I booked the little ski lift and it was amazing to be sat in it. Great food, truly good. A bit on the slow side with the service and we also saw three different waiters which was a bit frustrating. Giving it 4 stars as we ordered cocktails and they were awful, truly awful and I think this can be used as a constructive criticism please. My banana themed cocktail tasted like a bad banana smoothie decorated with 4 slices of bruised banana on a tooth pick!

Impossible to get a table without reservation

This was the best restaurant to enjoy after a long day of travel. It was warm and festive. The waiter, Cara, went above and beyond and was very nice to interact with. The ravioli and the cordon bleu were fantastic. We loved this place so much that we went again to try the fondue. It did not disappoint! It was delicious! Love the vibe of this restaurant… it is nice but laid back, and casual, fun, good food, and relaxing. Shout out to Cara and Florien for showing us a great time! Make sure to book a reservation as the restaurant is very popular. We look forward to dining here again someday.

Good restaurant with Swiss specialties. Since it is located in the Hotel Mariott, the guests are mainly tourists.

I arrived promptly at 6:30p. I ordered fondu and an entree , I watched as people were sat after me and served their fondu. At 7:30p I still had not received my meal. I told the waiter who then 15 mins later brought me my fondu and meal. The fondu did not have the flame like the other patrons, so my fondu was very stiff. I then had to tell the waiter to light the fondu for me. The restaurant gave me dessert as an apology but once receiving my check asked if I wanted to leave a tip. It seemed to me the restaurant staff had no respect for my time or self awareness for the situation. This restaurant definitely needs improvement in its service. I ended up being at the restaurant for 2.5 hours total… for the amount of money they are charging you would think the service would be at least decent and to top it off they had the audacity to ask for a tip. Very disappointed

Large selection of different types of fondue. We chose a classic one and didn't regret it. Price ok. The bread is included and all other side dishes have to be ordered separately. The taste was very tasty.

The whole place is just overrated and expensive for no reason. A steak with sugar and something else which makes the fire burn for a set period of time is cool and all but adds absolutely no flavour and for its price it's pathetic, it's just for show. The fondu was fine, wish there were better options to go with it. The potatoes were just sad and no effort in them.. literally.

As so often, we were at Echo with our foreign guests, the quality of the food was convincing, the service was friendly and reliable. Unfortunately, the evening was drastically disrupted by one person who desperately tried to attract attention with loud, immature shouting and was condescending towards the service staff. Located on the first floor of the Marriott hotel. Beautiful interior with a ski lift in the middle which one can dinner in. Nice views of the city outside if one can sit by the windows. Amazing value for money for CHF 69 for 3 courses. Cara the waiter from Albania was a real delight, fantastic service. The beef tartar was excellent as was the veal with kidneys ( optional) and rosti. The lava cake was one of the best I have had- takes 10mins so best to order at the start of in a rush. The cherry cake was rather average next to it. Amarone by a the glass was very nice. The Malbec was good too. A very pleasant dining experience.

Sunday morning brunch. A brunch, well stocked with a Japanese corner full of sushi and a more Indonesian one I think. It changes a little bit . Prosecco at will is always a pleasure. Absolutely nothing to complain about. We decided on a delicious Echo Plättli, fondue and wine buffet. Everything perfect. One Echo Plättli for 2 people is enough. Plus a delicious roll that you can cut yourself. This is followed by the traditional fondue. The pepper mill for seasoning is a must. We chose the wine buffet with a selection of 3 white wines. Price Fr. 21.00 per person..a discretion. So as much as we wanted. It is definitely worth it. The employees were friendly and attentive. Gladly again.

Wow, great service and the food was amazing. We had a Nüsslisalat as first course and then deer as main course (see photo). The deer was perfectly cooked (medium rare) and we loved the Maroni and Spätzle (served in a separate pan).
