Dunkin' Donuts in Genève

The food is good here I enjoy my chai hot latte frequently here, asked For a lotus doughnut, the person working the Counter said, OK made the latte and then asked me again just to confirm it was the lotus doughnut I said yes again and checked My phone proceed to put in some random chocolate doughnut with sprinkles, which wasn’t remotely close to that I asked for. Not the first time I’ve had to deal with bad service Please deal with this.

We ordered 3x via Uber Eats. The first two times, the Dunkin Donuts courier stole our orders, we were reimbursed by Uber Eat after complaint (it's their couriers if ever). This time we ordered a box of donuts and two other pastries. These were completely dry and therefore several days old. I'm not trying the experience a fourth time.

Bavarian donut seemed to have more of a white chocolate filling instead of custard cream, too sweet and also not smooth (strangely somewhat chunky). The filling of the other donuts we got did not seem that fresh either. Been here a few times before (fresh donuts), first time to be disappointed here.

I hope the drinks and donuts aren’t as bitter as the welcome…

Delicious donuts but it's a shame that the pretty girl with black hair and Persian eyes no longer works for you, I always bought a mix box to spend more time with her when she went to get the macaroons... a charm...

I have rarely seen donuts so dry. Horrible, I even had trouble swallowing them because they were so dry. I advise you to go to Krispy Kreme instead, they are better!!

Terrible service! You take donuts (3) and we put them in a paper bag on top of each other! You arrive home everything is sticky and the icing is gone! The experience is wasted, too bad!

Fresh, fresh, fresh! I visited this location on two occasions during my visit in Switzerland, and the doughnuts were delicious and fresh. In fact, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to eat at a Dunkin’ Donuts in the United States again because the taste and texture are not even close to the deliciousness of the doughnuts at this location. The staff is also very friendly. During my first visit, a woman assisted me. During my second visit, a man and a young woman assisted me. Both times, I found the team to be extremely pleasant and helpful. The next time I’m in Geneva, I will visit this location again.

Terrible service, even if I'm not in a gourmet restaurant, at the price of the donut, I expect another service. Mistake on the donuts, a colleague sitting while customers are waiting in line. I bought 17 donuts only to learn that I could have benefited from an offer. To flee

No sorry no! The box of six donuts for 20.-, we are being made fun of (to be polite)! The donuts are okay, but nothing special. The Berlin balls from Coop and Migros are much better, and they cost 2.20 a pair. In short, completely incredible value for money. I am stunned to see that there are managers who are sufficiently incompetent to imagine that this business has the slightest chance of surviving.

The donuts were really good and the coffee was fair. Service a little slow, but friendly. Really expensive, but that's Geneva.

I just bought a box of 6 including a donut which was deluxe. Instead of a supplement of +2.25chf, therefore paying 22.15chf for the box. I paid 29.90 chf for my box. Is there not a calculation error? The saleswoman confirmed to me that these were the instructions she received from her manager. Once not twice. I won't set foot there again.

frankly I come almost every day to take a box of 6 but they are not bad but Nutella is really my favorite ❤️I have never been poorly received as I see in the comments if people are frustrated with the salespeople have nothing to do with it eh

The donuts are very good, the store is a little small, but the service is deplorable! There were 3 girls this Friday in the middle of a discussion, we really had the impression of being disruptive, you could feel it in their attitudes, their rolling eyes.. . Shame

Even by Geneva standards, the store is an absolute disaster. The sales assistants are not only extremely unfriendly, but also completely overwhelmed as soon as there are more than two people in the store. While one swaps the customers' bags, the other just watches bored. No hello, no thank you... Nothing. But that's just how it is in Geneva. This goes on and on until no one comes anymore and the store eventually closes.

Store closes at 10:03 a.m. Friday great thank you 10km to try...well it's dead

Donut ok but deplorable service, putting order terminals (which work poorly by the way) does not exempt you from being polite. The waitress makes us understand that we are bothering her, we don't know if she can take orders, we might as well put the products on self-service in this case! Edit November 2022: I am modifying the comment because after returning several times subsequently, the service has greatly improved and the staff was very friendly.

This morning...store not yet open at 7:00 a.m.... am I stupid...it is well known that people eat donuts for their lunch... It should be open at 6:00 a.m....

good donuts but quite greasy, wide choice in the window. The saleswoman is friendly but the size of the store poses a problem, very narrow and little space to taste the donuts. When I went there, a homeless man who smelled very strongly of urine was squatting in the store and bothering the customers and saleswomen.

We are going to raise the rating of this store a little. We stopped by at the end of the afternoon on a Saturday (this day) and despite the crowds and the orders at the terminals, the saleswoman remained very kind, and was able to manage the crowd alone, although it was high. Although with a bit of a wait we had the pleasure of leaving with our 12 donuts 🍩. No worries for us. 🙂

Waiting time much too long, especially for a sign in a station. What is the point of having order kiosks if orders placed on them are not processed? Very inefficient service.

I gave them several chances but it’s always a disaster! an unacceptably slow service for a location in the heart of the station. two terminals available which serve as queue cutters because there is only one person serving, it seems like a dream!

The cashier (on her phone in front of the counter) sees me arrive, I look at the donuts while waiting to be served: her look blasé, she continues what she was doing on her phone for a while 🤣 then it was my first time at dunkin donuts so I asked her which donuts were filled and she told me "well the ones don't have a hole" and period lol lol well we'll have to rethink the friendliness a bit. Otherwise it wasn't bad

We left on Sunday February 20 at 1 p.m. and the young woman was very welcoming and very professional. We are vegans too bad there isn't enough choice for us...especially with chocolate that's what I think was missing....the choice is very limited but the caramel iced coffee is a pure delight

Their application is really too bad. You can't even get the points to get the free things and they tell you I'll put you on the ticket for next time but for me it's the same thing, I'd have to pay.

The person who served us was kind and polite. Unfortunately we waited a very long time because his colleague was not helping him, she was sitting on the counter telling him about her life and being very vulgar in her vocabulary and talking and laughing very loudly. Total lack of professionalism, I was with my 11 year old daughter and I was really shocked, I almost left.

Ideal location for Dunkin in Geneva, the donuts are good and the chai espresso latte is fabulous and sweet, good service the saleswoman dos pass was very professional thank you I will come back.

Their black coffee is a little different from Dunkin' coffee in Saudi Arabia. The donuts are delicious.
