times, burgers lukewarm and delivered late. Less friendly staff when there are complaints. Unavailable by telephone.

I placed an order with BigBurger yesterday. Here's how I got the 1 star rating: The burgers are rather expensive and for the price they could be better (2-3 stars). However, the delivery service is not recommended at all. Although the journey time according to Google is 14-15 minutes, the minimum order value is CHF 95! Why does BigBurger even offer a delivery service? When ordering, the delivery time was stated as 35 minutes, but was adjusted to 50 minutes shortly after ordering, and the courier was there after 55 minutes. High minimum order value and delivery time not so nice, therefore down to 2 stars. Since I was very hungry after waiting so long, the package arrived quickly on the table after receiving it from the courier. That was probably a mistake. Not all of them were delivered and the courier was already gone. BigBurger could not be reached by phone. There was also no call back despite the request from the answering machine to either call back, send the courier again with what was missing, or refund the overpaid amount. I also wrote an email shortly afterwards with the same request. So far I haven't received an answer. The amount wasn't particularly high by Swiss standards, but the service is different. Above all, I paid for something, gave a good tip in advance and then the shop went silent. Mistakes happen, but that's not the polite way. Therefore: 1 star. And as I said, the delivery service is not recommended!

Forgetting to deliver something again... this seems to be becoming a habit...

More then once our order came wrong. Once they forgot our fries and after 40 min the kurrier calls me to tell me he gave our fries to another customer because they also forgot their fries, I told him we didn‘t want anymore and requested our money back. There is no rule for the portion size, sometimes its well served and sometimes just half of the box is filled. Also they are not prepared for busy days, TWO HOURS for food to arrive is unacceptable!

It was a perfect match. I really enjoyed my lunch break with you. The staff was very friendly and uncomplicated. Big compliment. The food was served within 10 minutes. Fries and burgers were perfect. The atmosphere is also very suitable and I felt very comfortable. I look forward to my next visit

Actually always very tasty. However, in the last order, the normal burger meat was put in the Prime Burger and not Black Angus as stated and paid for. The second burger (a normal cheeseburger), however, had a much thinner patty than usual, which also tasted inferior. Very unfortunate. What has happened there?

The food and experience was good. Friendly service. Ordered sweet potato fries ... Crisp on the outside soft on the inside. The chicken wings were a bit salty, but marinated well. There was only one person serving, but friendly. Next to football pitch and tennis court. You can also see the Alps on a clear day. Great place to relax and eat.

Burger was nice. Fries could have been better. The pop corn at the beginning was a nice touch but charging between 2 and 3 CHF extra for ketchup, a small portion of jalapenos and tap water in such a casual place? Surely at least the ketchup should be included in the price of the fries.

Hello everyone. I was really looking forward to the burger after reading the many positive reviews. Unfortunately it doesn't get more than two stars...The meat in our burgers was cold in the middle and I had to leave half the burger alone. The fries and chili cheese balls were okay. After this experience, it will probably stay with the first and last order. I really expected more.

Auf Grund der überaus guten Bewertungen haben wir das "Restaurant" (es ist eher ein Clublokal) ausprobiert. Fazit: das Essen , Angus auf heissem Stein, und die Beilagen sind sehr gut; auch die Desserts waren ausgezeichnet. Was den Eindruck allerdings vermindert hat ist der sehr hohe Lärmpegel wenn alle Tische besetzt sind und schlussendlich der Preis der für so eine Umgebung hoch ausgefallen ist.
