Unfriendly sellers to the power of 10... I received a darvida ticket and wanted it. Redeeming a HERTI kiosk... The saleswoman was very, very unfriendly and threw it at me with the sentence: We don't have that, so go to another kiosk.

The change of host was definitely worth it! Now the service is very friendly, the food is excellent and the ambience is much better too!

Unfortunately, I just received a very disappointing pair of fries: dry in taste, but so greasy on the outside, as if they had been baked twice :/

Worst place on earth. People there are capable only to get you mad not to serve you food. I suggest to eat from the trash, it’s better anyway.
